Elegant apartment for 4 people located in one of Malaga’s main shopping streets, in the very heart of the historic district, right next to San Juan church.

With its high ceilings with exposed wooden beam, tasteful decorations, and traditional Andalusian floor-to-ceiling French doors that lead to standing balconies that look over the vibrant street and the XVth-century temple, you could not ask for a better location.

The double bedroom features a comfortable double bed, wardrobes, smart TV, chair, and a workstation desk with natural light.

There is a also a large double sofa bed to make the stay comfortable for up to 4 people.

A modern bathroom with shower is located right off the bedroom.

A well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances will make your stay comfortable, including a microwave/oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

The bright living area features a large dining table, quality furnishings, and crockery.

From the standing balconies, you will enjoy stunning views of San Juan church.

Central air-conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property.

Week Holiday

We spend a week in this Apartment and it‘s really comfortable and clean. By my side I would give only one advise: Provide guests with a welcome kit would be nice (mini shampo, washing caps,.. )Thanks for our stay!

nice place good location

Perfect place to stay in Malaga if you want to be in the true central old part. Can walk to every thing in a few minutes shopping, History, bars, Museums and plenty of restaurants the good once are in the little side streets. sitting on my little balcony in morning or at night was lovely and watch people walk by and see this lovely architecture and the San Juan church steps away was very enjoyable. Will stay there again it is big enough for 4 people.

Felt like home

Great location and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and even the fold out couch got a thumbs up from my daughter when she came to spend some time with us!Some street noise when sitting in the front room, but it just seemed like that’s the way it was supposed to be… People in local activity going on in the streets. Couldn’t hear anything back in the bedroomManagement was very responsive and even came over and helped show us how to open the fold out couch.Highly recommend!

A gem in the heart of the city!

Perfect location, easy access to train, bus and airport. This is a walking city and this location is centrally located. The property is perfect for a couple people. Amenities in the apartment cover the basics. If you plan to cook, be prepared to purchase the essentials like salt, pepper, oil and napkins. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. Will be coming back!

Fabulous Stay!!

We had a most amazing stay at this property! From check in to check out, we were greeted in person by the property manager, explained how everything worked, given a map tour of the city/surrounding area. Although we have never been to Spain before, I would 100% come back to this property. It was centrally located, clean, and looked just like the pictures listed. We felt very safe.

A comfortable and well equipped apartment which is ideally located close to the town centre in an area of small shops and cafe/tapas bars. About a 10 minute walk to the seafront promenade and with several museum/galleries nearby there is plenty to see.

Perfect apt in Malaga

The host took care of everything and arranged for parking too. Apt was very clean and well equiped with appliance, cookware, etc. Great location, highly recommend.

Sunshine in Malaga

We really enjoyed our trip, our host very kindly gave us some tips on places to visit given our length of stay. Loved the market and the park and lunch at the marina. The flat was very clean and the location just right for us. Very close to the buzz of the town, but nice and quiet in the evenings. The location of the bedroom at the back also helped. Thank you

A beautiful place to stay in the best location. The only thing that wasn't good is the noise level in the living room. If someone sleeps there, there will be a problem. In the bedroom it was quiet…

Steffen and his team were fantastic- the apartment is excellent, great location in town, which can mean some street noise but to be honest the bedroom is quiet and peaceful & your in the city centre so expect some noise.

Excellent stay in Malaga

Loved the location, the atmosphere, the building, the space. All great. In the kitchen one could do with a cutting board and a small tub for in the sink to do some washing up instead of running the dishwasher. Or make it so that the plug actually plugs the sink.

Excellent Stay

This property is very well situated in the old town (el centro), Malaga. It is close to shops, restaurants, key attractions, the port, the central train station that takes you along the to coast and the meeting place for most bus tours to various other cities. the apartment is well appointed with all the conveniences needed. The host was excellent in every way - meeting us, orienting us to the location, providing good information about the apartment. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay ad we would recommend it highly!

Truly a gem!

Steffen’s apartment was very well equipped for a long weekend stay. It is right in the heart of the Malaga old town, and has plenty of amenities nearby. We met our host after a quick call to let them know we had arrived, and they were very kind to provide plenty of suggestions of things to do. The flat was clean and quiet, with modern fittings throughout. We would recommend anybody stay here if they are considering it. It’s truly a gem of a place to stay.

Great location, great experience

Teresa was extremely helpful in showing us around the apartment as well as providing food and destination sites in Malaga. The apartment was ideally located in the heart of the Historic district, but just far enough from the main evening attractions that it was quiet at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the rest of the apartment had all the amenities that we could ask for. The elevator (lift) was nice to have as well since we realized that not all apartment buildings in Spain have these. No improvements that we can think of.

Highly Recommend

The apartment is perfect - spacious, stylish, clean and comfortable with a really good kitchen. I can't think of anything that would improve it! It had everything we needed for a week-long stay. We loved that there was a choice of coffee makers and the hairdryer even has a diffuser attachment - a welcome detail for those of us with curly hair! Location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the pretty old town, with shops and restaurants moments away. We liked being able to hear the buzz of the town by day when the shutters were open, and it was really quiet at night. Nothing!
