L'ampio appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è inserito in un palazzo storico che dista circa 280 m dalla Stazione Centrale (4 minuti a piedi) da cui si può rapidamente raggiungere il Parco Nazionale delle 5 Terre (prima fermata Riomaggiore, 9 minuti) e dove è ubicata l'Azienda di promozione turistica.
L'appartamento può ospitare comodamente 4/6 persone e dispone di un soggiorno con tv, una camera matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, cucina abitabile attrezzata e bagno con box doccia. La camere sono fornite di aria condizionata. I pavimenti sono in parquet. L'appartamento dispone di connessione internet wifi gratuita e di un decoder satellitare per canali free.
A pochi metri dal palazzo si trovano le fermate dell'autobus dalle quali arrivare alle località turistiche di Lerici (12 km), Portovenere (13 km) e Sarzana (22 km).
Se arrivate in auto potete parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico gratuito di Piazza d'Armi (450 metri/ 6 minuti a piedi) o nel parcheggio a pagamento interrato della stazione; in tutto il quartiere ci sono parcheggi a rotazione a pagamento.
Il porto turistico Mirabello, il molo traghetti per le isole e per le 5 Terre, il Terminal Crociere distano circa 2 km.
Inoltre, dalle vicine località rivierasche è possibile effettuare gite in barca o immersioni subacquee, mentre dal vicino entroterra si possono organizzare escursioni di trekking o mountain bike nei sentieri delle 5 Terre e dell'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri (Val di Vara e Val di Magra).
La zona, essendo nel centro cittadino dispone di bar, ristoranti, farmacie, supermercati e ogni tipo di servizio è raggiungibile a breve distanza.
I prezzi sono comprensivi della biancheria da camera e da bagno, consumi e pulizie finali (escluso l'angolo cottura e il forno a cura del cliente). La pulizia finale ha un costo di 30,00 € per soggiorno. Se il pernottamento è superiore alla settimana si provvede al cambio della biancheria e degli asciugamani, senza costi aggiuntivi.

Chinque TERRE Stay

What a wonderful place to stay. Charming place about a little restaurant. Croissant in the morning, glass of wine in the evening. Host was wonderful! After he checked us in he was back in a few minutes with warm focaccia! Our window opened to a beautiful courtyard! And we were blocks from the train. Highly recommended!

Very Clean!

We loved this property! All of the instructions were clear and easy to follow upon arrival. Our stay was in July (2 nights) so we appreciated the air conditioners. Both worked well. This is a beautiful area. The coffee shop downstairs serves great coffee; be sure and make time for a quick cup. We toured the coast and went to Porto Venere for a few hours! We ❤️❤️ this area & this has been our favorite stop on our Italy tour. - We visited Venice, Rome, Pisa, this area and then on to Genoa.

Convenient location for Cinque Terre

Very cute apartment, close to train station. The location was perfect to catch a train to Pisa or Cinque Terre. As other reviewers have mentioned, the apartment is situated on a bustling piazza. We heard some crowd noise most nights but we brought ear plugs and were able to sleep fine. The hosts were responsive and helpful during check in and when we had questions or issues. They provided a very helpful binder full of restaurant and activity recommendations.

Very Nice, Good Location

The apartment is located just a few blocks from the central train station - an easy 5-minute walk. It’s on a town square and located just above a coffee shop/bar - the cappuccinos were excellent. It has air conditioning units in each bedroom, which was crucial since we were there during the summer of 2023 heat wave. The apartment is very nice with updated bathrooms. Stefano was quick to respond to all communications. One thing to note: the apartment is in the city, across the street from a town square, so you will get the sounds of a city - there was a 3-day festival going on while we were there and the music played until 11 pm or so. All in all, a very nice place, great location close to the train station, and Stefano was a very good host.

Eine gute Basis für Cinque Terra und La Spezia

Eine saubere und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung nahe am Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum mit Blick über die lebhafte Piazza Brin. Stefano hat uns herzlich persönlich empfangen und eine Informationsmappe bereitgestellt die uns das touristenleben sehr erleichterte, darüber hinaus war die Küche bereits mit alles notwendige ausgestattet, wie z.B. Milch, Kaffee und Olivenöl!Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit weg.

Appartement offrant un bon rapport qualité/prix

Belle chambre, climatisée, tout près de la gare et à distance de marche du port. Bons restos. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et le cahier d’information complet préparé par le proprio disponible à l’appartement. Beautiful apartment but lacking a lot

We were greeted by our host, and lead up to the apartment. The lobby was dirty with debris about. The host did not speak a word of English. He did not show us around the apartment. He said the only way to communicate was with his son that was at school. While he was showing us the manuals about the apartment briefly he was getting consistent phone calls from his friend Pascual. Each time growing less and less patient about telling us about the apartment in the neighborhood. The apartment was beautiful but isolated in the historic district. Located above a coffee shop, you could hear the hustle and bustle from downstairs. But it wasn’t too loud to be annoying. At night, it is a unsettling feeling walking around. It’s very desolate. I would definitely stay in the more modern section of this town. The Partman was also lacking in basic necessities like toilet paper and paper towels. When we asked the host if they could drop more off they suggested we go buy some . Even though they were a quarter roll of each upon arrival. It wasn’t seasonally warm when we were there which was a great surprise. But the host took away the air conditioner remotes due to the fact that it was seasonal. When we complain they did bring it the next day . Also, only one of the beds was made up. They assumed my cousin and I were a couple I would imagine. One of the bedrooms only have mattress pads on them. Even though the structure of this apartment is lovely, I would not recommend this property .

Excellent place

The apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. Four minute walk from the train station and one flight up the stairs. The host’s son took our suitcase up and checked us in. Good English speaker and nice young man. The place overlooks a lively piazza and a restaurant downstairs, which got a bit noisy at times, but maybe because we were there on Friday and Saturday nights. Easy walk to restaurants (the Irish pub was great!) and the ferry dock. Nice stay!

Beautiful apartment

We had a great stay. The apartment is fully renovated, modern, clean and in a great location. Stefano and his son greeted us and provided us with all the pertinent information for getting around. They also gave us suggestions for places we hadn’t planned on visiting and they turned out to be some of the most beautiful experiences we had. Wonderful bakery around the corner and a supermarket minutes away. We lucked out and parked our car right in front of the apartment. Free on Sundays and 8 euros per day during the week. Train station was easy access for Cinque Terre. Right in the square. Beautiful view.

Love / Hate Review

The property owner & his son were very kind and informative. The leave behind a very detailed book of things to do in the area with train and ferry times and suggestions on where to eat. However, just outside the property the park is very sketchy. Scary types of park people lurch outside of the property which makes a woman feel unsafe. Additionally, there is a coffee shop and a pet store directly below the apartment. So in the very early morning (6am) to very late at night (11pm) you can literally hear every single noise due to the people outside drinking / smoking (which comes into the apartment bedrooms … yuck) and the pets barking at one another …. Kids screaming every night, etc. Trust me, this is no exaggeration. On top of that, La Spezia is a very sketchy place as well … dirty and nothing to do. For easy transportation to Cinque Terre, this is the only reason I would give this place a star + the friendly owner and his son.

Convenient, Clean, Large Apartment

Google Maps didn't give the best directions, but Stefano greeted us on the sidewalk. This is a large apartment overlooking a piazza and situated above a cafe, and it's only a few blocks from the train station. It's a beautiful place, although a little bit noisy due to it's location. We wear earplugs at night, so it wasn't an issue for us. Stefano has a notebook with tons of information about sightseeing, restaurants, etc., so that was helpful. We used this as our home base while visiting the Cinque Terre, but La Spezia is a nice small town, too. Overall, we were pleased with this VRBO and our host.

Great location for cinque terre but noisy!

Place is exactly as described and convenient for getting to cinque terra. 5 min walk to train station. Place is directly across the square which is very busy all hours of the night. Your directly above a busy cafe and the large metal doors open at 4 am to get ready for the day. Church bells go off every hour on the hour and a special arrangement at 8:15 every morning. Don’t expect to get much sleep this is a noisy environment but it’s not the owners fault - it’s just the location !!!

Das appartment ist so aufzufinden wie es im Inserat präsentiert wird. Es gab keine unschönen überraschungen. Wen man mit dem auto anreisst kann sich das parkieren schwierig gestalten. Vom vermieter wird empfohlen auf dem piazza d'armi zu parkien, ein gratis parkplatz. Dort ist es schwierig einen platz zu finden, in der innenstadt ebenfalls.

Sehr saubere Wohnung an zentraler Lage

Der Eigentümer hat uns vor Antritt der Reise bereits verschiedene Informationen zur Anreise und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten zugeschickt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Bahnhof, die nächste Bushaltestelle und ein Gratis-Parkplatz waren in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Schlafzimmer verfügten über sehr willkommene Klimaanlagen. Einziger negativer Punkt waren die Fenster, welche schlecht isoliert waren, weshalb wir am Morgen jeweils schon früh vom Lärm draussen geweckt wurden. Insgesamt aber trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Lovely Apartment, Gracious Host

We arrived in a pouring down rainstorm, frazzled from navigating tiny city streets. We lucked out and got a parking spot right in front of the building. Stefano’s son, Francisco, met us and helped us get our heavy luggage up a flight of stairs just as it quit raining. Don’t let the foyer/stairs put you off, it’s a typical entry way for city center Europe. We walked into a spotless, very nicely renovated apartment. The owners really created a very nice, comfortable space. Francisco showed us where everything was, including a very well done information book. You can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into providing as much information as possible. The bed was very comfortable, top notch linens. The shower was small, but better than some we have experienced in Europe, and great water pressure and always nice and hot. We were literally on the first floor above the coffee shop, it can be noisy, but we wanted the urban, city center feel for a different experience for us US surburbanites! So enjoyed looking out the windows to see and hear all the activity and people watch. We totally felt safe and never had a single problem or uneasy encounter, no matter the time of day or evening. There is a fantastic bakery on the corner across the street, and we got the very best pizza ever just three blocks away, per recommendation in the book. Don’t miss it! The apartment is so comfortable, we had everything we needed. One other bonus, the train station is literally three blocks away. We took the train to Cinque Terre and Pisa. So easy! On our last morning, as we loaded up the car and had already locked up the apartment and left the keys, my husband realized he left is cell phone in the bedroom. We texted Stefano and in 10 minutes here came Francisco, to let us back in to retrieve the phone. Great hosts, great apartment, we loved the experience! Thank you Stefano and Francisco!
