Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Great view of the ocean. Surprised at the traffic noise on the 14th level when on the deck. People are friendly. Tv in the unit was too small and the couch and love seat where uncomfortable.

Condo needs help while condo management is good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo while on the top floor is far from a penthouse. Its barely a 1 bedroom condo that is advertised as 2 bedroom. Every room except the 2nd bathroom is small/tiny. The secondary bedroom is unuseable as it is very tiny. The master bedroom closet is almost unuseable. The living room furniture is worn out and very uncomfortable. The kitchen ware is like camping goods. The walls and baseboards need to be painted. The patio furniture is broken and dirty. Road noise is an issue. The management of the condo complex is very good as they fixed the broken dryer in a timely fashion and security at the complex is good. The location is good.

Nice place but noisy from traffic on beach road

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. But we were happy we brought a sound machine to sleep. The noise from cars on the beach road is crazy. Not thrilled that they provided so few towels for a 2 week stay. We expected to wash but were only given 3 sets of bath towels for 4 people. Very nice pool area. And grounds are well maintained.

Old Friends Getaway

We had a great time, great friends, good food, and even better memory. 10 year for so of us so we are looking at this again next year. Thank you Get a new coffee make, the sofa bed would not open.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were greatly disappointed with the condition of the carpet in the unit. It has numerous stains and tears in the carpet. The listing states that it had a 3 star rating, however according to their rating system the unit should have been a 1 star rating. It would be a nice unit with better flooring and a new coffee table and better mattresses for the twin beds. They were fine for a child, but would have been uncomfortable for an adult. We notified the rental agency about the condition of the carpet. They replied that the carpet was scheduled to be replaced which did not help our current situation. We asked to be moved to a new unit and that was not offered. I explained that we paid for a nicer unit and we did not get the quality unit we paid for. I think our price should have been discounted and that the situation with the carpet should have been discussed prior to our visit so that we could have made a different reservation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was not what I expected the condo needed a lot of updates. The carpet was raveling, the rug was turning up so someone could trip on it, there were tv wires hanging out of the wall, my husband said we will not pay that kind of money again for what we got.

Love Legacy but not this unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Legacy numerous times and have always been pleased. It feels like a home away from home and meets our needs perfectly.Unfortunately this unit does not meet the standards we have come to know and love about Legacy. It appears the owners of this unit could care less about providing a quality stay for their guests. The faucets were broken, furniture is damaged, ice maker didn't work, worn out sheets, burnt out lights (3), minimal cookware and no potholders, water stops running in the middle of shower etc.We also encountered having difficulty with all the codes necessary to access the property. While we were giving the driveway gate code and our room code we were not given the code to get into the building! This is also the code needed for the pool and other amenities.The staff however, has always been helpful and generous with their time and assistance. We highly recommend staying here, just not unit 1404.

Loved this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Legacy was wonderful! Property is clean and quiet. Very convenient to everything. Our room was wonderful! Plenty of room for 4 & the conveniences of home. We enjoyed walking on the beach and even saw a shark from the balcony get stuck on a sandbar! If you are thinking the water here is like the water along the Florida Gulf Coast, think again. The water here reminded us of brown lake water and the sand in the water was like lake sand. But the beach sand was as white as could be. We didn't venture out to do activities as we were there for USSSA World Series games.

Review of our Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As far as maintenance - we had a shower issue that left us unable to use the master shower for 4 days out of our 6 days there. It was inconvenient but the maintance crew was very prompt on checking on the problem soon after I called. We did receive a refund for a portion of our stay which we really appreciated. One thing we were not happy about was my husband had to clean up bird poop on our balcony. We were told someone would try to clean that up for us but they never did. Overall we had a great stay loved the views and convenience and we would diffently stay there again...
