Il Podere il Chiassale è un'antica casa colonica costruita nel 1850 e ristrutturata nel 2015. Si trova ai piedi di Voterra e combina lo stile architettonico toscano con i comfort moderni.
La cucina professionale aperta ha tutte le strutture, anche esigenti chef. La casa è dotata di connessione internet, spaziose camere tutte dotate di TV satellitare e aria condizionata. Nella zona soggiorno-pranzo aperto ha un camino, che crea un ambiente confortevole in caso di maltempo. Per i panificatori di pizza c'è una stufa a legna speciale.
La casa ha una di circa 40 metri quadrati portico e offre un sacco di zona ombreggiata per le giornate calde. Un grande tavolo vi invita a cenare, così come sulla terrazza di 100 mq.
Il 12x6 m grande piscina si trova su un livello più alto ed è dotato di un accogliente salotto e sedie piscina. Dalla trama completamente recintata si ha una magnifica vista sulle colline circostanti e Volterra.
Il Rustico si trova nel cuore della Toscana, San Gimignano è raggiungibile in circa 20 minuti, Firenze, Pisa, Siena e il mare sono a circa un'ora di distanza.
Organizziamo gite in barca a vela per i nostri ospiti (la propria barca 15m si trova nel vicino porto),
Corsi di cucina, passeggiate a cavallo, escursioni e un servizio di chef privato.

Wonderful villa in the heart of Tuscany

We really enjoyed our 10 day stay, beds were comfortable and everything was clean, the pool was fantastic with an amazing view. Lots of space for two couples to relax and unwind yet within an hour of all the major towns and attractions. Jurgen was responsive to our needs and even helped us with the pizza oven. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing Tuscan Home

Hosts were very gracious and friendly. Home was clean and well maintained. Property was gorgeous. Host supplied local eateries that were great and where local market was. Highly recommend this home!

Host was outstanding in all communications and provided extra help as needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Property was as advertised also very clean and properly stocked with kitchen equipment etc.

Home away from home…

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the villa and area. It was a peaceful place to unwind with easy access to Volterra and the Tuscan countryside. The property has a relaxed elegance with several indoor and outdoor living spaces to eat, work or just rest. The management and owners were delightful to work with and immediately responsive to our needs.

Very nice house and swimming pool in Tuscany

Very nice house with fenced swimming pool, ideal for families with small children. Airconditioning only in the bedrooms, but this was not a problem despite a week with every day 30+ °C. The only minor point is that the second bathroom on the first floor is VERY small.

Fabulous villa in a beautiful location!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this storybook villa which was perfect from beginning to end! The home was gorgeous, comfortable, well appointed and hosts could not have been nicer and more responsive. They even offered to drive us to dinner one night! The house and kitchen have everything you could need and their recommendations for restaurants and tour guides made the trip! We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing just that!

Wonderful time in countryside of Volterra

The property was well stocked, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely outside eating areas and a beautiful pool. Jürgen and Gabi were incredible hosts, available for any questions and just a lovely couple. The town of Volterra (about 15 mins) is a hidden gem and we made 2 trips to visit. Well situated to Siena, Florence and Lucca. We would absolutely stay again and were sad to leave the beautiful views!

Absolutely recommend!

This property is a gem! The location is so lovely for a stay in the Tuscan countryside. One of my favorite parts is that the house is on a 2.5 km quiet and safe road with gorgeous views for morning amd evening exercise walks. plenty of closet/drawer space plenty of hangers comfortable matresses hosts so nice and responsive and hospitable kitchen has everything you need for cooking house is so comfortable, indoors and out landscaping is lovely house is so pretty Definitely recommend!

The villa was absolutely perfect!

This home had all the "Bells and Whistles" need for a relaxing and comfortable stay! it is very centrally located between Volterra and San Gimignano. The Host and Hostess were very kind and helpful. They offered suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing, etc. When I go back to the region, I will not hesitate to stay at this lovely home. Amy Coleman

Paradise!

A beautiful home in a peaceful oasis! This house is perfectly situated with easy access to Volterra for shopping and restaurants but also a beautiful country setting. Our hosts were so kind and attentive. We will definitely be back to stay again! The house has everything you need to pass a lovely holiday. We especially appreciated to comfortable large beds and lovely soaker tub. We visited over Easter and the weather did not cooperate but we look forward to returning in the summer time to enjoy the large swimming pool. Even in poor weather we had a lovely stay with cozy evening fires and afternoon walks in the surrounding countryside.

Lovely house and location, could do with updating in places

Our family had a wonderful 10 day stay in August 24. The house is lovely and well equipped. The swimming pool is magnificent size for a villa. The bedrooms were excellent and large. The communication with Gabrielle and Jurgen was fantastic and very fast. Downstairs could do with aircon, especially during a Tuscan summer!!!. We thought the whole house would have it and not just the bedrooms, especially at the price we were paying. Suggesting keeping the curtains close did not help and also meant we were missing the view. The downstairs shower needs repair and the kitchen was a bit ‘tired’ and could do with updating. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Beyond our Tuscan dreams

Trip of a liferime. Everyone’s favorite part of this vacation, the Villa This remote retreat is set about 10 minutes away from Volterra. Gabbi and Jurgen are the most delightful hosts. They treated us and our two young grandchildren like family. All their recommendations were spot on. The setting was movie -like. The renovated villa is as charming as the hosts. The house was spotlessly, clean, and well equipped. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen is eat- in and has all the amenities. You definitely need a car.. there is so much to explore, but this was our most perfect and magical home base.

Nice house but…

Because of all the great reviews, we had very high expectations for this house. The house is good, has all the amenities you can think of and the contact with the owner is very good. However, what we had missed is that there is a business right next to the house, which bothered us. Doors were banging, cars were driving by and it was quite noisy outside. The house is also located in a small valley, which means that there is very little ventilation when it is hot (we were there when it was 37 degrees outside). We would also have liked to see that the garden was taken care of a little more. Many plants were withered and the couch by the pool that is in the pictures is no longer there.

Wunderschöner, sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus, in traumhafter, sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Lage! Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Absolutes Highlight ist der tolle Pool und das ganze Grundstück ist umzäunt, was für Hundebesitzer großartig ist. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Wunderschönes Haus am Fuße von Volterra

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und eine sehr gut eingerichteten Küche. Haben die Zeit vor Ort sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hatten immer einen guten Tipp für Restaurants und Ausflugziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A Dream / Un Sogno / Ein Traum

Heraus- und hervorragende Liegenschaft, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit top ausgestatteter Küche. Der Pool (geheizt) ist ein absoluter Traum. Und last but not least: Herzliche und doch unaufdringliche Gastfreundschaft der Eigentümer, stets zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wir und unsere Kinder (7 und 3) haben den Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht genossen. Ein Juwel!

Wonderful stay in Volterra

We had a Wonderful stay at Chiassale. The property is beautiful nestled in the Tuscan hills. The house was well stocked. We enjoyed eating, enjoying some Tuscan wines and visiting on the comfortable outdoor patio. The hosts Gabi and Jurgen could not be more helpful. They had Wonderful suggestions of where to eat and were helpful in making reservations. The house is wonderfully located to many of the beautiful Tuscany towns. We later wished we had booked the place for an extra day or two.
