Nuovissimo condominio di lusso ultra moderno con 2 camere da letto e 3 bagni di fronte a Eagle Beach che offre una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano e sulla piscina. Questa struttura offre sistemazioni complete chiavi in mano per una fuga romantica o con la famiglia. Situata a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, questa lussuosa comunità sulla spiaggia offre solo 56 unità condominiali di lusso con una piscina molto grande, una vasca idromassaggio e un centro fitness completamente attrezzato in un ambiente tropicale. L'unità offre 2 camere da letto ciascuna con un bagno separato di 3 pezzi. C'è anche un bagno comune in 2 pezzi situato nel corridoio. La bella unità offre circa 1300 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo di lusso. La sistemazione per la notte è "letto matrimoniale king size", la seconda camera offre "letto matrimoniale" e infine c'è un divano letto nella zona giorno. Le TV sono situate in entrambe le camere da letto e nella zona giorno con cavo e internet inclusi.

This place is amazing!! First of all the condo was so clean and pristine! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Secondly the views from the deck were stunning!! The pool area was cleaned and wiped down each morning. The location is perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants. Our favorite was The Waters Edge for breakfast. Will highly recommend this condo. We will definitely be back!!

A Beautiful Place To Stay

We loved our stay at LaVent Condos! The property is beautiful, even better than the photos! We found it both spacious and spotless! I was very impressed with all the little extras like laundry pods, extra bath conveniences, paper products and even coffee pods. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. We were also greeted with a beautiful fruit basket upon arrival. This is truly a 5-star condominium. The property owner Frank was beyond helpful and responsive to any inquiries, and wonderful to work with. The location is perfect with a breathtaking full view of Eagle Beach which is just steps away. Beach chairs, towels, and a cooler are all included. The sunsets views are spectacular from the comfort of the condo’s balcony. Daniela was fantastic! She welcomed us upon arrival and was so accommodating, answering all of our questions. It was our first holiday in Aruba but certainly won’t be our last!!!

This is our second time at LeVent. We absolutely love everything about this place. The view, the location, nice and clean, well stocked kitchen… couldn’t ask for more!

Wonderful Stay.

My friend & I recently stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect with lovely views.The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well-appointed. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances, pots/pans and utensils for those times you don’t want to eat out.We loved sitting out on the balcony early morning especially, My 1 wish would be to have a table for at least 2 that you that you could have a meal on.

Great Condo

Love staying at the LeVent Condos. This unit it excellent. Great location, nice view from balcony. Modern decor. Walking distance to the beach. Get to the beach early 7AM or earlier to reserve a palapas. Umbrellas and lounge chairs for rent if you need but the condo comes with Tommy Bahama chairs. Restaurants within walking distance. SuperFoods nearby for groceries, can walk there & take a taxi back. Taxis available outside the store. Pool area and pool is great too.

Christmas Vacay

Le Vent - is a beautiful property . I have a time share at the Marriott ocean club . I was there in September , came back in October for the weekend stayed at the Ritz, but loved Eagle beach .The condo is immaculate, well decorated , beds super comfy.The check in process was super easy , I texted when we arrived, we were able to drop our luggage and head to the beach .. super accommodating .Would definitely go back and stay again .

We will return!

The property was very clean and view was spectacular. The proximity to the beach was perfect for our family and we opted to spend sunsets swimming at the gorgeous Eagle Beach. We planned two off-property excursions and the remaining days were spent at the amazing pool. We had a few questions and they were answered by the management staff promptly. Having the washer-dryer in the unit allowed us to pack lightly and wash clothing on-site. The well-stocked kitchen meant we could prepare a few meals on-site though the myriad restaurants nearby (or within a 10min taxi ride) meant we had at least one meal out each day!

We had a wonderful time!! The place was exactly like the pictures, clean and convenient! Eagle beach is beautiful and takes 5 mins to walk to!! The view from the balcony is amazing to wake up to!! We would definitely rent this place again!!

Wonderful stay

The property was immaculate. Check took a little bit of time. But was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay. The security guards at the gate were amazing about getting a taxi whenever we needed.

Beautiful condo and great ocean view

I enjoyed my stay at LeVent in this condo and highly recommend it. The property manager was very responsive and helpful prior to my arrival and while I was there. The condo is very clean and there was a lovely welcome basket on the kitchen counter when I checked in. Unfortunately, it was too large for me since I was traveling alone. There are some places to eat in walking distance of the condo. I highly recommend breakfast at Paradise Beach Villas. Go out to the security entrance and take a left. You can walk through the lot that's immediately to the left and it's directly on the left just go to the Tiki bar. Getting around Aruba is very easy with a quick tax ride. I don't recommend using Ricky when you arrive at the airport. It should be taxis there that you can use to get to the condo. Your trip should be max $40 from the airport and not more than $50 including a stop at the store. I learned the hard way. Not only that, his vehicle was not nice enough to overcharge me. The seat was torn and the seat belt was broken so I couldn't use it. Literally all of the other taxis I used while I was there was nicer. I ended up having a nice young lady pick me up and she became my driver for the remainder of my trip and I tipped her well each time since she wasn't overcharging me.

Best spot on the island

Beautiful location and even better apartment and facility. They maintain and clean the facility every morning and deep clean once a week. It's 3 min away from the beach walking and the pool they have is super nice. They are doing some renovation of walkways around the Eagle Beach so the walkways are not great but the beach is one of the best in the world. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend

The condo was prefect. There were four of us, my husband, our college aged daughter and her friend. Spacious, very clean. Well accommodated with beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. Walk right across the street to Eagle Beach, which was as amazing as everyone says. The pool at the condo was great. Easy walk to grocery shopping if you don't have a car. Easy walk to restaurants. Short cab right to downtown and the high rise area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and access to Eagle Beach

Sonaly and Daniella was super helpful with check in. Condo was even better in person and had a great view of Eagle Beach. Welcome fruit and juice basket was appreciated. We enjoyed the floats and beach chairs too. Awesome stay and would stay again the next time we come to Aruba.

Beautiful & peaceful location!!!!

Condo was beautiful. Restaurants & grocery store close by. Clean & quiet pool. Grounds were pristine. Taxis were easy to get. Owner & property manager were quick to respond.

Very nice condo.

We arrived at LeVent after a few days prior with the property manger asking when our flight arrived and Sonally or Danielle would be there to greet us. We waited for over 20 minutes before Danielle arrived. Danielle was sorry about the wait, but we just wanted to get to our condo. She was very sweet and showed us around the condo. The welcome basket was a very thoughtful gesture. We suggested that coffee might be an addition to the bag, because there was none. My friend and I had discussed that before we arrived if there wasn't coffee that it states in the listing that there is a convient store on site, there is none! We ended up walking to the grocery just to get a few groceries. The condo was very lovely. My suggestion is to replace your frying pans there was two and one being in terrible condition. More dish towels and beach towels are needed in the unit two are definitely not sufficient. We enjoyed are stay and with the added suggestions would stay there again.

Amazing location on Eagle Beach

Eagle Beach is simply amazing and you will not regret staying at this location. Our family loved staying at this property right on Eagle Beach. The unit had four beach chairs and cooler and towels that we brought out to the beach nearly daily while we stayed in Aruba. The location was perfect - several restaurants were within walking distance and it was a great location set between the downtown area and the high rise area (i.e., it was not crazy busy.) We enjoyed having three bathrooms having three girls in our group (wife and two daughters - 11, 13.) The kitchen had everything you needed and it was great to be able to hit up the pool between activities and the beach. We never had trouble getting chairs around the pool. Just watch the iguanas down there though - they like food and will get very close. The only thing that would have made our stay better was that the pillows were not great. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Aruba.
