Appartamento nelle Dolomiti, vicinissimo le piste di sci, magnifiche escursioni

Appartamento situato nel Residence Rododendro, località Passo San Pellegrino, in comune di Moena (Tn), passo che collega Falcade (Bl) a Moena. L'appartamento è 1.918m sul livello del mare, in un sito dall'ottimo innevamento, con gli impianti di sci da discesa a 150 metri di distanza e raggiungibili a piedi, senza l'uso dell'auto. L'area sciabile è quella della Dolomiti Superski, con 1.200km di piste di tutte le difficoltà. Bellissima l'adiacente pista di sci da fondo e vicine la scuola sci da discesa e da fondo.
L'appartamento, con vista verso le Dolomiti (patrimonio dell'Umanità), è di 55 mq. ed è composto da ingresso, bagno con doccia e bidet, soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello, terrazza; nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto matrimoniale, facilmente apribile (dopo aver abbassato i poggiatesta) e chiudibile con il letto fatto.
Dispone di piano in vetroceramica, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, frigorifero con freezer, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tv, lettore DVD, asciugacapelli, bollitore, tostapane, utensili da cucina, piumini e coperte, regolazione autonoma del riscaldamento.
Il posto macchina è coperto ed è attiguo ad una cantinetta porta-sci (chiudibile), compresi nel prezzo.
Sono compresi nel prezzo anche i consumi di elettricità e riscaldamento.
Da aggiungere alle tariffe giornaliere riportate nel sito, 70 euro per la pulizia finale e 10 euro a persona per la fornitura di biancheria da letto e da bagno, quindi NON portate la vostra. Per gli animali chiediamo un supplemento di 20 euro a soggiorno. Da versare in loco quanto dovuto per pulizia, biancheria e animali.

Il residence è situato in una bellissima zona panoramica. E’ adatto soprattutto per chi ama lo sci da discesa, lo sci da fondo, le passeggiate a piedi o con le ciaspole. In un'ora a piedi si raggiunge il Rifugio Fuciade con splendida vista. Nelle vicinanze (circa 1 km) ci sono degli agriturismi mentre altri ristoranti sono in prossimità delle pista. A piedi od in seggiovia si raggiungono Malga Paradiso od il ristorante Cima Uomo da cui si gode un bellissimo panorama.
Escursioni:
in 10 minuti di auto si raggiunge Moena, vivace e tipico centro della Val di Fassa, ricco di bei negozi, anche di articoli locali. Moena è il cuore della val di Fassa, splendida valle circondata da bellissimi monti e caratteristici paesi (Vigo, Pozza, Canazei che dispone di una bellissima piscina, ecc.).Da questi paesi si possono raggiungere altre notevoli piste da sci e luoghi strepitosi (ad esempio Ciampedié e Catinaccio, sopra Vigo di Fassa).Da Canazei si puo’ raggiungere la Marmolada, la regina delle Dolomiti, ed il comprensorio sciistico dei 4 Passi.
Con l’escursione di un giorno si può visitare Cortina d’Ampezzo.
Dalla parte del bellunese si può raggiungere in 15 minuti il bel centro di Falcade (con valido campo di pattinaggio ed altre piste di fondo) e la valle Agordina, con il Monte Civetta (splendida vista dal Passo San Pellegrino) ed il suo circuito sciistico; ai piedi del Civetta si trova il Lago di Alleghe.

The residence is located in a beautiful panoramic area. It is especially suitable for those who love downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, walking or snowshoeing. In an hour on foot you reach the Fuciade Refuge with a splendid view. Nearby (about 1 km) there are farmhouses while other restaurants are near the track. On foot or by chairlift you reach Malga Paradiso or the restaurant Cima Uomo from which you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Excursions:

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf 1.918 m Seehöhe, auf einem Gebiet mit hervorragender Schneedecke, 150 m von der Skipiste und den Langlaufloipen entfernt und ohne Auto zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Skigebiet ist das des Dolomiti Superski mit 1.200 Pistenkilometern aller Schwierigkeitsgrade.
Die angrenzende Langlaufloipe ist wunderschön und die Ski- und Langlaufschule befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Apartment mit Blick auf die Dolomiten (Weltkulturerbe) ist 55 m² groß. und besteht aus Vorraum, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett, Terrasse; Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Doppelschlafsofa, das sich leicht öffnen lässt (nach Herunterklappen der Kopfstütze), so dass Sie das Bett auch gemacht lassen und schließen können.
Es verfügt über ein Glaskeramik-Kochfeld, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach, einen Fernseher, Geschirrspulmaschine, einen DVD-Player, einen Haartrockner, Waschmaschine, einen Wasserkocher, einen Toaster, Küchenutensilien, Bettdecken und Decken sowie eine unabhängige Heizungsregelung. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht und grenzt an einen Skiraum (abschließbar), der im Preis inbegriffen ist. Strom und Heizung sind ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen.
Zu den auf der Website angegebenen Tagessätzen kommen noch 70 Euro für die Endreinigung und 10 Euro pro Person für die Bereitstellung von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern hinzu. Bringen Sie also NICHT Ihre eigene mit. Für Tiere berechnen wir einen Zuschlag von 20 Euro pro Aufenthalt. Der Betrag für Endereingung, Bettwäsche und Haustiere ist vor Ort zu bezahlen.
Die Residenz befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Panoramalage. Es ist besonders für diejenigen geeignet, die Skifahren, Langlaufen, Wandern oder Schneeschuhwandern lieben. In einer Stunde zu Fuß erreichen Sie die Fuciade Refuge mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. In der Nähe (ca. 1 km) gibt es Bauernhäuser, in denen Sie die Spezialitäten des Ortes probieren können, während sich andere Restaurants in der Nähe der Strecke befinden. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Sessellift erreichen Sie die Malga Paradiso oder das Restaurant Cima Uomo, von dem aus Sie eine schöne Aussicht genießen können.
