The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people: 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, living room with dining table, a bathroom with shower. Located in a 70s condominium in a quiet street in Trastevere. Furnished with designer furniture and contemporary art, it is an independent house overlooking a green courtyard and is very quiet and a short distance from the heart of the neighborhood, full of shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. To access the apartment, you have to climb 2 steps.
All spaces of the apartment are for the exclusive use of guests.

- CITY TAX: At check-in, guest have to pay - IN CASH - the City Tax of the Municipality of Rome, equal to €5.00 per night per person (for a maximum of 10 nights).

We like our guests to experience the uniqueness of local culture even in our apartments while they are visiting Italy. We personally take care of our guests, and we like to help them to discover in our cities unusual places to visit, where to eat, etc.

Trastevere is the heart of Rome, and the location of the apartment allows you to reach the center of Trastevere on foot in just a few minutes. No car needed. With a small walk you can reach the bars and shops of Trastevere (5min) or city center (10min). With 2 minutes' walk you can reach public transport: Tram "8" to Piazza Venezia, the center of Rome and Trastevere train station (with trains to airport); Tram "3" to Circo Massimo, Palatino hill and Colosseum. Bus "H" and "75" to Termini Station, main train station. For Vatican Museum tram "8" with Bus "23" or "492".
