Near the Fort of San Mattia- ca 5 km to Arena- lies the villa.
The Villa was a convent , in the 14th century. The the old historic elements have been maintained and combined with a modern refurnishing to create a tipical Italian Style Villa. The Villa is located in the context of a quiet and panoramic ampious garden with native olive and fruit trees and with a large pool.
If you are looking for space and an ideal accommodation for a family or a large group, this villa is ideally suited, as it offers a lot of space distributed over three floors.
You enter the Villa from the ground floor.
In the ground floor you will find the special bedroom and the ground bedroom.
On the first floor you find a large living room, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and another bedroom with two single beds .
On the first floor there is also a balcony for smokers.
On the second floor, there is :
- a spacious lounge, whose windows overlook the garden and the pool.
- the doublebeds Suite Room with bathroom with shower ,
- a bedroom with two beds.
- a doublebedroom with view on the pool with ensuit bathroom with shower
- a single bedroom with bathroom with access from the doubleroom.
An amazing garden surrounds the Villa , furnished with tables and sunchairs.
From the pool with massage jet, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Verona . Pool is shared with the neighbour.
The hills, covered with green meadows, thick hardwood forests and grape-vines, are perfect for walking, cycling and hiking. Hiking trails starts near the villa.
Parking place for 6 cars.
At walking distance you will find typcal trattoria and pizzeria.
