This vacation rental is located in the town of Sainte-Anne, in the south of Martinique. This lower villa shelters a cocoon of charm ideal for a couple: a modern apartment 1 room with jaccuzi.
Discreet but available if needed, the owner will be delighted to welcome you in her totally independent lower villa (entrance, jacuzzi and private parking)

Ideally located between the Atlantic coast and the Caribbean coast, this charming lodge will delight both lovers of board sports (kitesurfing and windsurfing) and lovers of paradise beaches more quiet. Its central location between the town of Le Marin and the village of Le Marin will also allow you to enjoy all the necessary amenities.

The lodge is composed as follows:

- 1 living room with lounge area and modern open and equipped kitchen
- 1 bedroom with storage space (baby bed on request)
- 1 bathroom with Italian shower and toilet

The exterior includes a deck of 50m² with :

- its carbet with dining table
- its deckchairs
- its jacuzzi

When leaving the airport, contact the owner to tell her that you are on your way to the lodge.
At the exit of the airport, take the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead.

After about 25 kilometers, you will arrive in Sainte-Luce.Continue straight on towards Le Marin. Go through Le Marin following the signs to Centre Ville, then at the exit of Le Marin, take the direction towards Sainte-Anne.

At the first roundabout, continue straight on towards Sainte-Anne. Then, 1 kilometer further, in a straight line, turn left towards Piton Crève Cœur.
Continue straight ahead, the lodge will be 100 meters before the entrance of the Piton Crève Coeur hike, on your right.
