The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a large double closet. The third bedroom is an oversized room with a twin over full bed and a twin bed, activity table with chairs and a swivel barrel chair for added comfort. Each bedroom has a cable ready Smart TV for you to stream your personal apps. The second bathroom has a combination tub/shower and is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. This condo has a washer and dryer as well as additional closet space for pantry items and storage. There is a well-maintained pool with seating and tables to cool off, with extended hours for those who like to get in a swim early or later in the day.

Right outside of the community you will find a beautifully maintained bike path that connects you to Lewes, Rehoboth and eventually Georgetown! Take a ride to the beach, Cape Henlopen State Park or Hopkins Creamery for some of the best ice cream in the state. Directly next to the bike path you will find the delicious Old Worlds Bread bakery and a local distillery for tastings, cocktails or take-out.

Reserves at Nassau is conveniently located off of Coastal Highway in a low traffic area on New Road that will take you to the historic town of Lewes in 3 short miles. Once in downtown Lewes, you will find great restaurants, specialty shopping, quaint houses and the canal with its marinas and park area. From here you can head down to the beautiful Lewes Beach (on the Delaware Bay) or travel a little further to the Cape Henlopen State Park (on the Atlantic Ocean) where you can bike, fish, swim, hike, check out Ft Miles and climb the lookout towers. Cape May is a short ferry ride away! Close enough to Rehoboth for a night out on the boardwalk or shopping at the Outlet Malls.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
