AGGIORNAMENTO: abbiamo ampliato la nostra Casa de Oli !!!
La "Casa de Oli" è ora adatta per un massimo di 5 persone con un letto king size (2 x 2 metri), un letto queen size (1,4 x 2 metri) e un divano letto doppio (0,8 x 2 metri). Su richiesta, possiamo fornire una barca per dormire separata per bambini fino a 5 anni. La Casa de Oli ha una cucina con frigorifero (incl. Congelatore), cucina a gas a tre fuochi, ecc. Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto con accesso al balcone. Due ventole assicurano un piacevole flusso d'aria. Le due terrazze coperte (32 mq) sono l'effettiva zona giorno della casa. Ognuno di essi ha un divano ad angolo e una zona pranzo.
C'è anche acqua calda, cassetta di sicurezza, 220 volt e WiFi. Inoltre, asciugamani e biancheria da letto vengono forniti ai nostri vacanzieri e la casa viene pulita settimanalmente.
Nella parte posteriore della proprietà si trova la doccia esterna in pietra naturale, una griglia in mattoni e una cucina all'aperto.
L'intera casa con il suo giardino non lascia nulla a desiderare e ti invita a far vagare la tua mente.

La casita es muy pintoresca y está muy bien ubicada, pero el baño es muy pequeño y el inodoro no funcionaba bien. El señor que nos enseñó la casa es muy amable y estuvo pendiente de todo.

Est-ce qu'on y retournerait ? NON !

Bel emplacement dans un jardin avec deux autres cabanas. Tranquille et assez près de tout. Par contre, il faut se méfier des photographies, les dimensions de l'habitation sont loin des 90 Mc annoncés. L'empreinte au sol n'est que de 15 Mc avec une mezzanine de même dimension et une troisième pièce de même dimension au-dessus du patio. Même en tenant compte des espaces extérieurs et des sentiers on n'arrive pas à 90 Mc. Pour quelques jours, un couple avec jusqu'à 3 enfants, qui mangent au resto, ça peut aller. Mais à 4 adultes, pas même de place à s'asseoir à l'intérieur si ce n'est au pied de l'escalier. On nous dit: "Ici on vit à l'extérieur". C'est vrai, une fois qu'une moustiquaire a été suspendue au-dessus de la table sur le patio, on a 5 Mc d'abri contre les nombreux moustiques. Alors il faut partir toute la journée et revenir pour y dormir. Pas d'espace pour cuisiner à l'intérieur. On peut aller préparer le repas sous la moustiquaire, rentrer le tout pour la cuisson et retourner manger sous la moustiquaire.

Sehr schöne Tage in Casa Oli in Las Galeras.

Das Haus in seinem schön gepflegten Garten, war für uns die optimale Unterkunft. Obwohl die Küche recht klein und einfach ist, haben wir leckere Gerichte gekocht. Es ist ruhig gelegen, die lebhafte Hauptstraße ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, dort gibt es kleine Läden und Restaurants. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang ist man am Playita Strand, der wie eigentlich alle Strände wunderschön ist. Las Galeras und Olis Haus sind ein gutes Reiseziel, wenn ihr auf eigene Faust in der Dominikanischen Republik reisen wollt.

Bungalow et jardin agréables et bien situé....

Bungalow agréable mais quelques points à revoir. L'eau chaude dans la cuisine et globalement la salle de bains surtout la douche a renover Pas assez de rangements dans les chambres ainsi que dans la cuisine

Palm thatch peace

Charming cottage with pleasant outdoor living area, beautiful garden and landscaping. comfortable beds and very quiet neighborhood. Somewhat disappointed that walking access to closest nice beach has been gated off so we had to drive. The town beach is walkable. But we definitely enjoyed this "home away" S&J

Fair place to stay

The managers were great . The property is as not as shiny new as it looks in photos , I had a problem with regulating the temperature of the water in the shower( but found the outside shower better anyway ) ;, the largest bedroom I had a problem with , that hopefully they will take care of ; and the single bed down stairs would be the most comfortable place to sleep because air came though all sides of it, but it needed mosquito netting and a new mattress and pillows . I also thought that , and that’s me assuming, the property faced the ocean , which it doesn’t, and that you could have a view of it , which you don’t . It’s was a quiet neighborhood though . Very short walk to town and to the beach . The beaches near the town and to the east , walking distance , were all very nice , but Playa Rincon ( to the west ) was very disappointing. I thought it would be very nice , since it is a little more remote, but it is trashed and if I were you , I wouldn’t even bother traveling over to see it.

Beyond Amazing

Our family stayed here for two weeks and we didn't want to leave. Gorgeous property just a short walk away from everything you need for an AMAZING vacation. Highly recommend staying here as long as you can. Two wonderful beaches VERY nearby.(5-10min walk) Restaurants/grocery store/French bakery/souvenir stores all minutes away YET you are in a secluded area to be able to just relax and take in all the natural beauty of the island. You must visit the main French bakery on main street- AMAZING!!!! Amenities are just as described. Very clean and welcoming.. Mosquitos are bad but if you buy some candles/repellent to burn for outside sitting it is fine. The hammock was wonderful to just lay and read along with the outside lounge chairs after a rough day at the beach. US dollars welcomed at all the restaurants and shops. Do NOT rely on credit cards as most places do not accept them.. WIFI is spotty at times but works- after all you are not there to live on your phone but to experience the beauty and RELAX!!! We felt very safe and could walk around freely with no issues at all, the locals are all about you enjoying your visit. Buy some fish/shrimp/lobsters from Francisco- he will stop by on his bike and offer fresh catches for purchasing and it is worth it!! This truly is a slice of heaven.. We loved it! planning to go back already

La casa de Oli is beautiful! we loved the outdoor shower and used it every day. Juan and Lolo were very friendly and helpful. The beaches are gorgeous, La playita beach is a walking distance and other beaches are reachable by boat. People are friendly and local restaurants offer all kind of food and different range of prices. We are planing to go back with family and friends :) ** Only bad thing was mosquitos!

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne 3 Wochen dort und waren vollauf begeistert. Auch wenn in der Nebensaison nicht viel in Las Galeras los war und nacheinadner recht viele Restaurants Urlaub machten, bekommt man vor Ort alles was man benötigt. Sehr begeistert waren wir von der Außendusche und der Terasse. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort in der wir viele neue positive Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

Paradies

Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen mit zwei Kindern (2 und 4 Jahre) hier... Eigentlich wollten wir es als Geheimtipp behalten... denn es ist ein Paradies. Man lebt hier einfach in den Tag hinein... Morgens wach werden, die Kinder spielen schon im großen tollen Garten... Dann Frühstück auf der Terrasse...Ungestört...Vielleicht kommt der Fischverkäufer vorbei und hat leckeren Fisch für den Grill abends... Das Wetter ist herrlich also ab zum wunderschönen weißen Strand... dort im kleinen einfachen Strandrestaurant Mittags was essen. Huh, die Sonne geht schon unter?! Dann laufen wir nach Hause, duschen (warm!!!) und gehen gern wieder ins Restaurant um die Ecke. Die Kinder werden von allen verwöhnt und schlafen schließlich am Tisch ein. Zeit für einen Drink oder zwei... Zuhause ist ja um die Ecke... Vielleicht schaffen wir es morgen mal zum Wasserfall... Eine total zwanglose und unbeschwerte Zeit erlebt man hier... In einem sehr, sehr gemütlichen und sauberem Häuschen mit einer Kochnische (alles nötige vorhanden), einer gemütlichen Sitzecke und einem Bad mit Dusche (und heißem Wasser!!!) unten. Oben befindet sich das riesengroße Bett und ein Balkon mit Liege und Hängematte. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, aber keinen falls ab vom Schuss. Man ist hier völlig ungestört und gleichzeitig ist alles um die Ecke was man braucht: Supermarkt, kleine Restaurants. Alles sehr klein und gemütlich und nicht zu viel von allem. Total unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit verlief die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und Vermieter vor Ort. Es ist ein echter Geheimtipp, also pssst bitte nicht weitersagen! Hier möchten wir unbedingt nochmal hin.

Wunderbare Zeit in der Casa de Olli

Wir fühlten uns ausgesprochen wohl in der Casa de Olli. Alles was wir für unseren Urlaub in Las Galeras benötigten war vorhanden. Die Casa liegt ruhig in einem bewachten Bereich in Las Galeras. Zu zwei wunderschönen Stränden läuft man 5-10 Minuten. Ins Zentrum ist es auch nur einen Katzensprung. Die Menschen sind alle sehr liebenswert und man bekommt in Restaurants und Einkaufsläden keinen Gringoaufschlag. Zum Abschalten und zum Kennenlernen der dominikanischen Kultur für uns die beste Wahl in der Domrep.. Vielen Dank auch nochmals an die Hausverwalter Juan und Lollo vor Ort, welche uns sehr gut betreut haben. Auch die Buchung und Bezahlung mit dem Eigentümer Olli war unkompliziert und verlief reibungslos. Bis zum nächsten Mal. :-)

Loved it!

Loved Casa de Oli and Las Galeras! The house was just great - everything we needed, safe, beautiful grounds, breezy hammock, a short walk to town and beaches. Juan & Lolo were very, very helpful and nice. The guestbook was a really good resource too - find it your first night! My advice: stay as long as you possibly can.

Wie im Paradis

Das typisch karibische Ferienhaus ist mit viele Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die nicht einsehbare, gemauerte Außendusche die sehr praktisch ist um sich auch tagsüber einfach mal zu erfrischen. Gut gefallen hat uns auch der sehr schön angelegte tropische Garten mit dem Chill-Out-Bereich wo wir die Ruhe und einige Cuba Libre genießen konnten. Wir haben schon mehrmals in Las Galeras unseren Urlaub verbracht und nun endlich unsere Favoritenunterkunft gefunden, für nächstes Jahr ist schon wieder gebucht! Buchung und Abwicklung verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Vor Ort steht der Hausverwalter (spricht mehrere Sprachen) als Ansprechpartner jederzeit zur Verfügung, Danke nochmal für die vielen (Insider)Ausflugstipps!
