L'appartamento di circa 80 mq. è situato all'interno di un' antica ed elegante dimora gentilizia e presenta uno spazioso ingresso nel confortevole soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, cucina abitabile, antibagno e bagno al piano terra.
Una scala a chiocciola conduce al primo piano alla camera da letto matrimoniale che comprende antibagno e bagno ed un piccolo balcone.
Lo stile di Casa di Erika è curato e sobrio adatto per ospitare coppie raffinate e famiglie di quattro persone; i bambini e gli animali sono i benvenuti!

La Casa di Erika is located in the heart of the city in the historic center of Verona, a few steps from the Arena and the pedestrian centre. The apartment of about 80 square meters. It is located in an ancient and elegant noble residence and has a spacious entrance into the comfortable living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, dress room and a bathroom on the ground floor.
A circular staircase leads to the first floor to the double bedroom which includes dressing room and bathroom and a small balcony.

Excellent apartment just 5 minutes from the Arena and a host of dining options. Good facilities in the apartment, very comfortable. Housed in a secure courtyard. Would definitly use again in preference to a hotel.

Lovely rental in the heart of Verona.

This charming property is clean, well maintained, and close to everything. The host is wonderful, prompt response time, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in close walking distance of historical land marks and great restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay

Had a very pleasant stay. Apartment is well appointed, clean, and comfortable for us as a family of four. The location was great, with all the historical attractions of Verona within a short walk. The train station was only twenty mins walk away, so very easy to reach Venice and lake Garda too. The owner was very pleasant and made things very easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely spot in the heart of the Old City of Verona

This clean and comfortable apartment offers everything you need as a home base while exploring the beautiful old city of Verona. Anyone with mobility issues could not manage the tight spiral staircase, but the main floor has a pull-out couch and bathroom. So, no need to scale the stairs. We enjoyed an aperitif on the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The apartment is quiet and comfortable. From the property it is easy to walk around the historic centre of Verona and if visiting the Arena it is only a short walk. There is also a good supermarket a few minutes walk away. The apartment is in a lovely building, was very secure, has a small, but pretty balcony and was clean with good air conditioning. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. When we discovered there was no corkscrew she quickly provided one! Check in and out communication was very good. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay in lovely Verona.

Perfect location and super clean

This location could not be more perfect. It was extremely close to everything you could possibly want to see in Verona. It’s in city center but somehow very quiet and peaceful at night. The check in process was easy and the host, very responsive. It was also spotless inside. 10/10 recommend.

Very nice apartment centrally located

We enjoyed our time in Verona at this apartment. Erika was very helpful and met us promptly on our arrival. The apartment was clean and very quiet at night (great for light sleepers). The kitchen has good appliances and lot of room. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the Arena and lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay here again.

Downtown Haven with Plenty of Space

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The instructions were excellent, the pamphlets were helpful (the Giusti Gardens and Guerrero Rizzardi Winery were both excellent recommendations), the location is unbeatable (within two blocks of the arena and on the only Old City road that is not part of the LTZ), and the premises was peaceful and quiet. The spiral staircase and small balcony were nice extras. Thank you once more!

City break

Stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 teens age 17. The property is very close to the main arena in the Old Town. Location could not be any better. The apartment has everything you need, albeit a little dated, but it has charm. Bed pillows were very flat and only one each so no ability to adjust to suit your preference. The stairs to the bedroom are spiral, which may be tricky for the very young or frail. Water pressure was low in the showers and water did not filter well in the sinks. Didn't spoil the break though. Sofa bed was apparently very comfortable and it was really good to have 2 bathrooms. We would visit again and recommend for people who aren't too fussy about these minor things. Very good value for money!

Fantastic location steps away from the aarena

The apartment was cozy, clean and easy to get to. The location is terrific, and the host is very nice and communication and hand-off of keys etc was easy. The circular stair going up to the bedroom is pretty tight, so it’s not easy to get luggage upstairs, but it is manageable. Typical small Italian shower that gets the whole bathroom wet but there is a mop available for clean up. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as none is provided. Overall, for the very reasonable cost this is a nice apartment in a really great location. Would highly recommend it.

Great location

We loved the location. This was a short walking distance to the Arena. The apartment was very quiet. Our host was wonderful & was even able to obtain an electrical adapter for us on short notice. The upstairs shower is better than the downstairs shower, which only has a curtain to prevent water spray onto the floor. The floor got wet and a bit slick. Note: we had great trouble unlocking the main apartment door, The key must be held tightly turned in the unlock position, holding the spring so the door can open. (somehow I've never encountered a door lock like this before). Thankfully, a painter working nearby quickly helped us out.

Construction going on in front of the the apartment starting at 7am with a urinal station stench

The apartment was dark no ventilation and smelled of urination from on going construction site in front of windows of the apartment. This should never have been accepted as a rental. Disingenuous!

Not a safe property for seniors, physically challenged, or obese guests

The property was very clean and well located. there is a/c upstairs for sleeping, and a foldable sleeper couch downstairs. The biggest problem is a narrow circular metal staircase that is difficult for a couple in their late seventies, and would also be problematic for an obese guest. We had to leave our suitcases on the ground floor; we could not safely carry them upstairs. The living area upstairs has a large armoire but few flat surfaces downstairs so we were unable to unpack in any kind of orderly way. The tile floors may be slippery. kitchen is fairly large for an Italian apartment, but only small amounts of basic cooking spices, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. no kitchen towels but plenty of paper towels.

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gefühlt 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Arena di Verona entfernt gelegen und befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Hinterhof. Wir waren als Familie zu Gast und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einige Tage vor der Ankunft meldet sich die Gastgeberin mit Infomationen zur Anreise, dies ist alles sehr unkompliziert. Direkt ums Eck befindet sich eine kleine Pizzeria/Café mit sehr moderaten Preisen :-) Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Vielen Dank

L'intera struttura è un'antica ed elegante dimora gentilizia e fin dai tempi antichi abitata dalla mia generazione; ho deciso di far rivivere agli ospiti l'esperienza di soggiornare in un'appartamento di una proprietà particolare e nobiliare.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

L'entrata dell'appartamento presenta bellissimi dettagli antichi come gli archi ed i fregi delle porte esterne; è una vera e propria chicca situata nel cuore della città vicino all'Arena. La caratteristica che personalmente apprezzo è inoltre la privacy che garantisce la proprietà.
