Gianluca and the Dream Garden were perfect
We were a group of eight - four adults and four teenagers who stayed at the Dream Garden for 2 days.
First off : Even more than the house, the house owner Gianluca - was a pleasure to do business with. He is a very polite gentleman who welcomed us to his house warmly - first impressions go a long way and our first impression was very good.
The house itself is located on the LIMA subway station in Milan. As a US citizen, the thought of taking public transportation was a bit daunting, but it turns out, that Milan's public transportation - esp the trains are very easy to navigate. This means, that the house is in a very accessible location.
The house itself was clean and well maintained. The two sets of bunk beds were perfect for the teenagers. The adults had the "regular" beds to themselves.
The "garden" is a lovely addition - Gianluca was telling us that , that was his passion and that he had done all the work in the garden. We wanted to do sightseeing in Milan, so we had less of a chance to enjoy the garden - we had breakfast there one of the days we were in Milan.
Milan was the first stop in Italy for us and the Dream Garden was a perfect start to our Italy vacation.
