The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a living/dining room with gas fire, Smart TV, and balcony, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a king-size with en-suite, and a bunk room, along with a shower room with hairdryer. There is a communal car park, along with a swimming pool and gardens, accessible to guests. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles, and a pub and the beach in 0.3 miles. 4 St Elmo Court is well-positioned for a seascape to Devon. Note: The apartment can be accessed by either a lift or a flight of stairs. repainting of the railings will begin Monday 7th October 2024 and is expected to take a week.

With a handful of sandy beaches, charming towns with thatched cottages, and wonderful walking options, including the South West Coast route, Devon's southernmost point offers some breath-taking scenery and picturesque vistas.
