Anche se ubicato a soli 800 mt dal centro del paese l'alloggio è situato in posto molto tranquillo, si gode di un' incantevole vista sia sul mare che sul paese;
L'ampio giardino è alberato con prato verde;
La spiaggia del paese si trova ad una distanza di circa 900 dall'abitazione;
A breve distanza, facilmente raggiungibili e disposte lungo il litorale (foto n° 12) si trovano le spiagge di Tanca Manna (foto n° 13) Barca Brusciata (foto n° 14) le Piscine (foto n° 15).
In quindici minuti di macchina si raggiungono le più rinomate spiagge della Costa Smeralda (Spiaggia del Pevero, Spiaggia del Principe, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja ecc).

The little villa, with an astonishing view of the sea and the picturesque coastal village, is located in a quiet residential area just a short walk ( 800 mt ) from the town centre.
The house is fully surrounded by a large garden planted with trees, with a lawn and private parking; large terrace overlooking the sea.
The village offers all kinds of facilities : bars, restaurants, shops, post office, bank, health centre, chemist’s shop etc.
The detached house is an ideal touring base for visitors to Northern Sardinia.
The nearest beach is approximately 900 metres from the house; however, few kilometres away, along the coast road to Palau ( picture 12), you can reach beautiful beaches such as Tanca Manna (picture 13), Barca Brusciata (picture 14 ), Le Piscine (picture 15 ).
Besides, the property is a short drive (15 minutes) from Porto Cervo and its famous Emerald Coast beaches

Haus in ruhiger Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick und sehr gepflegtem Garten

Ein herrlicher Ort, um Sardinien zu genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr umsichtig, freundlich und um ihre Gäste bemüht. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber in jedem Belang zweckmäßig und ausreichend.

We met Antonella and Tore at the property and they are very friendly, kind and helpful. The home is lovely with beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. The house is equipped with everything you could need. The garden area is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. The area is very peaceful and serene. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on. We definitely would recommend their place to anyone. We would love to stay at their house again!

Un paradiso a due passi dal mare

Casa vacanze dotata di tutti i comfort, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Abbiamo passato delle serate stupende nel curatissimo giardino vista mare. Vivamente consigliato, credo che ci tornerò anche il prossimo anno.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und fantastischem Ausblick

Wir haben aus Familie hier eine tolle Woche verbracht. Cannigione ist ein guter Startpunkt um die Costa Smeralda zu erkunden. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und es gibt sogar einen gemauerten Grill im Garten. Der Garten ist groß und man hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Nice little comfy house with an amazing view

We had a great time in Antonellas sweet little comfy house. It has a big garden, which liked the kids much. We loved having breakfast at the terrace with this amazing view. Antonella and her family are very friendly and helpful. We definatley can recommend it!

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderbarem Garten und tollen Gastgebern

Antonella und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen tollen, gepflegten Garten mit traumhaftem Blick. Wir hatten genug Platz zu dritt. Das Haus ist auch sehr gepflegt und hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il migliore appartamento per vacanze nel miglior posto - Best vacation home in best place

Abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno in questo appartamento. Il giardino, su due livelli, e' curatissimo e ancora piu' bello che nelle foto. C'e' una doccia esterna, una lavatrice e un barbecue, oltre al tavolo sotto la pergola, perfetto per colazioni e cene con la vista impagabile del porto di Cannigione come sfondo. L'appartamento e' comodo, pulito e e dotato di tutto quello di cui potete aver bisogno, inclusi utensili da cucina in abbondanza. Infine, la gentilezza con cui i proprietari ci hanno accolto e con cui hanno sempre risposto alle nostre domande hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale.

Das kleine Haus bietet alles was man braucht und der Aussenbereich mit dem Einblick ist einfach ein Traum! Antonella ist auch eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen:)

Un'oasi

Già dai primi messaggi scambiati con l'host, Antonella, ho capito che la scelta era quella giusta, mi ha dato risposte celeri ed esaustive. Quando ho visto la casa è stato amore a prima vista. Il giardino che la circonda è lussureggiante, e anche nelle giornate torride è rinfrescato da una bella aria, essendo la casa in collina. L'interno è attrezzatissimo, con qualsiasi tipo di utensile e biancheria. Mi mancheranno le serate passate a rimirare il mare dalla splendida terrazza. Il prossimo anno vorrei assolutamente tornare.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Bellissima casa immersa in un giardino molto ampio con vista da favola. La padrona è stata gentilissima e in casa abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per passare questi giorni al meglio, dalle stoviglie al detersivo per la lavatrice ecc.. Sicuramente ritorneremo😊

Relaxen im Garten

Wir haben die Urlaubswoche in dem ruhigen Domizil, mit schönem Garten und traumhaftem Ausblick genossen. Wir können die FeWo weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Lediglich die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Wunderschön und durchdacht

Das Haus und die wunderbaren Gastgeber sind ein Traum. So nett und mit wunderbaren Tipps! Tausend Dank an sie. Das Grundstück ist Fußläufig zum Zentrum und doch ruhig und mit wunderbarem Blick über die Bucht. Der Garten ist riesig und perfekt gepflegt. Auch das Haus ist wunderbar, durchdacht an jeder Ecke und super ausgerüstet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lovely place with a royal garden to stay to explore th surroundings.

We like the stay. House has everything you would need. we enjoyed eating in the garden. Also, there is a pizza place just 5 minutes drive. The only suggestion I would like to add. It was very very hot. The house keeps the warmth and sleeping was a bit difficult, especially for the kids. Maybe makes sense to add air conditioner to the house? It would make the experience of the guests even better!

A lovely villa with incredible views and very hospitable hosts.

Antonella and Tore were super hosts and made us feel very welcome. The villa was quite compact but had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. A little further up the hill from the town than we expected maybe but fine if your ok walking or driving. The area has some of the most beautiful beaches we have seen in Europe all within short driving distances.

Beautiful place for holidays

The view is really beautiful form Antonella's house. The house is perfectly located and is fully equipped with all that your u need for your holidays. We really enjoyed our stay in Canigionne from where you can visit a lot of places like beaches or take a boat to visit Maddalena island. Antonella and her husband are really nice people and we strongly recommend this house if you go to Sardinia. Yann,Carole and their daughters

Great view from the house

Schöner kleiner Ort

Antonella und Tore sind echt tolle Vermieter, sie kümmern sich perfekt um alles und achten darauf das kein Wunsch offen bleibt. Das kleine Häuschen liegt auf einem kleinen Berg mit einem schönen Garten und super Aussicht!

Eine tolle Urlaubswoche im Oktober

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche bei Antonella und Tore, in ihrem traumhaften Domizil. Das Haus lag für uns perfekt. Viel Ruhe, weil links und rechts bereits alles auf Winterschlaf eingestellt war. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Egal ob Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Decken, Kinderbett, Kissen, Geschirr, etc. Von allem genug da. Auch der Garten ist wirklich wunderbar und lädt ein, zum Verweilen. Wir konnten uns jedenfalls sehr gut erholen und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße, R,E,N

Wunderbare Aussicht mit einem tollen Garten !

Wir haben eine Woche im Obergeschoss dieses ruhig am Hang gelegenen Hauses verbracht. Die Besitzerin Antonella hat uns im Ort abgeholt und uns zum Haus gebracht. Die Bilder entsprechen genau der Wirklichkeit. Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und den Ort Cannigione . Schmale Wege führen zum Haus und auf das Grundstück, wo wir parken konnten. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Flasche Sekt und Panettone für uns auf dem Tisch !!! Die Wohnung hat eine gute Aufteilung und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen einfachen Urlaub benötigt wird. Auch eine deutsche Filter-Kaffeemaschine war da. Bettwäsche ( Laken, keine Bezüge ) und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großer Kleiderschrank, im Kinderzimmer nur ein Regal mit der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern. In den Schlafzimmern und im Badezimmer können die Fenster mit Schlagläden verdunkelt werden. Das ist im Sommer sicherlich hilfreich. Sky-TV mit ARD und Deutscher Welle ist vorhanden. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hat sich jederzeit bemüht, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Der defekte Herd wurde sofort ausgetauscht, das feuchte Kaminholz gegen Trockenes, wir bekamen 2 kleine Heizöfchen zusätzlich, usw. An einem Abend hatten wir 1,5 Stunden keinen Strom ( es war kalt und dunkel ), Antonella aber jedes Mal erreichbar und der Elektriker hat dann wieder alles "repariert". In Italien darf wohl nicht mehr als 3800 Watt gleichzeitig genutzt werden....Die Wasserpumpe verbraucht aber schon 1600 Watt....Anfang Januar ist eine wunderbare , ruhige Zeit ! Kaum Autos unterwegs, Parkplätze alle leer. Es bedeuted aber auch, dass fast alle Geschäfte, Restaurants usw geschlossen sind. In Cannigione hatten 2 Supermärkte geöffnet. Im 5 km entfernten Arzachena war etwas mehr los. Wir haben mit dem Mietwagen den Nordteil dieser wunderschönen Insel erkundet und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das Ehepaar M. !

A fantastic place for a holiday

We spent a wonderful week in this house. The owners, Antonella & Tore, gave us a very friendly welcome. They are really nice people and gave us good advice for things to do and places to visit. The house is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view over the town, the marina and the gulf. It is so nice to sit in the garden and enjoy the view. There are so many places worth seeing in the north-east of Sardinia and Cannigione is within easy reach of all of them. We would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.
