Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. This will be exercised in a reasonable fashion and always provide written notice in advance, except in cases of emergency. Your comprehension and cooperation are appreciated.


Remember a fully-refundable 500euro damage deposit will be held to cover damage, breakage of rules, loss of keys, etc.
