Our charming 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families looking to enjoy Colorado. Being close to several different attractions like the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the city of Denver, and more, our home is a central location for any Colorado adventure.

As you step into our home, the warm and inviting living room with a cozy sofa, modern décor, and a dining area will greet you. We've fully equipped the kitchen with all the modern amenities necessary to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Watch the kids play in the fenced backyard as you prepare dinner or wash the dishes after a delicious breakfast.

The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the spacious partially fenced yard, which provides the perfect spot for families to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and starter cleaning supplies.

Pets are not allowed.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. Additionally, there is a camera on the back patio, facing the yard.
