Il nostro catering vacanze casa di design è stato rinnovato di recente e trova la sua auto vicino al Castello Belvedere, Schwarzenbergplatz e Anello Street in un quartiere molto privilegiata e sicura in Vienna.

Il nostro appartamento è dotato di interni moderni. Moderno bagno con lavatrice e insonorizzate di Windows.

Si compone di due separati spaziose camere da letto con letti aggiunti di alta qualità con il miglior comfort.

Vicino al nostro appartamento, troverete ampio di possibilità di shopping e di un rapido accesso a negozi di alimentari e sotterraneo.

Dietro l'angolo si trova la famosa via dello shopping Landstrasse, Orto Botanico e il Palazzo del Belvedere.

Ad esempio, è possibile raggiungere il Teatro dell'Opera di Vienna che si trova nel centro di Vienna con un solo tram all'interno Minuets.

Lovely two night stay

My friend and I were traveling in Vienna for the first time and the apartment provide the perfect location for us to see the city with ease and rest comfortably at the end of the day. It was very spacious and the AirCon was a huge help for the very hot summer days. The hosts were also very communicative and helpful throughout our time.

Bright and spacious

The property had the best of old world charm and modern updates. It was clean, spacious, and the check in was very smooth. It was a straightforward walk to the city center and very close to Belvadere Palace and train station.

Great location and comfortable apartment

The apartment was located next to the tram and train line which makes it so easy to get around Vienna. The apartment was very comfortable for my family of 4. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mani for our stay.

Exactly as described, great location next to amenties and for Central Vienna and very easy transfer from the airport via train. Excellant apartment. Wonderful host, who made arrival meet and greet so easy. Would definately stay here again. Thank you Mani!

Fantastic location and spacious apartment.

This property is very comfortable and was very easy to get to, from the airport. The apartment itself is spacious, it it very clean and comfortable. The walking distance to major sites makes it an ideal property. I will definitely be renting this apartment for my next trip to Vienna.

Fabulous stay in Landstraße!

We were thrilled with the location and the many options available for dining, easy transportation, and moderate walking to famous Vienna sights. The flat was clean and convenient, and it perfectly suited our needs. We were happy that there was air conditioning, as the weather was unusually warm. Would stay here again!

4th Time in Vienna

This was our 2nd time staying in this apt. Everything was wonderful! Thanks for being so flexible & patient with the Americans. We are a bit much sometimes. Location, location, location everything you need is steps away.

Super convenient apt for touring Vienna!

We enjoyed Mani’s apt very much. Very comfortable and convenient Tram right outside, Lidl around the corner, everything you need. Very quiet with windows closed at night. A/C appreciated on warm night. This is a wonderful base for seeing Vienna!

The location and the roominess were fantastic. The furniture and utensils were very minimalistic e.g. no drawers to hang close. We enjoyed out stay .

Lovely place in convenient location right next to U train station (easy city trains and central railway station access). Spacious, clean, comfortable, newer fixtures. Could use more towels and linens, but we managed.

Mixed Review

The location was good. The beds were not comfortable at all. There were only 3 thin towels for 3 women. There was trouble with hot water (often cold). The flat was advertised with two bathrooms but in reality there is only 1 toilet in the powder room, and the shower room has no toilet. Kitchen was sparse. Could have used an iron and microwave. There was almost no soap in the kitchen and there were dirty dishes left.

Location Great!

This apartment was perfectly located, central to so much; close to the train station, restaurants, tram stops, etc. it was slightly hard to find as the main entrance is left of a store entrance. The apartment itself was furnished with what we needed. Mani was very accommodating & responsive. The apartment is in a residential building so we were informed to keep noise level down so as to not generate complaints. We were so tired at the end of the day that that was fine by us. I like the separate toilet room from the shower room. That was super helpful for a family with 3 teen girls.

Lovely place close to trams and trains to the city centre

We had a wonderful time, mani was so helpful befire and during the stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The 10pm quiet time really is a thing in Austria so between 10pm and 7am you need to be quiet and we did get asked to be quiet as we were chatting and laughing later than 10. Please consider this if you are wanting to stay in the appartment in the evenings. We had a fab stay though and it was so easy to walk outside and get a tram to the christmas markets x

Very clean and convenient apartment

Mani had to rescue us after a late train arrival - our only problematic issue the entire stay! He thought we had his phone number but we didn’t so it was a mix up that made our delay even later (past midnight). He was able to come let us in (Thank you!) and from there on it was a breeze! The apartment is quite comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy time in Vienna. It really is walking distance (with backpacks) from the main station, super convenient. If you want old Vienna take the tram or walk it - about 1.7 miles each way. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartmen. Thank you Mani!

Vienna stay

The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from the Belvedere. Its on the 4th floor but there is a small elevator. The owner is very responsive. The only negative was that we were reprimanded for being noisy, raising some sort of decibel level in the building, when all we were doing was talking! That was a surprise, maybe the owner should mention this aspect in the listing.

Friends visit Bienna

The apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants and public transportation. It was very clean and Mani was helpful in providing us with information about the city. The kitchen was adequately equipped. We were 4 adults expecting a 2 bedroom apartment (since the ad says there are 2 bedrooms) but we found beds were set up in the living room as the 2nd bedroom. The apt would be excellent for 2 or 3 people but we found it a bit cramped for 4 adults.

Great stay

This property is as described. Don't be negatively swayed by previous reviews as the problems have all been fixed (lack of towels, clothes storage space, etc). The property is in a great location with wonderful access to transit and sights. Mani was extremely communitive and helpful. AC works great. The apartment is spacious and while there are no frills, it is very comfortable. My only complaint was trying to find extra toilet paper, which was oddly stored above the refrigerator! We found it after buying some (as well as purchasing paper towels). Not a big deal. Would rent again!

OK! Just very basicly furnished!

The cods for the additional 2 guests were awful sleeping arrangements! I think regular twin size beds should be a must, if you have that offer for 4 people! Also you would think, there would be more than one towel per person for 4 days! The owner was very nice! Just surprised that we had to pay the balance in cash! Did not see that on my bill! Just said 2nd payment due! Location of the apartment was great!

Rude and aggressive manager or owner.

Overall, summary, the location was fine. We could take a tram into town, but for us. The walk was too long.The manager or owner was too rude and aggressive in his speaking to us. He almost flat out came out and said. We were going to trash the place. we are 4 seniors. And would never think of doing anything like that.Are dealings with him. Was not a pleasant experience.Would I stay there again? Not because the apartment wasn't okay. But he did. I believe In the description he said there were 2 bathrooms. There was really only one bathroom split into 21 had a shower tub and 2 sinks, and the other end of the apartment had the toilet. so I was looking for an apartment with 2 bathrooms because we are for Women. That to me was misrepresentation.

Good location. Easy access to transportation.

Apartment location is very good – close to Wien Hauptbahnhof train station and also pretty close to the town center. Apartment is very spacious and clean. However, the bedding could use some updating. Bare minimum for blankets and bath towels. Be prepared to buy toilet paper and paper towels. The 5th person bed (foldable futon) was very uncomfortable. Maybe a mattress pad might be helpful. Plastic covered the tables which added to the bare furnishings. Something that made us a bit uncomfortable was paying 75% of the rent in cash at the apartment. Also, you will be asked to allow pictures to be taken of your credit card and passport. We've never had to do that before. Mani met us and showed us the essentials. He gave us helpful information. Location is ideal and many stores are within a minute or two walk.
