This property has excellent ski in/ski and bike in/bike out! It is a well-equipped 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo that sleeps 10 comfortably.
Treetop Getaway is located just above the Village area of Big White Ski Resort and directly across from Telus Park. It's a short walk down the hill to all the various amenities, the restaurants and the gondola.
Just step out the door, walk 50 feet down the laneway, strap on your skis/board and jump onto Moguls Track or walk 50 feet up the laneway and head down the road to hope onto Highway 33/Easy Street.
It also has a private and secure garage for storing all your bikes and equipment!
3 x Bedroom plus Den, 4 x Bathroom, Kitchen.
Bedroom 1: Master with ensuite and King bed
Bedroom 2: Two Twin over Twin bunks
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Den: Queen Murphy bed and Double pullout couch
3-storey townhome
Bottom floor: Entryway, garage, Murphy bed room w/ ensuite
2nd floor: Kitchen, living room, half bath, patio w/ hot tub
3rd floor: Master Bdrm w/ ensuite, queen Bdrm, bunk Bdrm, full bathroom.
Parking: There is 1 parking spot in the unit's designated garage and very limited, first come first serve, outdoor visitor parking. Parking pass must be used.
Garage dimensions: Door opening is 92" wide x 93" high; garage size 20' long
Pet policy: No pets allowed.
Private hot tub available during Ski Season only
Ski Locker: Ski/bike equipment kept in garage
Additional amenities: In-suite laundry, Wi-Fi, BBQ, well-stocked kitchen amenities, cable TV, 3 x TV, blender, drip-style coffee maker.
Independently owned by Margarita & Marvin; professionally managed by Locations Mountain Management Services.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon.
No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises
The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description.
Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged $150, which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
