Very Nice

Stayed with 2 friends to visit our friend studying abroad. Everything was clean and functional. The garden even had cats that would hang around. Close proximity to Vatican City and good restaurants. Overall, very happy with the accommodation.

Good place to stay

The property looks exactly as described. It was perfect for me and a friend staying in Rome. It's not in the heart of Rome, but accessible to public transport and bus for everywhere you want to get. I liked how quiet it was.We didn't cook, so I can't comment on the kitchen facilities much.

A great stay!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect for visiting the Vatican and walking around. Lots of great shops and restaurants. It was secure and quiet.

Perfect spot for a week stay

We had a great time in this adorable apartment. Everything we needed was there, and it was so close to the activities in Rome. The check in process was very easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great A/C

The apartment was perfectly situated for our trip. We were able to walk everywhere we need to go and felt very safe. Great restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood.

Great location.

Overall property has a great location , especially to Vatican City. The only thing is that the bed is a bit thin which it can be a bit uncomfortable feeling the springs through the mattress. Also , shower sometimes did not have hot water and was freezing cold. Overall if you want a great location to Rome and a place just to rest and shower this is a great option.

Great all around

Great location, close to good food, A/C was cold and showers were hot. Not always the case in Europe. Stay was great and checki-in was a breeze. Place was very clean and would highly recommend even for a family of 4.

Basic Apartment in a Great Location

Location of the apartment was great. A few blocks away from the Vatican and close to a wonderful market where we could buy fresh produce, meats and pasta. The problem was that the apartment was not well equipped for cooking and was missing very basic kitchen tools. Suggest also that you bring your own toiletries. Communication with management was very good with prompt responses. The apartment is best for those who need a clean, simple set-up and who want to stay in the Prati neighborhood.

Apartment near Vatican

Beautiful apartment. Lots of stairs. There is an elevator but we did not trust it just because it is tiny. Do know if you choose to not use the elevator- there are SO MANY STAIRS to get to the flat. The keys are extremely finicky. Also location wise it is right by the Vatican. As with any trip to Rome you do walk a lot but as someone who had no clue when booking- getting to the city center is over a 20 minute walk. Otherwise this was a fantastic stay.

Great little home base

We loved our Roman apartment. It was spotless clean, the rental company was very obliging when we needed to check in a little early. The apartment is nicely appointed with everything a family of 4 might need in terms of dishes, pots, pans, towels, etc. It's a residential neighborhood, so it's not too loud, but there is a police station nearby that was a little noisy. Plenty of places to pick up groceries, and just a few blocks from the metro. One warning...the superindendent is a little grumpy!

The apartment was spartan, aged and exiguous for three people ( note separate high cleaning fee). But communications and reception were good and flat was close to Vatican, markets, trattorias and subway station.

Great location near the Vatican and train station

The apartment was very nice and the perfect size for my son, daughter and me. The apartment is on the 4th floor (5 flights of stairs as ground floor is 0). There is a very small elevator - 3 people max- that you have to go up 1/2 flight to get to. There are basic pots and pans, silverware and tableware. We had to cook a bit for my son (he has food allergies) and did not see the tableware until after we bought disposable plates/forks as we didn’t realize it was in the cabinet under the TV in the living room/dining room area. Location was extremely convenient to get to both the Vatican and the A line train to see many of the sights.

Excellent Stay near Piazza Nurvona

We booked this property but after arriving in Italy found there was a plumbing issue. We were offered another property in the Piazza Nurvona area. We did stay there. It was an older property but was still an excellent stay. We were offered an early check-in, apartment was very clean, and a good location. My only problem was distance to Barbarini Metro. Communication with managers was excellent. Valerio met us on time and gave a good orientation. He was also helpful with arranging a restaurant reservation and very early airport pick-up.

4 Nights, 5 days in Rome

Property management was excellent, they arranged for airport pickup. Our driver Stefano was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it and brought us promptly to the property in a nice Mercedes. Valerio was there waiting for us at the apartment bldg. Entrance. He gave us a great walk through of the apartment an an overview of the neighborhood, restaurants etc . Best check in ever on VRBO. Neighborhood was great, Metro nearby, great restaurants, a huge farmers market (Mercado). In addition to all the history and sightseeing, we experienced some of the best food we have ever eaten! Our sole issue with the property were the mattresses which were way to firm for us. None of us were able to sleep well. I hope this is addressed for future guests.

5 Tage Rom

Die Wohnung liegt gleich hinter dem Vatikan. Man muss also gut zu Fuß sein, will man möglichst viel von Rom sehen. In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Ein großer Markt ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt in der Nähe eine Auswahl an Restaurants. Der Hinterhof ist großartig!

Schönes Apartment, mit Luft nach oben ;-)

Das Apartment liegt ideal zum Vatikanischen Museum. Wir haben schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie zentral zur Vatikanstadt und eine sehr gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist allerdings eher rudimentär. Hier fehlen z.B. Weingläser, mehrere Töpfe sind vorhanden, aber nur ein Deckel. Kein Dosenöffner und nur eine Espressomaschine, keine Kaffeemaschine. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer (wir waren Ende Oktober dort) ist kalkweiß und nicht gemütlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut unproblematisch und überaus freundlich. Alle Fragen wurden extrem schnell via Email beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung wohl und sicher und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Kleinigkeiten haben wir schnell vergessen und würden durchaus nochmals dieses Apartment buchen.
