Questa casa secolare, con una superficie interna totale di 240 me un ampio giardino, è un'ottima soluzione per le tue vacanze al mare e in città con la famiglia o con un gruppo di amici. E 'completamente montato ed equipaggiato in modo da fornire a quest'ultima tutte le esigenze di comfort un massimo di 16 px. La posizione geografica è ideale in quanto consente la piena mobilità dei clienti, senza uso di auto. Intorno a te avere tutto! Molto commercio, Treno 1 minuto a piedi (l'accesso diretto al centro di Lisbona e Cascais) ed a 10 minuti a piedi dalla bella spiaggia di Carcavelos mondo conosciuto per Surf!
La strada marginale e l'autostrada A5 rende Carcavelos un luogo di facile e rapida accessibilità.
Il paese è molto ospitale e molto sicuro (giorno e notte). Il parcheggio è facile, gratuito e in molte località.

Great location and access to everything

Great location for access to public transportation, stores and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the beach and the train to Lisbon or Cascais. Place was clean and for 7 of us it was roomy.

Spacious accommodation for group of friends

I recently stayed at Pedro's villa as part of a group of 9 friends. The villa was spacious and met all our needs. Location was excellent with cafes and shops nearby and only a short walk to the train station and beach. I would defo recommend.

Great weekend stay

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and absolutely loved the property! The space was beautiful, and the short walk to the beach made the weekend very enjoyable!

A brilliant base to explore

The property is full of character and quirky features. We stayed with a group of us including a small child. There is a lot of space and it was perfect to have the outside area and swimming pool. The area is very central and easy to go to Lisbon or other areas outside of Lisbon. Pedro quickly solved any issues and made our stay enjoyable. We had a lovely stay.

Family time in the sun

An amazing property just right for an extended family reunion. Bedrooms and bathrooms on three floors made comfortable living space not forgetting the beautiful outdoor areas. One tip if you have young children use the quieter top floor bedroom. A larger fridge would have been a bonus for us but we managed! Thank you Pedro - we all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay!

We came to Lisbon for a friend’s wedding with the difficult mission to find an accommodation big enough for a team of 9 colleagues. Pedro’s villa was blessing for us all: a gorgeous house with everything we could ever need and then some, the ideal location, great communication, a barbecue by the pool with a large table for us all to sit at, and barely ten minutes to walk to enjoy the beach and the sea. We’re grateful for the way Pedro made everything so easy for us. All in all the dream stay for a group of friends!

The perfect home from which to explore Portugal

The house was fantastic, recently the owner made some improvements, added a pool and made it even better than what we had hoped for. I highly recommend this for a large family or group of friends.

Long weekend stay with friends in March

After the initial booking in October 2024 we were informed by the Property manager Pedro, that the price had not been increased to reflect 2025 prices. After further discussion we were then informed the price would increase approximately 20% due to renovation cost VRBO fees. This change made it very difficult to change through the VRBO app as the booking had already been confirmed at the initial price. This meant that after various frustrating conversations with VRBO and Pedro the initial booking had to get cancelled and we had to book again at the new increased price.On check-in Pedro was very accommodating at letting us check in 4 hrs earlier on the first day. He met us at the property, was very friendly and suggested various places to eat in the local area. The property itself was very spacious for the group number of 10 we had staying. However given that we were told that the property had been renovated there were certain elements that were not up to our expectations (given that our price increased).The garden area was overgrown in areas and could have done with some weeding and general garden maintenance. The BBQ was completely unusable due to it not being cleaned and the grates being corroded to the point in which we could not use. This was a shame as we were expecting to use on the Saturday but could not. We were informed that one of the bedrooms downstairs was unusable due to it being flooded. This wasn't an issue due to our smaller group size but could have

Perfect!

Perfect property for a group who want authentic Portugal with a beautiful beach close by (10-15 min walk), and Lisbon 20 mins by train, Cascais similar distance with station 1 min walk. No car needed - everything within walking distance. surrounding the property are lovely local restaurants and bars, cafes and supermarket. House very comfortable - pool and terrace areas used a lot! Pedro is a wonderful host. Recommended

Cold Lisbon

The property was easy to find from the train. It was pretty much as advertised. The problem was that Lisbon was colder than expected and the house has no heat. The owner purchased 2 space heaters which helped a lot. Just keep in mind that most houses in Lisbon have no heat. The kitchen was serviceable with an expresso maker and full supply of pots and pans. The pool is small but that was no concern for us given the temperature. The neighborhood is nice with a couple of very good restaurants.

Great villa, lots of bedrooms

We had a lovely stay at Pedro’s villa. There were plenty of bedrooms and a pool that unfortunately we didn’t get to use because of poor weather. Plenty of space for the group of 12 but there wasn’t many comfortable chairs in the communal area. Mostly sat around the dining table but that didn’t bother us too much. Pedro was very accommodating and responsive. If there was something missing, such as a corkscrew, he dropped one round that day. There were shops locally, nice restaurants, train station down the road that takes you to Cascais or Lisbon. And the beach is also a 10 minute walk away too. Would recommend this place for a large group.

Carcavelos Cascais

The house was spacious, clean, bright. We were a family of 7 and there was enough bedrooms plus more for each of us plus space to dine together both inside and in the garden. The garden was a real treat with beautiful deck and small pool. We were able to shop at the grocery store just a ten minute walk away and also there were many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was less than a thirty minute walk which was totally lovely to get to do each day seeing and being apart of the town. The area felt safe and friendly with a laundromat across the street. Pedro was always responsive and helpful, friendly and attended to any questions we had. The house had a fresh new feel with beautiful floors and bathrooms etc. For a next step it would be good to have new bed pillows and bedding as they were old and not very comfortable, but I am picky on pillows. Thank you Pedro for an awesome stay, we’d be back in a flash!

Top locatie

De locatie is perfect, super vriendelijke beheerder die snel reageert. Helaas hadden we nauwelijks warm water, de beheerder heeft geprobeerd het op te lossen maar dat is niet gelukt helaas dus elke dag een koude douche. Een aantal slaapkamers zijn in de kelder, en de woonkamer binnen is te klein voor een grote groep. Was voor ons niet erg want we waren veel op stap.

Excellent séjour à Carcavelos

Nous avons loué la maison pour un EVJF Celle ci est encore mieux que ce que les photos laissent imaginer Tout était impeccable Pedro est très arrangeant sur l'arrivée et le départ. Nous avons pu déposer nos valises en avance pour profiter avant de récupérer la maison. Il est très disponible pour toute demande et est de bons conseils pour tout ce qu'il y a à faire autour Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !

Parfait

Nous avons loue la maison de Pedro pour un week-end entre amis et c’était PARFAIT. La localisation de la maison est TOP, nous avons pu rejoindre Lisbonne, Belém etc.. en train qui est a seulement 1min a pied de la maison. Pedro est adorable et répond rapidement. Je recommande ++++

Super destination, Super Chalé , super hôte

On a passé un super séjour, de gros travaux ont été réalisés sur la villa pour l’améliorer et même si tout n’était pas totalement fini pour nos dates, cela ne nous a aucunement gêné, je remercie nos hôtes des efforts consentis pour nous mettre le bien à dispo dans les temps. Sinon que dire, la localisation est top, 15mn à pieds de la plage , 3mn de la gare et 30mn en train de Lisbonne. Si vous voulez vous immerger à minima dans l’ambiance de la vie portugaise, ce pount de chute est un très bon compromis. Bien sûr , l’expérience ne sera totale que s’il faut beau, mais ça c’est assez courant. Seule redtriction pour les groupes, l’étage du bas est limité en hauteur de plafond, donc les 4 chambres de cet étage sont à réserver aux personnes de 1,80m max Merci encore à nos hôtes pour l’accueil et le séjour, tous nos convives recommandent chaudement cette location

Belle maison très agréable pour des vacances en groupe. Les pièces à vivre sont petites mais on y va pour vivre dehors, profiter de la terrasse et de la plage ! Petite remarque tout de même : nous avions réservé très en avance et ensuite une augmentation importante du prix nous été demandé sous prétexte que la maison était rénovée. Nous pensons plutôt que c'était pour ce calquer sur les prix de la saison. , mais c'est le jeu et le rapport qualité prix reste bon !
