A pochi metri dalle principali attrazioni turistiche e ludiche della città (piazza Walther, mercatino di Natale, Musei (Ötzi), portici, etc...). Ottima base di partenza per gite in montagna in estate ed in inverno, ovvero per visitare i castelli e le numerose cantine vinicole nei dintorni.
A pochi passi dalla casa si trovano anche numerosi ristoranti, bar e pubs per svagarsi.
L'edificio, dotato di ascensore, mantiene all'esterno l'impronta dell'antica architettura medievale. Ristrutturati di recente, gli interni sono arredati in stile moderno, mantenendo un richiamo con la storia grazie alla presenza di una stufa antica sottoposta alla tutela delle Belle Arti.
L'appartamento presenta: ingresso, cucina, bagno, sgabuzzino con lavatrice e lavatoio, camera matrimoniale (o doppia a piacimento), soggiorno grande con divano letto matrimoniale. Possibilità di un quinto posto letto su divano letto singolo.
Per i bambini sotto i 3 anni il soggiorno è gratuito. Disponibile su richiesta un box/lettino.
Sono compresi asciugamani (bagno e doccia) e lenzuola. Televisore a schermo piatto 37" con sistema Amblight, secondo televisore più piccolo in camera da letto, e internet Wi-fi.

Wunderschöne 60m2 Wohnung im Zentrum von Bozen, wenige Schritte von den touristischen Hauptattraktionen entfernt (Wahtherplatz, Christkindlmarkt, Museen (Ötzi), Lauben, usw...). Idealer Startplatz für
winterliche und sommerliche Wanderungen, oder um die Burgen und die vielen Weingüter in der Umgebung zu besuchen. Wenige Meter entfernt
befinden sich auch diverse Pubs, Restaurants und Bars, um das
Nachtleben zu genießen. Äußerlich weist das Gebäude eine typische
mittelalterlichen auf. Es verfügt über einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung wurde seit kurzem renoviert und ist modern eingerichtet, ohne jedoch ihren antiken Charme zu verlieren, der durch den unter Denkmalschutz stehende Ofen unterstützt wird. Die Wohnung besteht aus Garderobe, Küche, Badezimmer, Abstellraum mit
Waschbecken und Waschmaschine, Doppelzimmer (oder doppelbett, mit
trennbarem Bett), Wohnzimmer mit großer Schlafcouch. Bei Bedarf kann
ein fünfter Schlafplatz auf kleiner Schlafcouch eingerichtet werden.
Kinder unter 3 Jahren sind kostenlos. Verfügbar eine Box / Bett auf Anfrage.
Bade- und Handtüchter und Leintücher sind in der Wohnung vorhanden und inbegriffen. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm im Wohnzimmer 37" mit Amlight und einen kleineren im Schlafzimmer, und internet Wi-fi.

Stunning 60m2 one-bedroom flat in the city centre of Bolzano, very close to all main sights of the city and a good starting point for trips to the mountains, both in summer and winter.
Lots of restaurants, bars and pubs are just in a few meters distance from the flat, a good way to hang out and relax.
The building, with elevator, shows outside the typical medieval architecture, whilst the inside of the flat has been refurbished recently with a modern taste, even though a link to the past is provided by an old stove which is part of Bolzano's Cultural Heritage.
The flat consists of an entrance, kitchen, bathroom, storage room with washing machine, double bedroom, and a big living room with double sofa bed. A fifth bed on single sofa bed is available. Children under 3 years are free. Available on request a box / cot.
The price includes towels and sheets. Wi-Fi and flat screen TV are also available, with a second smaller TV in the bedroom.
