La casa si trova all'interno della Casa de Campo Resort, in una zona tranquilla e perfettamente situata vicino alla spiaggia, al golf e al porto turistico. La casa comprende un pacchetto completo di VIP. Uno Butler, un cuoco eccellente e servizi di pulizia giornaliero. Otterrai anche: trasporto da / per aeroporto (solo aeroporto La Romana), golf cart, mini van, connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità illimitata. (Cibo e bevande non sono inclusi)

Organizzeremo l'acquisto dei generi alimentari e delle bevande preferiti prima dell'arrivo e forniremo servizi di babysitter a casa. La casa è di 14 anni ed è in perfette condizioni. Ci occupiamo anche di tutti i servizi di lavanderia a casa.

La casa ha due camere master, due docce aperte e perfettamente progettato per due vacanze in famiglia.

La casa dispone di due sale da pranzo, una esterna perfetta per gustare i pasti all'aperto e un bellissimo gazebo perfetto per letture e massaggi. Abbiamo giochi da tavolo per bambini, galleggianti da piscina, teli da piscina, barbecue, scatola cinese, accesso wireless a Internet ad alta velocità illimitato gratuito in tutta la casa.

La casa dispone di 6 televisori, uno in ogni camera e uno in soggiorno, due videoregistratori, DVD tutte le 5 camere sono dotate di unità A / C e ventilatore a soffitto. Abbiamo appena aggiunto un'enorme camera familiare climatizzata con una TV da 60 'al secondo piano, ha 2 divani letto per ospitare più persone

C'è altoparlante karaoke Bluetooth in modo da poter ascoltare la vostra musica preferita intorno alla casa.

Si avrà un maggiordomo che prenderà a La Romana Aeroporto e prendersi cura dei vostri bagagli, una volta in casa che fisserà il vostro drink preferito e portare il vostro spuntino presso la piscina o la vostra camera. Egli farà la spesa per voi così come qualsiasi altro servizio in tutto il resort o fuori dal villaggio. Egli sarà lì solo per servirvi.

La cuoca è incredibile, prepara ottimi piatti fatti in casa e piatti gourmet, ci mandi la lista della spesa di cui hai bisogno e ci sarà per te al tuo arrivo per la tua comodità. Ottimi pasti sono garanzia !!

Amazing Trip, Villa & Staff

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay at Fernando's villa. The villa itself was perfect for a larger group (we were 9 people) and was extremely comfortable with a lot of bedrooms, bathrooms, and areas to hang out outside and inside. The staff and chef Kendy were also phenomenal and made the trip 10x better. Fernando the host is extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions before and during the trip. Such an amazing experience all around.

Another wonderful time at Casa de Campo

We had a wonderful stay at Vivero 51. The staff could not have been more helpful, going out of there way to make us feel at "home". The chef is a treasure! He makes the best chicken caesar salad ever! The villa is very comfortable with the outdoor space and pool being particularly lovely. A few maintenance issues, albeit minor should be taken care of in one of the upstairs bedrooms. (missing tile, open shower doesn't work). This would not deter me from staying again or recommending. A memorable vacation with a warm and welcoming staff.

The house was amazing. The staff incredible. Chef Kende made almost all of our meals and they were so nice. We loved the staff of the house they became like family. Oscar and his son Edgar were so attentive to every need. Our adult children loved how the house was located in an area of the resort that made everything convenient.

Casa de campo villa rental

3 couples stayed at vivero 51- a private villa. The house was perfect. As advertised. Spacious with multiple sitting areas, a pool, etc…. We had a staff of four including 2 butlers (Oscar and son Edgar), a housekeeper (Alecia), and a chef (Kendy ? sp), very attentive and friendly. Casa de campo has a great beach (Guillermo took great care of us). Nice restaurants, a very good workout facility. Highly recommend

Amazing Stay!!!

From the moment we made the reservation Fernando was on point communicating with us about the check in process and the over all stay. We had the VIP package with a buttler (Don Oscar) a chef, and a house keeper, they welcomed us with amazing energy and our favorite drink, they had a delicious dinner ready for us (chef send an amazing menu we picked from) during our stay of 6 days we had a van and 2 golf cart that came very much in handy as it’s the best and quickest way of transportation, chef and the entire staff had breakfast, lunch and dinner (drinks and snacks) ready for us at all times, chef even made us Tiramisu for one of our guest for his birthday and a succulent chicken soup to cure a cold on our last night, I can not brag enough about the staff and the property’s cleaning mess and comfort. If you want a great experience, delicious food and amazing confort, this is the place to stay!

Wonderful staff!

Return trippers to Casa de Campo, this was the first time at the property. Fernando, the owner, was great; super responsive and knowledgeable. Oscar, the butler, was delightful and the housekeeper and cook were lovely too.

Bachelorette at the most perfect villa!

I had my bachelorette at Fernando’s villa and we all had the most amazing time! It was spacious, beautiful and the staff were truly incredible. They are all so sweet and went above and beyond for us! The food was fantastic, everything was spotless, and they even did our laundry. Fernando made it very easy to get more golf carts as needed and it was very convenient that the house also came with one. Communication with Fernando and his wife was seamless before the trip and while we were there. Whatever you need they will help make it happen! I can’t wait to come back here again one day.

Great Vacation

Great place for couples - Staff of chef, maid and houseman were superb. the chef cooked two outstanding dinners for 10 people as well as other meals. the house was immaculate. Best Value for price.

Our favourite Villa in Casa de Campo

Our family's stay at Fernando Diaz's Vivero 51 was wonderful from beginning to end. Fernando was super helpful planning our stay to be as convenient and enjoyable as possible. The villa is gorgeous and the staff of 4 attended to our every need. Our trip to Vivero 51 was beyond our expectations and will definitely be an annual tradition for our family.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. There were four couples and it was perfect. Property layout is great. The host was very responsive and wonderful. Chef and house staff were fabulous. House was situated in a good location to all activities. Special thanks to chef, Oscar and Alicia.

Amazing house and crew!!

I booked this house for my sister’s bachelorette and it did not disappoint! The house was first of all gorgeous with tons of space. The house crew were outstanding as well. The property manager, Oscar, is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and treated us like family. We also had plenty of meals at the villa cooked by the in-house chef and everything was phenomenal. Would definitely book this villa again!!

We had the most amazing experience and service at this house! The chef and butler were super helpful, the food was delicious and the house was even better in person than in the photos. Fernando and his wife were also very attentive with their responses and were super helpful with giving recommendations in Casa de Campo or making sure we’re settled in with no issues. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Absolutely incredible

The property is stunning and kept up. The staff were also amazing. Oscar runs point and is like the uncle you wish you had. Oscar and Edgar were and unbelievable team and there for all our needs. The full time chef and his assistant never disappointed with a 5 star spread every time! The house had a small manual transmission minibus and two golf carts to use around the property and the host helped us rent more. Casa de campo itself is a utopia.

The service in Casa de Campo is the best you can possible find. As an avid golfer, the courses there are the best in the Caribbean and the property values hardly depreciate, the complete resort is very secure and the standard of living there is beyond expectations.

The house is about 7 minutes walk to the beach, 12 minute drive to the marina and Altos the Chavon. The back of the house faces East so you will always feel a constant breeze and very plesant during the afternoon in the pool area.
