On the second floor of a typical building in the area it consists of an entrance with kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. 200 meters from the Duomo and a few steps from all the main monuments, 15 minutes walk from the SMN station. Air conditioning, latest generation heating, dishwasher, washing machine and wifi make it particularly comfortable for a holiday in Florence.

Florence Black and White

This property is well located in Florence. Communications with owners was excellent. Two nice bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The description of the property is accurate. If you do not need a full kitchen this is a good place for four adults or a small family. There is not really a "living room" or place for you to have place for everyone to relax together but otherwise excellent.

Perfect location and large bedrooms

So many great things about this property including a very energetic and helpful property manager. Bedrooms are very spacious, and although the living/kitchen area is very small (as others have mentioned), it has everything you would need. Two small suggestions - the chairs around the kitchen table are very uncomfortable, and shelves to hold toiletries would be very helpful in the bathrooms since although they are very nice and modern, they are very small.Highly recommend this property!!.

Great Location and Terrific Host Team

Our family enjoyed staying at the B&W Apartment for a week long stay in Florence. The location cannot be more convenient to walk everywhere, yet be just a few blocks away from the busy areas. The apartment had all the conveniences you could need and the host and property manager did a terrific job with consistent and quick communication for all of our questions before and during our stay.

Very clean !

The apartment was fine. Bigger and better than a hotel would have been. Very clean. Although it does not have a very large living area. The kitchen was enclosed in a cupboard (very small). But was fine for our needs. . And there wasn’t a very big area to relax in, a small kitchen table and only one chair to relax in the living area. But again way better than staying in a hotel.

Great location and host

This was a great little apartment close to everything. The little kitchen cupboard setup was fine for our use. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, which we used for 15 minutes in the late afternoon. It is a two story walk up, so not ideal for mobility issues, but otherwise perfect

We found the property very well positioned to see the sites. We were able to walk to most of what we wanted to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hallway confused us when we arrived as it is on what we would call the 3rd floor not the 2nd and the lights went out on us...but that was a minor inconvenience. All in all a great stay.

Great location with lots of space

The location was great and the bedrooms each had king size beds with their own private bath. Use of the washing machine was definitely appreciated. Mini fridge to hold snacks and drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

Barely a kitchen…

Despite reaching out to the host regarding a full kitchen - which we were Assured there was…. It was an armoire with kitchen attributes- not something you could use for more than making tea…. Additionally there was no common space for a group of four to hang out in between exploring the city…

Today the San Giovanni district represents the heart of Florence, in fact in the main square, Piazza San Giovanni, there are some of the most important Florentine monuments, such as the Duomo, the Baptistery and Giotto's Bell Tower. We will walk through the streets of the Medici district, looking for traces of their passage in churches, monuments, palaces and coats of arms. We will be overwhelmed by the splendor and grandeur of the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, an undisputed jewel of Gothic architecture. We will discover the traditional festivals that have been celebrated here since ancient times: the explosion of the cart, the fires of San Giovanni and the cavalcade of the Magi. We will be transported to Piazza Santissima Annunziata, with its Renaissance architecture, the first nucleus of the new Florentine architectural language. We will reach the famous Teatro della Pergola, the oldest theater in the city, and then move on to the oldest city hospital: Santa Maria Nuova.
