Welcome to our stunning flat in the heart of Southwark!
This contemporary one-bedroom apartment on the 20th floor offers breathtaking views of central London, including the iconic Shard. With plenty of natural light streaming through the expansive windows, you'll feel instantly uplifted by the vibrant energy of the city.
Step into the stylishly decorated living room featuring a plush L-shaped cream sofa and lots of natural light. Adjacent is the sleek kitchen equipped with modern appliances and ample storage space, ideal for whipping up your favourite meals. Enjoy dining with a view at the white dining table overlooking the cityscape.
The bedroom boasts a comfortable double-sized bed, a desk for catching up on work, and access to the balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while admiring the skyscraper view. The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub with a wall-mounted shower.
Venture out onto the balcony furnished with outdoor seating, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the atmosphere of London.
For those travelling with two extra guests, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double sofa bed. This unit also has a parking space available - be sure to confirm if you would need to make use of it so we can arrange access.
You will have access to the whole property.

Located just two minutes walk away from Borough Underground station where you can access the Northern Line and 7 minutes from London Bridge station with access to Jubilee Line, exploring the city couldn't be easier.
Please note that in case the below instructions are not followed, fees will apply:
* Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property
* Organising parties is strictly prohibited in the property
* Any excessive noise in the property must be prevented, out of respect for the neighbours
* City Relay is not liable for any loss of keys or any other property items
* Rubbish disposal must be done by following the instructions provided for the property
* No pets are allowed (except Service Dogs)
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of governmental identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
