Great communication with this host!

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. The location was perfect and Roxanne’s suggestions and communication exceeded expectations. We prefer to stay in rentals when we travel and this was a good one. We walked everywhere, slept comfortably and were able to eat our lunches at home each day.

Great Place

We had a great 7 night stay. Very comfortable and well stocked with towels and paper products. Great location. We walked to most all the sites and restaurants. Eat at the recommended restaurants. Great place to enjoy the promenade and easy transport to Monaco, Antibe and others.

Wonderful Location in Nice

We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Nice thanks to the perfect location of this apt. All main attractions; Restaurants, beach, parks and rail all within walking distance. A special thanks to our host Roxanne. Short Stay in Nice

Spent 5 days here in mid October. Location is perfect ....and apartment as well, A 2 minute walk to the Promenade... and steps from restaurants,shops,bakeries. Elevatorand a lovely,large terrace accessible from either the living area or the bedroom.Very clean. Communication with Roxanne from check-in to check-out was easy. She met us at the entrance to the apt., gave an overview of the area, how to operate the washing machine,dishwasher etc. And answered questions that arose promptly. Planning a longer visit in the near future and this apt will be our go to.

5 days in Paradise

We spent 5 days in Nice. The location is amazing and the 1 bedroom apartment was large, clean and had everything that we needed. Roxanne was amazing from the moment we booked the apartment, during check-in and all throughout our stay. She offered several suggestions for places that might interest us. She always responded quickly to any of our questions. It was also nice to have a large balcony.

Garden of Paradise

The location is perfect, the building is clean and secure. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The apartment is clean, comfortable, spacious with double sliding doors to large balcony that overlooks the meticulously designed and maintained gardens, modern, lovely, and beautiful. This was our first visit but definitely not the last visit. Roxanne assisted with our check in and walked us through all the details needed for our 2 week stay. She was always a text away if needed. She is sincerely kind, caring, and helpful.

Great location on promenade and close to all facilities

Roxanne was amazing and very helpful (thankyou). The apartment, with a great courtyard balcony, is effectively on the Nice promenade and beach and has extensive restaurants and facilities nearby. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Old Town also. Parking is not easy - but the apartment has access to a car park downstairs if advised / requested in advance (we didnt know and paid 25 Euro a night). But everything else was great - easy drive to Monaco, Saint Tropez, Touron etc.

Perfect Stay!

Roxanne, our hostess, was fantastic! She met us right away and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment also showing us how to use the French appliances. The snacks waiting for us were a nice touch. It was spacious and comfortable. The location couldn't be beat! We loved the restaurants in the area. As Americans, we are used to a bit stronger air conditioning, but the max was controlled by the entire building. I believe by French standards it was adequate. We would highly recommend you reserve this apartment today! We had a wonderful trip to Nice.

Great apt in Nice

The apt is just like the advertisement. It’s in a courtyard right behind the hotel on the promenade. Learned we could go out the back or the passage to the promenade. It was a lovely setting. Great communication. Lots of great suggestions for places. We had to learn how to use the Moka coffee maker and she sent us a video. Coffee came out great! Location was perfect. Appreciated the snacks provided. Used the washing machine with ease and clothes dried on racks on the terrace or the towel warmer . The AC worked well in most of the apt. A fan in the living room would have helped cool that area. Loved the automatic shades for privacy and darkening the rooms . Recommendation is to leave a folder with how to information and FAQ to save all the texts and voice messages. Roxanne was lovely and do helpful.

This apartment is clean comfortable, quiet, and you could not ask for a better location. Our host Remy and his assistant Roxanne are the best! Courteous and responsive in every way! We were very impressed and we will be back!

I was looking for a place to get over my jet lag before meeting friends in Monte Carlo. It is in the best location, but super quiet. Super safe. Roxanne was lovely and helped me find my way to MonteCarlo as well.

Perfect!

Loved everything. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Bed was very comfortable. The apartment is so quiet despite being in a lively area. The location of the apartment was perfect. So close to everything. Loved my morning walks on the promenade. Roxanne was an amazing host, leaving us some snacks and providing great restaurant recommendations. Will definitely book again for our next trip!

Fantastic stay!

It was our fist time in Nice and property was perfect for us . The apartment has a large balcony very quiet and perfect for our morning coffee. One side of the building is access to the promenade and the beach, and opposite side is access to the pedestrian corridor with all restaurants ,coffee shops .. It’s a very good location. Roxanne is an excellent manager and a host and wonderful person to deal with . Thank you ! Next stay in Nice , definitely here Arnela S.
