Welcome travellers to our beautiful home in a prime location! This stunning home offers a modern design, panoramic city views, and 3 superior comfortable bedrooms with access to 2 large bathrooms.
A fully equipped kitchen with access to a dining and living area. Included also is a private balcony, a perfect spot to relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city.
Also included, is WIFI, perfect for any type of usage, & AC in the rooms. All the apartment is private.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, a large coffee table, and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal!
2 Balconies with a view, one connected with the living area and the other in one of the bedrooms.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals.
Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, both with 1 double bed and one with the third with 2 single beds.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and good WIFI !
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque Spinola Bay, dotted with charming fishing boats and lined with trendy bars and cafes. Explore the vibrant Paceville area, where you can dance the night away or indulge in exquisite dining options.
When you're seeking a tranquil escape, the nearby neighborhood of San Gwann offers a peaceful respite. Discover the local charm as you wander through quaint streets, lined with traditional houses and friendly neighborhood shops.
The central location of our apartment also provides easy access to other popular attractions and destinations on the island. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on stunning beaches, explore historic sites, or engage in thrilling water sports, you'll find it all within reach.
St. Julians is served by an efficient bus system that connects the neighborhood to various destinations across Malta. The bus stops are easily accessible and provide a cost-effective way to explore the island.
Taxis are readily available in St. Julians, offering a convenient and comfortable mode of transportation. You can book your taxi through an app (Bolt, Uber or ecabs).
If you prefer the freedom to explore at your own pace, renting a car is a popular option. Several car rental agencies operate in St. Julians and throughout Malta. Be aware that driving is on the left-hand side, and parking spaces might be limited in busy areas.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
• Shower gels
• Liquid Soap
• Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
• Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
• Garbage bags
• Linens for the bed
• Towels per person
We do not let consumables such as salt and pepper.
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
