About this space
A beautiful second floor Penthouse that offers an excellent view of the historic court house and square. Our location gives you walking distance to all places on the square including the 2nd oldest brewery in the country, boutiques, hair and nail salons, home decor , antique shops, clothing and apparel, specialty treats, restaurants and bars.

We have free parking and also a private elevator for any handicap needs..

The space
A spacious bedroom with balcony and walk in closet. Master bathroom with full walk in shower and seat bench.

Guest access
The Penthouse offers your own personal elevator to allow you access to the second floor if needed.

Other things to note
Monroe is home to Cheese Days, concerts on the square, cars on the square and also brewery tours.

Cutest rental, decorated beautifully. It’s a very calming, comfortable rental. Spent one. Ight for a girls getaway and had everything we needed. The owner has done this right!!

25th wedding anniversary

This place was amazing! So beautiful, clean, and perfect. We will definitely be staying there again. Everything is just a short walk, food, shopping, and cocktails. Park was easy & free. Everyone was very welcoming.

Amazing Gem!

Loved the property and the Downtown Square. Have been to Monroe many times but staying on the square was amazing. Photos and descriptions do not do this place justice. Great place and great hosts!

Rollaway Beds and Egg Chairs for the Win!

We loved it here! Everything was super clean, and our little family of 5 had a great stay. The teenagers couldn't decide which boy should sleep on the couch. All three kids loved the egg chairs, and everyone loved the arcade game! Mom loved the history books too, since she grew up just south of the state line!

Penthouse Perfection

Our party of three basked in the ambiance of MJ‘s penthouse and its charming view of the historic Monroe Square. It lived up to the online pictures and then some. Everything was spotless and welcoming. The decor was charming and included all of the necessities. We look forward to returning another time!

We both take great pride in the product that we offer our guests and all the businesses that surround us that add to the enjoyment of our guests. We're very much Hands-On with the management and sanitizing of our place, as is all the businesses and the owners that we interact with in the downtown area.
