Apartment with 1 bedroom up to 4 people: 1 double bedroom, full kitchen, living room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, located on the mezzanine floor. Our GreenHouse is decorated with furniture and artworks of art from ancient to contemporary, reminiscent of the imposing and quiet green courtyard of the 1920 condominium, it is located in the central square of Testaccio, a neighborhood full of shops, bars, restaurants, transport and an interesting local life to explore. Smart TV, fast WiFi, air conditioning, central heating.
To access the apartment you have to climb a staircase with 10 steps.
All the spaces of the apartment are for the exclusive use of guests.

- CHECK-IN: we do not offer self-check-in, we prefer to meet our guests personally to show the apartment and give all the useful information; check-in times: from 3pm to 9pm; check-out: by 10:00am, For late check-in, AVAILABLE ONLY BY AGREEMENT, there is an extra fee, to be paid in CASH at check-in: until 10:30pm/ €25; until midnight: €50; until 1am €75.
- DOCUMENTS: at check-in we will have to register identity documents (Passport or ID card) of all guests, to communicate them to the Nazional Security Authority.
- CITY TAX: At check-in, guest have to pay - IN CASH - the City Tax of the Municipality of Rome, equal to €6.00 per night per person (for a maximum of 10 nights).

We like our guests to experience the uniqueness of local culture even in our apartments while they are visiting Italy. We personally take care of our guests, and we like to help them to discover in our cities unusual places to visit, where to eat, etc.

- Piazza san Pietro and Vatican Museum: from Piazza dell'Emporio with the bus #23: in 20 minutes you get "Conciliazione" stop then 5 minutes walk to Piazza San Pietro or in 25 minutes you get to the Vatican Museums.
- "Piramide" (metro B or train to Lido di Ostia) and Ostiense Station (train to Fiumicino Airport) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
- the nearest taxi station is at "Piramide", a 7-minute walk away.
