This romantic home sits in the beautiful scenery of Conca dei Marini. It is a comfortable residence for 2 people, five minutes from the beach of Marina di Conca and the beach resort of Capo di Conca. A short distance from the house is a restaurant, bars, a mini market, an ATM, the post office and a public parking lot where you can park comfortably at a daily rate. The gate opens to a large terrace with sea views at 180 degrees, overlooking Capo di Conca. The terrace is for exclusive use and allows guests of the house to relax in the sun or dine outdoors on warm summer evenings. It's equipped with a sofa with pillows, sun loungers, and umbrella. The dining area is set up with wrought-iron chairs and Vietri's wrought-iron and majolica table.
From the terrace you access the main entrance of the house that opens to a large unique space furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a TV, a hanging table with stools for eating and a nice double bed, all overlooking the sea. The bathroom has a beautiful maxi shower covered in stone that inspires romantic fantasies. From the living room you go to the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with a six-burner stove, exhaust hood, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, SMEG refrigerator. A small storage room on the terrace houses the washing machine.
A short distance from the house there is a mini market (L 'Angolo della Spesa) where you can buy everything you need for your vacation, a great restaurant with a view (Le Bontà del Capo) that organizes cooking class and lemon tour, a butcher, a pizzeria (‘ La Piazza ’da Nino), a bar, an ATM, an emporium, a post office. At the Monastero Santarosa 5 * hotel you can book massages or treatments in the beautiful spa open to external guests. The beautiful beach of Marina di Conca can be reached within a 10-minute walk (the path includes stairs).

The typical Mediterranean style homes, from barrel vaults and white lime walls, with beautiful flowery balconies and a spectacular view of the sea, the terraces cultivated with lemons and tomatoes from the full, quiet and fresh sea breeze have made Conca dei Marini the "good retreat" ideal for lovers of discretion and tranquility. The price includes: bed linen and towels, water, gas, electricity, air conditioning, heating, use of the washing machine, allowed for 1 car to park for free in Conca dei Marini and transit in the ZTL.

- IF you arrive BY taxi: tell the driver to call Cristina before arriving, to receive information about the ZTL.
- IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: at least two hours before arrival contact Cristina who will give you the information to download the app to park in public parkings (€20/day) and access the LTZ
- the meeting point for check-in is Piazza Sciuscella, pls call Cristina inadvance to make arrangements for check-in

For late arrivals:
- €50 penalty for late check-in after 7:00 p.m.

Guest access:
Guests have access to all parts of the house. The terrace is for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to note
Public parking is available at a rate of €20 per day with parking meter (parking in all cities costs €35-40 per day!).

Upon arrival, €2 per person will be required for tourist tax.
