I called “Casa Aniello” in honour of my great grandfather;
born 1918 in Torre del Greco, he humbly started out as young coal salesman at the end of WW2 ending his full of work , but short, life as builder, passing away at just 53, some month before to see this condo complex completed.
He named it, Parco Flora as his last gift to his beloved wife, my grandma Flora and it’s now populated of local middle class.
The condo is located on corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main street of Torre del Greco, biggest city in the middle of the Gulf of Naples below mt. Vesuvio, in a strategic position halfway between Napoli and Sorrento/Amalfi coast, just 15 minutes of metro to get Pompeii or the historic centre of Naples, 1,5 km for the suggestive Herculaneum and famous for its coral/jewels manufacturing and its culinary art

Description corresponding to what you’re renting:
fully equipped kitchen at the entrance that continues in the corridor,
immediately left there's the living room with private bathroom, equipped with two corner sofa bed ikea friheten,
ON REQUEST sofa becomes two large double beds for 4 people (2x 140x200cm) with cosy mattress toppers for a real cosy sleep.
I automatically open these sofa beds for reservations from 8 guests onwards.

Heading to the right in the corridor, you reach the sleeping area and the intimate terrace for a relaxing dinner outside all together.
The master bedroom, on the left, is equipped with: queen size double bed, loft bed for two kids/one adult (max load 80kg), private bathroom , direct access outside on the terrace.
The suite/family room, on the right, consists in two bedrooms and their own private bathroom:
Master bedroom with a queen size double bed, bunk bed (max load 80kg per bed), sunny window.
Double bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to a double bed UPON REQUEST;

PLEASE ASK ME IN ADVANCE the favorite setting for the beds so we have the time to set them up before your arrival

Please don't pull up the sofa beds by yourself nor to sleep without bedclothes on the couchs for hygiene issues but ask for the bedding linen also after the arrival, i have no problem to give you
