Benvenuto a Uptown Sedona! The Uptown House combina lusso moderno, spazio aperto, posizione comoda e viste mozzafiato. La casa ha una piscina riscaldata di recente costruzione, spa, camino, firepit a gas, grande barbecue grill, cucina all'aperto e molto altro ancora. Questa spaziosa casa completamente ristrutturata di 3800 piedi quadrati presenta una cucina a pianta aperta, una zona pranzo, un'area salotto e un soggiorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, caffè, spezie, condimenti e tutte le necessità per cucinare. Ci sono 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni completi al piano inferiore nella zona giorno principale. Il piano superiore ha un appartamento loft separato con un bellissimo bagno termale e una cucina completa. Dispone anche di un patio avvolgente con incredibili viste Red Rock.

Posizione

L'Uptown House è situato nel cuore di Uptown, a pochi passi da numerosi ristoranti, carrelli, attività turistiche e negozi unici, ma è situato in un quartiere molto tranquillo. È anche a pochi passi dal parco storico di Jordan, dove si trova il museo del patrimonio di Sedona, insieme a numerosi sentieri escursionistici.

Piscina, vasca idromassaggio e area esterna

Il cortile era stato completamente trasformato con una nuovissima piscina riscaldata (riscaldamento piscina disponibile a pagamento), giochi d'acqua, isola barbecue all'aperto e cucina, posti a sedere bar, grande vasca idromassaggio e un pozzo del fuoco incorporato circondato da un bellissimo travertino d'avorio pavimentazione. C'è anche un ampio cortile laterale perfetto per lezioni di yoga di gruppo o meditazione.

La casa dei quartieri alti è lo spazio perfetto per ogni grande gruppo da radunare e diffondere. È caricato con tutti i servizi necessari e poi alcuni.

La casa si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo. Prenoteremo solo quelli che rispettano il vicinato e i vicini.

Great Ladies Trip House

There were 7 of us total for our stay and the house was perfect - plenty of space, the layout was great, and well stocked. Great location - walking distance to shopping and coffee shops/restaurants and short drive to hiking trail heads. Would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful home and just blocks from restaurants and shopping, and minutes away from great trails for hiking! Great house for up to two families given the way it’s set up. Totally separate space with full kitchen that sleeps 4. Well maintained.

Great Space & Location

Our group of 12 (ages 16-76) fit comfortably in the home and it was a great location. We were unable to get the hot tub to heat (in December) but overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great place to celebrate my 50th

Everything you need is here. Such an amazing location and spectacular views. The house accommodated our group of 8 women perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet yet so close (walking distance) to great restaurants and destinations. The kitchen is well stocked with all the needs, pool and hot tub were great, and the beds were super comfy. I would highly recommend!

Amazing Sedona getaway!

My girlfriends and I stayed at the house for a girls weekend! The house was great! Beds for all twelve of us and lots of sitting areas for us to hang and relax. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the location of the property was walkable to town. I would highly recommend this house for others to rent. Thank you!

Great house in a great Sedona location!

My family of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed spending our annual family vacation in this lovely home. The location of the house was a plus as it is in walking distance to town. Also, after a hike relaxing in the pool and hot tub was wonderful. The house itself has a nice layout. Lots of room. We also enjoyed the grill. I would recommend this home for a fun family vacation.

Such a great property! We were impressed with how much baby items they had to accommodate for our son. The neighborhood was quiet, scenery was great and the weather was fantastic which made it nice to enjoy the pool. The house was clean, spacious and we loved all the amenities! Would rebook again!

Girls weekend

The location and size of the home are spectacular. We could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. When we arrived, we were stunned by the size of the house. It was MORE than comfortable for 8 girls. The upstairs 'suite' is its own little retreat. Between the stunning views and the enormous bathroom, we didn't want to leave that portion of the home.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Well stocked with so many items. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! It was a great place for our 9 family members to enjoy games and recharge between our tours and outings. Wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay here again! A++++

Fabulous house

My wife and I along with 5 adult family members and a 7 month old baby stayed here for 4 nights. The place is great- no complaints. We hit a stretch of colder and wetter weather than normal but still we had a great time hiking and checking out the town. We also had fun at the house- playing cards, cooking meals, and spending time in the pool and hot tub. Even in the evening when it was in the mid 40s the heated pool felt warm and comfortable. Even though the house is rather expensive I would definitely recommend this house to others.

Nice location and well stocked

We enjoyed our stay - the house was well stocked which was great because we like to cook and dine in. Nice walk to downtown. Had some slight trouble getting the check in information but once in was plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was that we had hoped to swim but did not realize we needed to give advance notice for the pool to be heated - would recommend noting that for people unfamiliar with how these things work.

The house had exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. For our family of 10, with ages from 12 through 78, the house provided plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of extra linens, blankets, and pillows. We paid to heat the pool which provided lots of entertainment for the kids. Great walking distance to town. Downtown Sedona was very busy the week between Christmas and New Years so being able to walk locations made it easier.

Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and all the shopping Uptown Sedona has to offer. Fabulous views from the large outside deck. The heated pool, large firepit, and jacuzzi are especially great after a day full of hiking, adventure, and sightseeing.
