La nostra villa da sogno andalusa si trova in una posizione privilegiata con accesso privato per un facile accesso alla spiaggia, direttamente dal nostro giardino - senza strade e senza rocce.
Il 450m grande villa con 3 ampie camere da letto con bagno, 1 soggiorno con divano letto, 2 terrazze solarium protette e un tipico patio andaluso si trova proprio sulla spiaggia della piccola baia 'Bahia de la Plata' nel Atlanterra urbanizzazione.
Potete aspettarvi una casa confortevole con un'attrezzatura alta per 6, max. 7 persone con vista mozzafiato sull'Atlantico da tutte le camere - si possono vedere un totale di 4 fari, il Faro Camarinal, il Faro Trafalgar e con il bel tempo i fari di Tangeri e Cape Spartel (Marocco).
La villa ha un camino aperto nel soggiorno, patio protetto dal vento e dal sole e ampio terrazzo, situato in un giardino di 4200 mq con molte palme e piante tropicali e con la sua piscina riscaldata dal sole.
I pavimenti sono in terracotta e marmo. e in inverno con il riscaldamento a pavimento.
Questa è una villa lussuosamente arredata per divertirsi, rilassarsi e farsi coccolare, sia in giardino, in piscina o direttamente sulla spiaggia di sabbia.

La connessione Wi-Fi per diversi PC.
Opportunità Azienda: Ideale per escursioni nell'entroterra, nelle foreste di querce da sughero e lungo la costa. Buone opportunità per giocare a golf, diversi campi da golf sono raggiungibili in circa 40 minuti .. Un maneggio si trova nelle immediate vicinanze. In circa 30 minuti si arriva a Tarifa con numerose attività di svago, come il surf e gite in barca, guardando i delfini e le balene e la traduzione in Marocco.

Due volte a settimana è una donna delle pulizie per ogni 3 ore e rende la casa pulita e si aiutano con le domande. Lei è una cuoca eccellente per il cibo andaluso, ama cucinare per voi in consultazione e può anche acquistare per voi, o chiedere di ricevere qualcosa da mangiare in frigorifero. Lasciatevi viziare da essa!

Sooooooo schön!

Dies ist ein ganz wunderbarer Ort. Das Haus ist liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten: ein Traum. Und davor der Atlantik, der an einen wunderschönen Strand brandet. Das Auf und Ab der Wellen wird uns fehlen. Wir träumen schon von einem Wiedersehen.

The ultimate location and setting

The property is a beautiful and well maintained traditional villa that felt completely private and with the beach only seconds away. We enjoyed everything about this villa from the views, the perfectly sized swimming pool, the interior and the beautiful planting in the gardens. Stephanie was a great host and kept in contact throughout the process. We did have two 4 yr olds with us, who had to sleep in the rooms with their parents in the end as the extra rooms are quite separate from the main rooms for unattended young children, but we were able to make it work.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in dieser traumhaften Villa verbracht. Die Lage ist fantastisch, sehr ruhig, direkter Zugang zum Strand. Auch zu dieser Jahreszeit Anfang Juni waren wir fast alleine da. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumvilla in Andalusien

Wir ( Ehepaar mit Golden Retriever) waren für 2 Wochen zu Gast in dieser beeindruckenden Villa mit Meeeblick in 1. Strandreihe. Es war ein Traum und wir haben uns alle 3 super wohl gefühlt. Den Strand hatten wir meistens für uns alleine, so dass unser Anton sich so richtig austoben konnte. Eine perfekte Auszeit- nur weiter zu empfehlen! Wir werden gerne wieder kommen 😊

Sport auf dem Atlantik

Wir sind eine Gruppe von 6 Paddlern aus Deutschland. Haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist geprägt von Villen. Die Lage am Strand war super, das Haus hat alles was man zum Wohlfühlen & Entspannen braucht. Wir planen bestimmt bald unseren nächsten Ausflug in die Region und fragen wieder an. Bis bald.

Träume

In vorherigen Urlauben sind wir oft bei Strandspaziergängen an ähnlich gelegenen Häusern vorbeigekommen, sind bewundernd davor stehengeblieben und sind mit dem Wunsch weitergegangen, selbst irgendwann einmal so zu leben. Wenn auch nur für eine Woche, so war es doch eine Zeit, die etwas ganz Besonderes war und unvergessen bleiben wird. Am Abend mit einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse sitzend den Sonnenuntergang und menschenleeren Strand beobachten, die absolute Ruhe, nur unterbrochen durch das Meeresrauschen, das Gefühl nicht fremd, sondern willkommen zu sein... dazu verwöhnt von Oliva mit sehr leckeren spanischen Gerichten, von Maria mit Tipps zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten versorgt. Manchmal werden Träume wahr und sind schöner als in der eigenen Fantasie. Unsere zweite Urlaubswoche haben wir in Benalmádena verbracht, kurzentschlossen hatten wir vor dem Urlaub diese Woche dazugebucht. Ein Unterschied, wie er krasser nicht sein könnte. Nun träumen wir wieder davon, irgendwann wieder in der Traumvilla zu leben, sei es nur für eine kurze Zeit. Den vorherigen Rezensionen gibt es nichts hinzuzufügen. Es ist genauso schön, wie es von allen beschrieben wurde. Ganz lieben Dank nochmals an die Vermieter! Herzliche Grüße Kirsten und Jörg

Wunderschöne Villa in traumhafter Umgebung

Leider hatten wir nur eine Woche zur Verfügung, um diese wundervolle, direkt am Meer gelegene Villa genießen zu dürfen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben! Es war genau der richtige Ort für eine kurze Auszeit vom Alltagsstress. Im Zentrum des sehr großzügig angelegten Hauses befindet sich als Highlight ein wunderschöner Patio, von dem aus sich ein herrlicher Blick über die Terrasse und den riesigen gepflegten Garten direkt auf die Dünen und den Atlantik bietet. Es gibt sogar einen privaten Zugang zum Strand. Jetzt im Februar hatten wir den Eindruck, diesen nahezu ganz für uns alleine zu haben. Zum Baden war das Meer natürlich noch zu kalt, aber die Strandspaziergänge waren für sich genommen schon ein Traum, ebenso wie der Blick auf die Sonnenuntergänge und auf den Sternenhimmel. Wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist, kann man vom nahegelegenen Leuchtturm aus zum benachbarten und völlig unverbauten Playa del Cañuelo hinabsteigen oder eine kurze Wanderung zur grandiosen Düne und den römischen Ausgrabungen von Bolonia unternehmen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin des Anwesens funktionierte hervorragend, auch sonst fehlte es uns während unseres Aufenthaltes an nichts. Maria, die Zugehfrau, hat uns mit weiteren guten Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in die Umgebung versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles hat gepasst

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt, das Haus, die Atmosphäre im Haus, die Bequemlichkeit und dann der wunderbare Blick auf Strand und Meer von der Terrasse aus. Es waren die erholsamsten Ferien seit langem. Ein großes Plus ist auch die Köchin und Zugehfrau.

Perfect location

My husband and I stayed at the villa for two weeks during August with our toddler. I think this was one of my favourite holidays ever. We have travelled a lot through the world both privately and with work but if you want pure relaxation, authenticity and the luxury of a very spacious villa, garden and direct access to the beach look no further. The location is stunning, I have never seen skies so stary at night or sunsets so breathtaking. Every evening I had to catch my breath anew at the stunning sight of reds, oranges and yellows spilling over the sky as the sun set slowly. Though we had been warned of heavy winds along the coast, we only had 1-2 stormy nights in two weeks. The weather was perfect, the beach was pretty empty with just a few Spanish locals, its a very untouristy area. there are wonderful markets around for fresh fish, meets and seafood. The sunsets are beyond beautiful. The owner and her husband are friendly and helpful. I hope we return again soon!

Beautiful house right on amazing beach ...

... in a wonderful location. The terrace is overlooking the garden, the beach and the sea. On clear days you can even see Africa. The sunsets over the Atlantic are wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the beds big enough for two people. A special treat is the typical Andalusian dishes (fish, meat, vegetables, anything you wish) cooked by the housekeeper, on request.

Absolutely perfect, stunning location and villa!

We booked Cuatros Faros for a 2 week stay in September 2011 & it could not have been more perfect. The villa itself is tucked away in the opulent surroundings of Atlanterra & more than holds its own amongst its neighbours, some of the most amazing properties you will see this side of Hawaii! Arriving at the Villa down a steep drive lined with tropical plants you'd be forgiven for thinking that the building is smaller than its 3 double bedroom capacity suggests- don't be fooled by first impressions! Entering the wooden front door your eyes are immediately led out through a beautiful central atrium towards the blue ocean beyond. The rooms are set around this central area, tastefully filled with potted plants, a bench & a large potted palm, and gives the Villa a wonderful sense of calm and space. On the left of the atrium as you look out to sea is a large, well kitted out kitchen & dining area with double doors leading out to the terrace (lots of nice touches giving the place a homely feel like the big heavy wooden dining table), on the right is a large lounge with open fireplace, also with double doors leading out to the terrace. Upstairs is just as comfortable, with a large master bedroom and two smaller double bedrooms, one accessible over the huge upstairs terrace which looks onto the atrium and the garden, a good spot to look out to sea! All bedrooms have tasteful en suites and comfy beds. Our main route outside though was through the atrium which has large, glazed wrought iron doors that open to an uninterrupted view to the beach and ocean. And what a view! The photos don't do it justice, watching the sun sink into the sea with a chilled glass of wine certainly does though! I can't really put into words how amazing the location is, the beach was virtually deserted when we were there, the garden is beautifully kept by German the gardener, who also ensures the pool (private from the beach behind a low hedge) is regularly cleaned, the large garden gently slopes down to the beach, accessible by a gate. The beach gets a bit busier at weekends and during high season, but late September we had it virtually to ourselves. Zahara is picturesque & bustly with amazing restaurants, good shops and a market selling fresh fish/meat, some lovely bars/restaurants nearer in Atlanterra too. Oliva the housekeeper was lovely & helpful, as was Johanna the owner with suggesting places to eat, answering queries etc. HIGHLY recommended, we can't wait to return!

Ein Stück vom Paradies

Schon die Anfahrt ist ein Erlebnis. Nachdem wir all die "normalen" Feriendomizile Zaharas hinter uns gelassen haben, schlängelt sich die Strasse in buckligen Windungen hinauf und hinab in Richtung Bahia de la Plata. Und da ist sie: Was für eine Bucht, was für ein Blick, wie schön ist das denn?? Villa an Villa, riesige Grundstücke, atemberaubend gelegen und umgeben von traumhaften Gärten. Großartige Architektur, die dank individueller Liebe zu diesem Ort und vielleicht auch wohl recht regider Baubestimmungen so gar nichts vom Flair des Ferienbaubooms haben. Ein Wahnsinn, dass man hier seine Ferien verbringen darf...? Aber nun bin ich gespannt auf "unsere" Villa! Eine steile Einfahrt, von Palmen und Agarven gesäumt, führt uns zum Anwesen. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das Haus zu betreten vermittelt sofort den Charme spanischer Wohhnkultur. Ein grosser Patio, liebevoll bepflanzt, drumherum (das Haus ist riesig) ordnen sich Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und weitere Zimmer an. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich die Schlafzimmer, alle top ausgestattet, mit grosser Terasse, der Blick aus jedem Zimmer ist einfach ein Traum. Nun zu den "profanen" Dingen: die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Wohlergehen und vielleicht zu einem kullinarischen Ausflug in Andalusien braucht. Ich persönlich würde empfehlen, bei Zeiten einen Ausflug zum Fischmarkt und in den spanischen LIDL zu machen. Man bekommt so Lust auf alles, Fisch, Tomaten, Oliven, Mandeln, spanischer Käsekuchen, einfach alles ist lecker. Wie gut, dass es da auch noch die spanische Zugehfrau gibt. Unbedingt ihreTortilla probieren! und auch sonst ist sie ein Schatz.. Tagsüber ist dank eines grosszügigen und sehr gepflegten Pools ( ihn pflegt ein sehr netter Gärtner) und guter Ausstattung der Sonnenliegen für alles gesorgt, wenn man nicht sowieso lieber runter zum Meer gehen möchte. Die Wellen sind aber nicht zu unterschätzen... Abends wird man verwöhnt mit unglaublichen Sonnenuntergängen, Blick auf Afrika, manchmal kommen sogar Pferde an den Strand. Und wenn man es schafft, sich von diesem kleinen Stück vom Paradies überhaupt wegzubewegen, dann gibt es tolle Lokale in Sahara, ein wunderschönes Örtchen etwas im Inneren ( Vejer) mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich Ausfüge (Sevilla z.B.). Ich möchte gerne wieder kommen.. Empfohlen für: alle, die das Schöne lieben

Traumhafte Villa, "mein" kleines Paradies

Vorbei fahren wir an den unzähligen Ferienwohnungen Zaharas, dicht an dicht versuchen die Bewohner, inmitten des Gedränges, ein wenig Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen zu lassen. Weiter geht auf der sich schlängelden Strasse, eine Biegung noch und plötzlich liegt sie vor uns: die Bucht "Bahia de la Plata", in der auf riesigen Grundstücken grosszügige Luxusvillas stehen. Der Strand ein langgezogener breiter Streifen von weissem Sand und fast menschenleer. In der Ferne sieht man Afrika. Was für ein Kontrast zu den Feriensiedlungen in Zahara, und erst recht zu den noch dichter besiedelten Ferienorten am Mittelmeer! Das hier ist ein Traum! Und wir werden in einer dieser Villas leben, direkt am Strand??? Wir können es nicht glauben. Da ist sie! "Unsere" Villa! Die Fotos, die wir auf FeWo gesehen haben, kommen der Wahrheit nicht einmal im Ansatz nahe. Ein traumhafter Blick: Strand direkt vor uns und dann nur noch der grosse Atlantik, ach ja und ein paar Leuchttürme und Afrika natürlich... der Pool, das Haus, der Patio, der Garten voller Palmen, alles vom Feinsten und bestens in Schuss. Man fühlt nicht nur wohl, sondern besser. Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir sehr gerne immer wieder. Dieses Fleckchen Erde und im Besonderen diese Villa fühlen sich an wie ein kleines Stück vom Paradies...
