Villa Camilla si trova a 100 metri dalla splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca di Cann'e Sisa. Disposta su un livello, pratica e funzionale con uno spazioso soggiorno con camino e zona pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie, microonde e seggiolino pappa per bambini), tre comode camere da letto ( 1 camera matrimoniale e 2 camere con letti a castello e culla su richiesta) ed un bagno. Circondata da un giardino di oltre 220 mq sul quale si affaccia un luminoso e confortevole patio con sedie a dondolo e sdraio, la villa offre spazi esterni vivibili con possibilità di cucinare (barbecue in muratura) e mangiare all' aperto, con doccia esterna , locale lavanderia e posto auto privato. Dotata di ogni confort ( TV, lettore DVD, cassaforte a muro, aria condizionata, lavatrice, ferro da stiro e asse da stiro) sarà sicuramente all'altezza delle vostre aspettative.

Great location

We (2 adults, 2 children) spent the last two weeks of August 2021 in Villa Camilla. The house is well equipped with nearly (see below) everything you need (climatization, dish washer, washing machine, microwave oven, shower outside, nice veranda, very nice garden with two veery cozy hammocks where you can hang out in the shaddow of a few pine trees. A small sand beach is located in 1-2 minutes walking distance. It was crowded at times and depending on the wind direction, there sometimes was a lot of sea grass swimming on the first two meters of the ocean. However (tipp!) if you don't really insist on sand, there is another (more stony) beach to the left (same distance), where there isn't any sea grass ever. And on both beaches, the water itself is crystal clear (apart from the salt, it would probably be potable :-). There are of course many other, larger beaches on the picturesque road towards Villasimius, but I stop rhapsodizing here. Communication with the landlord was easy at all times. He speaks English and explained everything. During our stay he responded to all our questions very promptly. Thanks Carlo! Minor things that were missing (or too nice and hence travelled home with other tourists before us): - a garlic press - an egg whip / eggbeater Overall: Now sea view, but a peaceful location where you can spend a nice vacation. Have fun!

fantastico!

Das Haus und der Garten waren tatsächlich wie beschrieben, wenn nicht noch besser. Der schattige Garten, die Hängematten unter Pinien und die Gartendusche unter dem Oleander waren einfach fantastisch! Es fehlte an absolut nichts (höchstens deutsches TV, wer das braucht - wir vermissten es nicht), die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Super Strandlage, herrliche Ruhe, traumhaftes Wasser und kein überfüllter Strand mit einer super Strandbar, und dazu noch eine super sympathische Vermieterin - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! Der ummauerte Garten war obendrein perfekt für unseren Hund. Wir hatten einen super chilligen Sommerurlaub (mit dem Auto/Fähre und Hund). Grazie!

Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage zum Strand/in ruhigem Ort, abseits touristischem Trubel

Wir haben als Familie in 2023 unsere Sommerferien Ende Juni/Anfang Juli dort verbracht und hatten sehr entspannte 2 Wochen abseits von touristischem Trubel, der mittlerweile leider auch den Süden Sardiniens erfasst hat. Es gibt zwei fussläufig zu erreichende, wunderschöne Strände und ebenso zwei kleine Supermärkte im Ort, die alles haben was man braucht. Wer essen gehen möchte, für den gibt es auch einige Restaurants. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich top ausgestattet und bietet eine exzellente Lage. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gibt es ebenso gegen einen kleinen Obolus bei Sara, unserer netten Vermieterin. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und oft die Mittagszeit im tollen Garten in den Hängematten unter den Pinienbäumen im Schatten verbracht und abends am Strand (Süd-West Ausrichtung!) in der Strandbar den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus. Jeder konnte seinen Wohlfühlplatz finden. 2 tolle Hängematten luden zum Relaxen ein. Es gab auch genügend Liegen, gute Küchenausstattung, neues Badezimmer. Die Lage war hervorragend, wenige Schritte zum Meer, ruhige Lage und nur kurze Wege zur Versorgung mit Getränken, Lebensmittel, ein Fischladen, schönes Restaurant mit Pizzeria. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt.

Alles hat wunderbar gepasst!

Wer Sardinien besucht hat, weißt dass das Meer dort wunderschön ist. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern. Es hat eine schöne neue Küche und ein frisch renoviertes modernes Badezimmer. Der Garten ist wunderbar zum Entspannen. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und ist fantastisch. Carlo war immer erreichbar und er hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Grazie mile, Carlo! Ci ritorneremo!

House with lovely garden very close to the beach.

Carlo is a great host. We overlooked that we have to bring our own bed linens, and we were already in Sardinia when we found out. He reacted without hesitation and has arranged the bed linens for us free of charge. Carlo's property is located in the lower, flat part of the Torre delle Stelle, about 100m walk to the Cann'e Sisa beach, so no need to climb the steep hills. The beach is nice with white/grey fine sand and there are two small restaurants/bars, open all day to even late at night. There are some snorkelling opportunities around the rocky edges. The street is very quiet. Only few cars passed the street during the day at very low speeds. So you don't have to worry when the children walk alone to the beach. House is very well equipped and has air-conditioning, which provided for very good night rest. But the best part of the house is the garden. It has beautiful soft lawn, that you can walk on barefoot. There are several big pine trees that provide the shade for the big part of the garden and your car. We enjoyed the 2 hammocks and there are also 2 sunbeds that you can place anywhere you want. About 3-4 minute walk is a Crai supermarket. We used to walk there every morning to get fruits and bread for breakfast. I noticed a bus stop at the entrance to the community by the main road, so you might easily get around even without a car. But if you are planning to visit some of the many beautiful beaches in the area, the car is recommended. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we will definitely stay with Carlo in the future.

Alles bestens

Tolles Haus, dass unseren Ansprüchen vollkommen gerecht wurde. Der Garten ist fantastisch, gerade auch für Kinder. In den Hängematten unter den 6 Pinien findet sich stets ein schattiges Plätzchen, falls man nicht gerade auf einem der gemütlichen Korbsessel auf der Veranda ist. Wir nutzten weniger den Strand unmittelbar in der Nähe, sondern den nächstgelegenen (5min Auto oder 20min Fußweg) im selben Ort. Super für Kinder und Erwachsene. Einkauf vor Ort kein Problem, Kontakt zu Carlo sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitzubringen sind, hatten wir leider überlesen ;-) , daher nochmal dieser Hinweis... Platz im Koffer für bereit zu halten...(liess sich im Übrigen dann Carlo und seiner Frau gut lösen. Den Rest besorgten wir im Carrefour, der praktisch alles 24/7 bietet und innerhalb 35 min mit Auto in Quarto S. Elena (Vorort von Cagliari) zu erreichen ist, falls es besonderen Bedarf gibt. Ach, tauchen vor Ort organisiert über Manni / im Wasser war auch super...

Vero relax

Fantastico soggiorno in una proprietà adeguata alle esigenze sia nostre che di mio figlio adolescente. Casa curata nei dettagli e giardino meraviglioso come in foto. La casa si trova veramente a due passi dalla splendida spiaggia...silenziosa e vicina ai market. Carlo e Sara disponibili e gentili...un bacio a Camilla da parte nostra e di Samuele. Location ideale per vacanza in famiglia

La descrizione di Villa Camilla corrisponde fedelmente alle caratteristiche della proprietà e alle condizioni di soggiorno. Le foto parlano da sole: la casa è bella e funzionale, circondata dal giardino curato e situata a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Ottima location sia per una vacanza in loco, sia come punto base per esplorare il sud della Sardegna. L'ospitalità e la disponibilità di Carlo sono state squisite.

Tolles Haus mit klasse Garten, ruhig am Meer gelegen

Das Objekt befindet sich in der Nähe vom Strand und ist ruhig gelegen. Das Haus ist sauber und hat einen tollen schattigen Garten. In welchem man Zuflucht vor der Mittagssonne findet. Einfach herrlich ! Sehr gerne wieder!

Super Villa !!!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Camilla verbracht. Carlo hat uns ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen ,hat uns alles erklärt .Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts .Sauberkeit : Topp 5 Sterne. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und man hat die Ruhe die man braucht zum Entspannen. Zu dem Strand ist es wirklich nicht weit und Ende September ,fast Menschenleer. Aber es gibt ganz in der Nähe noch so viele Traumstrände ,wo man das Gefühl hat in der Karibik zu sein. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen ,man kann auch ganz in Nähe einkaufen ,aber die Schönheit der Gegend zu Erleben , Bedarf es eben ein Auto. Wichtig an dieser Stelle ,wäre noch zu erwähnen das Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht mit inbegriffen sind.. Wir können nur sagen ,es wahr traumhaft schön und wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Carlo,noch einmal Danke für die schöne Unterkunft.

Ein Traum auf Sardinien

Das Ferienhaus übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Tolle Lage. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Garten mit den Pinienbäumen lädt zum relaxen ein. Ob in der Hängematte oder auf der Liege, im Schatten der Bäume ein Traum. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sollte etwas nicht passen oder man braucht etwas, steht Carlo mit Rat und Tat immer zur Seite. Ein toller Vermieter.

Great Holidays

We and our children had a great time in Carlo's house at the beautiful south side of Sardinia with it's diversified landscape and awesome beaches. The communication with Carlo was very pleasant and we received a quick answer to all our questions we had. When we arrived he was already awaiting us to show us everything and he also gave us some good tips concerning the area around. We can absolutely recommend spending some time in this house and we will come back.

Che Spettacolo

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, con 2 bimbi di 6 e 8 anni, abbiamo soggiornato dal 28 Luglio al 12 Agosto e devo dire che siamo stati proprio bene!! La casa è perfetta, non manca davvero nulla, ci sono tutti i comfort e risponde perfettamente alla descrizione!! Il giardino parla da solo, puro RELAX consentendo ai bambini tutto quello di cui hanno bisogno, il contesto dove è inserita è Naturale "come una volta” (no cemento per capirsi) questo la la rende ancora più una zona tranquilla, fresca e rilassante. Sempre in giardino anche nei giorni più caldi con punte di 38 gradi all’ombra,i pini alti riparano dal sole e l’aria fa il resto, pranzo e cena sempre sotto il portico esterno, è impossibile non appisolarsi sull’amaca :D Nel paese non manca niente, inoltre è un ottimo punto di partenza per poter esplorare le spiagge (stupende) nelle vicinanze al mattino, rientro a pranzo con doccia esterna impagabile per poi godersi un pochino di relax pomeridiano e finire la giornata di mare nella spiaggia di Cannesisa, davvero a 100 passi da casa!!! Ringraziamo Carlo e Sara per averci accolto ed essere sempre disponibili, mostrando interesse per tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno e avere trascorso del piacevole tempo assieme. Un bacione va alla piccola Camilla da parte di tutti, in particolare Sofia e Matteo! Dopo avere riscoperto il significato della parola RELAX ed essersi goduti a pieno la vacanza vi salutiamo con un arrivederci! ;D

Traumvilla für Familien im Süden Sardiniens

Wir waren begeistert von Carlos traumhafter Villa Camilla im Süden Sardiniens. Es war unser erster Besuch der italienischen Insel und unsere erste Flugreise mit unseren beiden Kids. Carlo hat uns schon vor der Anreise direkt per WhatsApp kontaktiert und uns alle nötigen Infos zukommen lassen und auch vor Ort war er stets erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Zur Villa selbst: Die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben und lies kaum Wünsche offen. Es ist einfach nur herrlich unter den großen Pinien im Garten zu liegen und das schöne Klima Sardiniens zu genießen. Unsere Kinder haben jede Minute in diesem kleinen Idyll genossen und wir mussten uns nie Gedanken um Ihre Sicherheit machen, da der Garten sehr kindgerecht gestaltet ist. Sogar für den Mietwagen gab es noch einen Schattenplatz auf dem Grundstück. Die Außendusche war ebenfalls ein absolutes Highlight. Auch Innen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das gesamte Haus war extrem sauber und reinlich. Nirgends haben wir auch nur das kleinste Anzeichen von Schmutz entdecken können. Das Bad ist modern und geräumig. Das Wohnzimmer war ebenfalls relativ groß, jedoch hielten wir uns vorwiegend draußen auf. Zum Ort: Torre Delle Stelle ist ein extrem ruhiges - wir sind Berliner - und beschauliches Fleckchen direkt am Mittelmeer. Die Via del Centauro führt direkt zum Strand Cann'e Sisa. Nachts kann man sogar die Wellen hören! Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte, die uns mit allem versorgten, was wir brauchten. Wenn es etwas mehr sein muss, kann man nach Cagliari fahren, dort gibt es dann riesige Einkaufszentren und sogar einen Lidl (unbedingt die Route über die Via Leonardo Da Vinci nutzen, diese führt an der herrlichen Küste entlang). Unserer Einschätzung nach ist ein Auto für Sardinien unabdingbar. Dieses half uns dann aber auch zu den nahe gelegenen Traumstränden Genn'e Mari, Solanas und Porto Sa Ruxi (absolutes Schnorchel-Highlight) zu gelangen. Da wir in der Vorsaison anreisten, gab es überall noch reichlich Parkplätze. Wir haben überwiegend Familien mit Kindern angetroffen. Generell sollte man ein paar Sätze der Sprache lernen (das sollte man eigentlich immer) aber bis auf Carlo und den Besitzer eines Burger-Restaurants in Cagliari konnte keiner Englisch. Auch nicht ein kleines bisschen. Wir freuen uns schon Carlo, seine wundervolle Familie und sein atemberaubend schönes Haus bald wieder zu sehen. Grazie mille Carlo.

A great place to stay with kids

Villa Camilla is a beautiful place for a family with little kids. The garden is made with lots of passion and looks very nice. The kids can walk and play there around almost unattendend, because it is surounded. There are some wild living cats in the neighborhood, so you have to be sure you don't leave your breakfast table on the terrace unwatched. One of these cats (I think the name was Sceggio) almost belongs to the house and comes every morning and waits patiently to get some leftovers. There are two nice beaches in walking distance and several others in 1 hour driving distance. We definitely want to come back to this calm and relaxing place. Thanks Carlo!!!

Toller Urlaub in Torre del Stelle

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Torre del Stelle. Das Haus und der Garten waren toll. Im Garten gibt es über die Mittagszeit viel Schatten, man kann toll in den Hängematten relaxen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut incl Klimaanlage. Für unsere fünfköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz. Bis zum Meer sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Dadurch ist man sehr flexibel. Der Strand ist sehr schön und war auch in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt. In der Nähe sind einige schöne Restaurants, in denen man abends gut essen kann. Carlo hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden, seine Tips via Whatsapp haben uns sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Très bonne location

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine de vacances dans la maison de Carlo. Elle correspond en tous points à la description, la maison est très agréable, très propre et très bien entretenue. Le jardin est magnifique et nous y avons passé de bons moments en famille. Merci à Carlo pour son accueil et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Stupenda!

Siamo stati a Villa Camilla nella settimana dal 18 al 25 giugno, 3 adulti e nostro figlio di un anno. La casa è molto bella, perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione del sito, curata, pulita, recentemente ristrutturata e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il giardino è meraviglioso, super curato, fresco e perfetto per la vacanza al mare, con portico, doccia esterna e bbq. La spiaggia è a 4 minuti a piedi (davvero), stupenda e da sogno se non fosse per le alghe che però non hanno rovinato l'acqua cristallina e caraibica. Supermercato vicino ma devi per forza andarci in auto, per il resto nel villaggio non c'è nulla a parte 2 ristoranti e una pescheria. Super consigliata per vacanza di tutto relax. Carlo e la sua famiglia sono gentilissimi e disponibili

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Der Kontakt mit Carlo war unkompliziert, freundlich, zügig und erfolgte auf Englisch. Die Angaben zum Haus im Inserat sind korrekt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche müssen mitgebracht werden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad wurde erst vor wenigen Wochen komplett renoviert. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man abends wunderbar verweilen, außerdem haben wir dort jede Mahlzeit eingenommen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der schöne, gepflegte Garten mit hohen Pinienbäumen, die den ganzen Tag über Schatten spenden. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern ideal, auch weil der Garten rundherum abgegrenzt ist und alles ebenerdig ist. Der Hausstrand Cann'e Sisa ist nur einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt; sehr schön ist der Strand Genn'e Mari auf der anderen Seite der Bucht von Torre delle Stelle. Die Umgebung war während unseres Aufenthaltes Anfang Juni angenehm ruhig. Wir würden die Villa Camilla definitiv weiterempfehlen.
