Antico appartamento a piano terra totalmente ristrutturato situato in pieno centro storico nella cittadina garganica di Mattinata (Puglia).
È dotato di internet wi-fi free, aria condizionata freddo/caldo, TV satellitare, angolo cottura con cucina a induzione (in casa nulla è alimentato a gas), camera da letto soppalcata, bagno con doccia e doccino (no bidet).
Poichè l'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico è sicuramente raggiungibile con un automobile, ma solo di piccole dimensioni, con la quale si può sostare, proprio davanti all'appartamento, per lasciare valigie, spesa o altre necessità.
È possibile trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze della casa a 50/100 mt max di distanza.
A piedi è possibile raggiungere comodamente ristorantini, bar e locali in genere, oltre che supermercati, uffici postali banche e altri servizi.
La spiagge e spiaggette di Mattinata sono raggiungibili in auto in appena cinque minuti e in alcuni casi con possibilità di parcheggio, a pagamento solo nei periodi di alta stagione.
A distanza invece di 20/30 minuti è possibile raggiungere in auto altre spiagge tra le più belle del Gargano, Fontana delle Rose, Vignanotica, Baia delle Zagare (raggiungibile solo prenotando nei periodi di alta stagione) e, con qualche manciata di minuti in più, e possibile raggiungere anche le cittadine di Vieste e Peschici.
Non si dovrebbe andar via senza aver visitato il paese dei due siti Unesco, Monte Sant'Angelo, e la meravigliosa foresta Umbra.
Possibilità di praticare trekking, fare escursioni in bicicletta, in barca e in SUP per un giro della costa per visitare grotte e per raggiungere spiagge accessibili solo via mare.

Ground floor apartment nicely located in one of the small quiet and silent streets in the historic center in the town of Mattinata (Gargano peninsula, Puglia). The apartment has been totally renovated in 2024. It includes internet wi-fi free, air conditioning (summer/winter), kitchenette with induction kitchen (in the house nothing is powered by gas), loft bedroom, bathroom with shower and shower (no bidet), a satellite TV.
You can find parking in the immediate vicinity of the house at 50/ 100 mt max away. Note: as the apartment is located in the historic center with limited parking area, only small size cars are allowed to stop right in front of the apartment, however only for short periods as needed to load and unload luggage and/or shopping bags or for other similar needs.
On walking distance you can easily reach restaurants, bars as well as supermarkets, post offices, banks and all other main services.
The main beaches of Mattinata are reachable by car in just five minutes. Most of them offer parking facilities, however it might not be free of charge especially during high season. At a distance of 20/30 minutes by car you can reach other beaches, among the most beautiful and famous of the Gargano, like Fontana delle Rose, Vignanotica, Baia delle Zagare (only accessible by booking in high season). The town of Vieste, considered the pearl of the Gargano, with its famous faraglione of Pizzomunno, is approximately only 30min away. Last but not least, you should not leave without visiting the country of two UNESCO sites, Monte Sant'Angelo, and the wonderful Umbra forest which are also approximately only 30min away.
Possibility of trekking, cycling, boat and SUP tours to visit caves and beaches accessible only by sea.

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée bien situé dans l'une des petites rues calmes et paisibles du centre historique de la commune de Mattinata (péninsule du Gargano, Pouilles). L'appartement a été entièrement rénové et récemment réaménagé en 2024. Il dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'une télévision par satellite, de la climatisation (été/hiver), d'une kitchenette avec cuisinière à induction (rien dans la maison n'est alimenté au gaz), d'une chambre en mezzanine. , une salle de bain avec douche (pas de bidet).
Vous pouvez trouver un parking à proximité immédiate de la maison à 50/100 mètres maximum. Remarque : comme l'appartement est situé dans le centre historique avec une zone de stationnement limitée, seules les voitures de petite taille sont autorisées à s'arrêter juste devant l'appartement, mais seulement pour de courtes périodes selon les besoins pour charger et décharger les bagages et/ou les sacs de courses ou pour d'autres besoins similaires.
À distance de marche, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre les restaurants, les bars ainsi que les supermarchés, les bureaux de poste, les banques et tous les autres principaux services.
Les principales plages de Mattinata sont accessibles en voiture en seulement cinq minutes. La plupart d'entre elles offrent des possibilités de stationnement, mais il se peut qu'elles ne soient pas gratuites, surtout en haute saison.
