APPARTAMENTO COMPLETAMENTE RISTRUTTURATO NEL 2015, su due livelli, pieno di luce da mattina a sera, nel centro storico di Riomaggiore.
Primo livello: entrata, soggiorno (letto), camera matrimoniale, bagno, due terrazze (una abitabile). Secondo livello: cucina pranzo, bagno, terrazza grande (abitabile). Tre terrazze con vista sul borgo antico e sul Mar Tirreno.
Ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni a piedi, per conoscere meglio il paesaggio delle Cinque Terre.

Piacevolissima vacanza alle cinque terre ...

L’appartamento è bello, ben posizionato sia per la Marina che per la stazione, caratteristico su 2 livelli, confortevole con 2 balconi e un piccolo terrazzino fresco al piano alto con scorcio sul mare, ideale per colazioni e cene. Veronica è una forza della natura, travolgente con la sua accoglienza e gentilezza, prodiga di buoni consigli ... segue i suoi ospiti dall’inizio alla fine. Felici di aver scelto il suo appartamento per visitare le Cinque Terre! Consigliato

Casa deliziosa, pulita e confortevole.

Ottima accoglienza e check-in per il weekend dell'Epifania. Un plauso a Veronica, che ci ha facilitato non poco la sosta per lo scarico bagagli e la ricerca di un parcheggio libero. Casa moderna, pulita e ben fornita. Non sono mancati i suggerimenti per organizzare visite e cene. Tutto molto amichevole, e molto apprezzato!

Excellent apartment and host

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location with a terrace with great views of Riomggiore. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has all the you need and is very comfortable. Veronica the host was very helpful and everything was better than we expected.

Great stay in Riomaggiore

Overall we had a great stay at this house. There were three of us (adults) and we were comfortable, we could have done 4 but it would have been a little tight. Veronica was incredibly helpful. From the time I first inquired about the property until we left, she was very responsive to any questions we had. A warning - the stairs are steep! The walk wasn't bad a all though (though no doubt easier the lighter you pack). We had everything we needed to cook breakfast in the morning - we loved having breakfast and coffee while sitting on the terrace each morning! I think my only complaint (if you can call it that) is we could have used a few more things in the rental (shampoo, more toilet paper, etc) to make things easier- certainly nothing I expect from a vacation rental though! Overall the description was very accurate and everything was in great and clean condition!

Highly Recommended! Great Bed + View + Host!

We stayed for 2 nights and then added a 3rd thanks to an opening in the schedule. This place is truly a gem! Very comfortable bed, great shower, nice to have a sofa and washing machine too. The views from the balconies are truly what you wish for when visiting the Cinque Terre. Veronica was the MOST MARVELOUS and hilarious host. We were so thankful for her advice and charm upon our arrival. She made our stay so much more memorable thanks to her genuine caring attitude. And did I mention, she's very funny and kind? We just loved this rental!

Lovely Place with a First Class Host

We loved this place. It is at the top of the main street in Riomaggiore, and is perfect for two people, cozy for three. It is clean and well-appointed and has a great view. The host, Veronica, is fabulous. She is informative, funny, and exceptionally helpful. We almost did not make it to Riomaggiore because of a train strike on the line from Florence. Veronica was the only person who was able to provide any accurate advice about what to do so we would not miss a day in Riomaggiore. She texted us through each stage of our trip and met us late at night to install us in the apartment. You are in good hands with Veronica, and we would stay in Riomaggiore again in this place. John and Joy

Lovely apartment, well situated

The apartment is wonderfully sunny and light, with 3(!) small terraces--we mainly used the upper one off the kitchen for delightful meals overlooking the town, toward the ocean. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, very comfortable. It is well-located, in that although it is a bit of an uphill walk from the harbor and train station, this climb gets you beyond the main tourist crowd. Veronica (contact) was very welcoming and helpful. She pointed us to the wonderful fresh pasta maker (Primi Piati) just down the block--the basis of 2 delicious dinners we cooked in the apartment. (Don't miss the pesto or the walnut sauce.) A few blocks up the street is the beginning of a scenic loop hike into the hills above the town. We found Riomaggiore to be a good choice of town to stay in the Cingue Terre and had a delightful time!

Great location, wonderful apartment and view!

This was our first time visiting Italy. We loved cinque de Terre and especially riomaggiore! If we get to return, we will definitely stay in this apartment again and for more days. The apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed eating and relaxing on the many terraces. Veronica was extremely helpful! She sent us the train schedule and a picturee of where she would meet us the day we arrived. She explained everything and her English was very good. She even helped us with the train schedule when we had to leave! There are a lot of steps up to the apartment, but it is worth the climb!

Riomaggiore and Cinque Terre were wonderful. Veronica was incredibly hospitable and responded to all of our many questions. She was very accomodating in setting up our intial meeting and took time to explain everything about the apartment. Her English is very good. The apartment was so cute and spacious. We spent so much time walking that we regret not relaxing on the many beautiful balconies. Our family of 4 had too much space. Riomaggiore was both a real town and inviting to tourists.

Great location, great apt, great host

This apartment was in a great location for walking the trails and for exploring the 5 towns. It was also clean, spacious and well equipped in the event anyone wanted to cook. The two bathrooms are recently remodeled and had plenty of hot water. The clothes washer is new and was very useful after a long day hiking. We also appreciated the free wifi to plan our days and communicate with our friends back home. The best part, however, was the attentive service from Veronica who met us promptly, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and provided tons of info about the surrounding area including restaurant tips and hiking advice. She also stayed in touch via text during our entire visit to answer more questions and offer assistance. She was wonderful - and speaks perfect English. A few words of caution for any larger size people - the showers are very small compared to American standards, the staircase up to the apartment is narrow and steep and the hill from the train station to the apartment is strenuous with luggage. I would definitely recommend this property.

7 days in Cinque Terre, Riomaggiore

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well fitted out. The location was perfect for us and we spent a wonderful seven days in the area. Veronica gave us any assistance we required and it was most appreciated when she met us in La Spezia and we followed her to Riomaggiore. A wonderful part of the coast and a relaxing holiday.

Appartement conforme à la description, très propre, au centre de Riomaggiore, village que j'ai le plus apprécié. Les terrasses sont agréables et bien situées. Un grand merci à Veronica pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse, ses conseils et sa disponibilité !!

We enjoyed our stay in Riomaggiore! Such a quaint town! The check in instructions were very thorough. We loved sitting on the two balconies and watching the sunset! Lots of stairs to work off all the gelato! Go see the castle with amazing views!

Central location with terrace and view of sea

Very good stay, enjoyed the terraces with seating and views of the sea. Beds comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Cooking in the kitchen was important to us, but the upstairs where the kitchen and 1 bathroom was was completely un-useable as it was boiling hot before even turning the stove on - no flow through breeze from outside, no air conditioner, and a sad fan that barely worked. Listing should note it's a steep walk from the train/ferry and then another 4 flights of narrow stairs to the property - if my parents were traveling with us this time they would absolutely not have been able to make the trek.

Just right for us!

Great location, beautiful views from the three balconies. Clean, good AC, comfy bed. The washing was hard to figure out but the clothes came out clean. Will say that this is a bad place for someone with bad knees- the stairs are very steep. But that’s a little true of all of Cinque Terre. They had lots of prints of the best modern artists in the place which was fun.

Beautiful place

It’s a very beautiful place with amazing view from the balcony. The town is centrally located. The manager gives detail check-in instructions. The place is 10 min walk ( uphill) from the train station. There are very good restaurants and stores very close to the place. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish to come back again. Thanks to the property manager for clear communication

Nice vacation in Riomaggiore

We spent 3 wonderful days in Riomaggiore, one of the beautiful village in Cinque Terre. Apartment is very nice and the location in the village is perfect. Communication with Maurizio (the host) is very easy and he gave us lot of clear instructions and recommendations. The view from the terrace is wonderful and we spent all our dinners there. It was so nice and relaxing! The main inconvenient was the fact the apartment is very warm. Probably the Air Conditioning is not powerful enough for hot summer weather. During our stay mid of August, it was even not possible to stay in the Kitchen located in the first floor of the apartment, it was too hot. Ideas of improvement: Make the air conditioning more powerful. Also it would be good to unfreeze the fridge. Except those small issues, we spent 3 lovely days here and I would recommend this nice apartment.

Good location in town. Nice roof top balconies with good view. Clean place, good amenities, kitchen, washer. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Cons - there is no elevator. Need to carry suitcases about 3 storey up. Walking up and down daily especially after a long day. Aircon is a bit weak, luckily the open windows help.

Great location, very nice host

Very nice appartment (two rooms separable by sliding doors; one room has aircon, the other two ventilators) with a very nice host who immediately came over to help us when we had a problem with the elecricity. The flat is situated in the upper half of the main 'commercial' street (shops/ groceries nearby but not noisy). Rather steep ascend. Beautiful village, Bathing opportunities a bit limited, but charming. Would come again.

Short but sweet

My husband and I just stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Cinque Terre. The location is ideal for checking out all 5 towns. It’s also not too much of a walk from the train station. The suite itself is clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this suite to anyone!

Great place to stay

This was a great spot for a family of 3! The bed was comfortable and the pullout couch worked just fine for our daughter. We were there during a heat wave, so the air conditioning was a huge perk (although it doesn't reach the kitchen area upstairs). The hosts were very communicative and helpful, but check-in was with a lockbox, which was the best of both worlds – it was nice not to have coordinate our arrival time too carefully. It's a short uphill walk from the train station, but it's more than worth it for the views from the balconies, and to be a little removed from the hubbub.
