The Sundowner on Summit is a stylish modern 3 bed 2 bath home, located minutes from the Lake Arrowhead Village. The main floor has a bright open living space, fully stocked kitchen, dining table, laundry, and a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath. The upstairs has a bunk room complete with 4 full size beds, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Enjoy making s'mores at the gas fire pit, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and having a glass of wine overlooking the beautiful tall pine trees.

Perfect getaway cabin

This is our family’s third stay at the Sundowner…it was great. Really have zero complaints about this property. We’ve stayed with our family of 4 and most recently stayed with ur family and my sister and kids and the house accommodated all of us perfectly. Love the kids bunk room. Hot tub a plus. We love the flocked Christmas trees in the winter time too!!!

Great modern home in the heart of Lake Arrowhead

We had a wonderful quick getaway to the mountains and this home was perfect - the contemporary open concept layout was fantastic for spending some downtime. The multiple outdoor seating options made for a enjoyable way to soak in the unseasonably warm weather on the deck. Hosts were excellent and very responsive, would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, gorgeous resort-like rental in Lake Arrowhead

Beautifully remodeled home with luxury amenities and contemporary design, surrounded by a deck for cocktails, dining and relaxing atop the tall pines. The owners are a delight to interact with and have thought of your every need. We couldn't have enjoyed this property more.

A dreamy getaway

Wonderful spot just deep enough in nature but still close to the lake. The property was spacious and private, and I spent as much time as I could outside sunning on the deck. The hosts were super responsive and very gracious. I definitely have a go-to cabin the next time I visit Arrowhead!

Cute mountain home

Vintage Lake Arrowhead home with all the modern stuff. Kitchen and front deck were great. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our family. The stairs were a climb but once you are up it’s great.

From the moment I booked this home, I knew it was going to be a great experience. The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful in suggestions for restaurants, nearby activities...whatever you may need. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Amazing cabin! Lovely decor

Honestly everything was an A+. From stocked kitchen supplies, Christmas/winter decor (big plus in my book! Totally felt dreamy winter wonderland like), hot tub is cute!, and plenty of pillows, towels, etc. it’s super cute, and we had a fabulous stay!! Not one bad thing to note. We will most likely be back for those flocked Xmas tress by the fire! Also, great communication with hosts. They got it down!

Very nice property, well decorated. Great and very responsive hosts. We would give it 4 or 5 stars without hesitation if we didn't end up staying there during very hot few days. The house has no central A/C and the individual portable units in each bedroom seem like an afterthought. They are not ideal and loud. The main living room area has no A/C and not even a fan. It was over 80 degrees in the living room. Also, we didn't know that the lake is private and it is not much use unless you buy daily passes, which is rather complicated. The hosts were very accommodating, but we just wished we had known that.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

This is a beautiful mountain cabin with great amenities! The property owners were very quick to respond to our needs. They were professional and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and the home itself is very charming and cozy.
