Magic on Lanikai Beach

This is a very special place that beholds the charm of Hawaii! The house is inviting and simple but also has everything you need and more for a perfect beach getaway. I have rented many homes and this home was clean, well stocked, supplied and organized with everything you might need. From basic kitchen needs, all pots and pans were clean, to salt and pepper, cooking oils, napkins, paper towels and cleaning supplies, the home has it all. The bathrooms also supplied quality toiletries you would see in a hotel. They really thought of everything to make your vacation stay easy. and we would definitely stay here again. Oh and did I mention the most beautiful beach this home is perched on! It is paradise!

Best place to stay on Oahu

The house itself is a gem. Old Hawaii at its best. It is well appointed, so homey and fun. I’ve been to this area many times and rented a number of beachfront properties. This tops them all.

Love this little gem

Second visit to Hale Lanikai and loved it just as much as the first visit. We were on the island for a wedding in Ko Olina but stayed at Hale Lanikai because we enjoy it so much. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is thoroughly stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, and the view is the finest I’ve seen. My Mom and sister joined us and fell in love with this property.Can’t wait for my third visit.

Breathtaking views!

This is our 2nd time staying at this house and it was just as if not more amazing this time around! The views are endless and absolutely breathtaking and the home had everything we needed so we didnt have to leave much and could just enjoy our stay at the house. Thank you@

Paradise

Amazing location on Lanikai Beach! Hale Lanikai was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked including many spices, and everything for cooking meals. The views were absolutely breathtaking! Hands down the BEST rental home we have ever stayed in! We were all very happy with the experience and hope to return one day!

Best of the best!

Pristine cleanliness throughout the house - and smelled clean too - no cover up with plug ins. Every inch of the house looked as if it had recently been painted. The view is stunning and we found ourselves completely content to spend a lot of our time here. The design of the house is so perfect for a group/family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and has ample space as well as an air condition unit. The common spaces were excellent and took full advantage of the stunning view with large windows. While these spaces did not have air condition - you absolutely did not need it as the placement of the windows with the louvered windows provided a constant cool breeze. The furniture, both indoors and out was so comfortable and we loved the multiple seating areas on the back patio, front porch, front yard, living room and dining room. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with every item you may have needed. We were a family group and cooked almost every meal in. The hosts must have incredible hospitality skills as they even provided sound machines in each bedroom to drown out the mysterious protected birds that nest nearby and have "concerts" early in the morning. Along with the cotton balls they provide - this light sleeper never was bothered by them. The property is in an excellent neighborhood location with lovely walking capability near Kailua Park. After staying here for a week, we may be spoiled forever!

Hale Lanikai is perfection

We normally stay in hotels when we travel, but we had six people this time, and wanted the ability to cook and really spend quality family time together on this vacation. I pored over listings, all over Hawaii and Mexico, and I was so nervous about making the right choice. Let me just say, Hale Lanikai is the best choice I ever could have made. The house is absolutely adorable. There is plenty of yard space for bocce ball and yard games, you can use the front yard under the shade trees, or you can use the beachfront “back” yard. The gate goes straight down to the tip of Lanikai beach which makes it almost like your own private beach because people don’t camp out right in front of the house. Everything has been updated, they have absolutely everything you could need or want. So many towels, lotions and shampoos, great bedding. They have beach toys and everything you need to cook meals. The AC was plenty to keep us cool in the bedrooms, and the ocean breezes were fine to keep us cool in the other parts of the home. I’m already trying to figure out when we can go back because I just wasn’t ready to leave. We barbecued and played in the sand. We rented mopeds to keep at the house for the week so that we could ride around the adorable little area of Kailua and Lanikai. We kept a paddleboard at the house and kayaked out to the Mokes right off the back porch. I highly recommend this home. I cannot wait to return to it as soon as possible!

Can I give ten stars?!?

I cannot say enough good about our experience at Hale Lanikai. From the incredibly easy booking process, to the seamless check-in experience, and the absolutely luxurious stay, this vacation was a dream. We have stayed at many short term rental properties over the years and never have we been as surprised as we were at the level of luxury provided. Every amenity and convenience was anticipated and provided. The setting could not be more beautiful and the neighborhood very quiet. We would absolutely recommend this property or any of Hawaiian Villa Rentals properties, even site unseen. I have no doubt that they would be just as good an experience. Thank you for an incredible experience!

The house was everything we could have hoped for and well worth the expense. The view was unbelievable, the yard was so well maintained and usable, the house was basically brand new and so well decorated. The layout was great for a large family. Every convenience you could have ever needed was there for you, be it kitchen, beach or extra towels and linens. They thought about ALL the details to make this an easy and relaxing vacation. Property management was super responsive to any need. Five stars!

Paradise!

This house is absolute heaven and we never wanted to leave. The location is ideal, the house is light, airy, and well appointed, every need is anticipated and the property managers are communicative and on top of things. The living area and kitchen are actually bigger than they look in the pictures. I really appreciated that every room had a white noise machine and the bathrooms were stocked with lovely soaps and anything else you could need. The one issue we had with the dish washer was addressed promptly. Can’t say enough good things. We can’t wait to come back!

A little piece of heaven

We stayed at Hale Lanikai for twelve days during the holidays. Pictures don't do it justice. This home is truly a piece of heaven, literally located on the beach. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need, beautiful linens and towels on the beds and bathrooms. Centrally located washer and dryer. Beautiful yard, two space car parking, kayak rental just down the road, great restaurant's just down the road in the sweet town of Kailua. We have stayed at most of the 5 star hotels on the islands, and this was hands down a better experience. Rental agency was great to work with and checked in mid stay. We will definitely return. As good as it gets.

Fantastic spot. This truly is a 5/5 star rental. Step off the backyard grass into the soft white sands of lanikai beach then into the warm ocean daily. The home is comfortable with everything you need and more. The guest cabin gave us “our own space and privacy” away from our children at night for us and them, making the entire trip that much more special. Well appointed with soft bedding and towels cannot say enough positive about this place. With restaurants and shopping close by this is a great way to unwind in Hawaii. Hale Lanikai is truly a magical stay.

Perfect in Every Way

Brought my family (with parent and in-laws) to Hawaii and we were thrilled to have found this amazing home. The location is perfectly situated with beach access and the views were unparalleled. Even relaxing in the front lawn you felt you were at the beach with the waves rolling in just a few feet away. Lanikai is the best beach we’ve been at. And the hole itself is fantastic — recently undated with everything you need to feel like you’re at home yourself. The yard is great for relaxing or watching the kids run around to play. Even communication with the property manager felt white glove — absolutely the best. Don’t hesitate to book this stellar property.

Absolutely perfect!

Hale Lanikai is an exceptionally beautiful and special place. A Darling home right on the beach to enjoy every water sport imaginable or just gaze out and enjoy from the deck and beachfront lawn. Calm turquoise waters. Beautifully appointed bedrooms and modern bathrooms. 2 large lawns and multiple seating areas. And wonderful accommodating managers and owners. I can go on and on but suffice to say that Hale Lanikai is a blessing, and will be a beautiful memory, to all who stay here.

Incredible Location, Beautiful House, Lifelong Memories!

Hale Lanikai was an unbelievably perfect way to spend the week. Stepping out onto the lanai each morning with a coffee cup in hand, we were greeted by warm breezes & turquoise and cobalt waters. As much fun as we had with various activities all around Oahu, it always was so tempting to just stay at the house--the view was magnificent! The surf on this beach is very calm, so it's just perfect for hanging out and enjoying. The house itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. My mother-in-law was with us, and loved the privacy afforded by the separate cottage. The property management company was exceptionally helpful and easy to work with, and checked in on us a couple of times throughout our stay, just to make sure we were doing ok. We've been fortunate to travel a fair bit as a family, and without question, this trip to Oahu ranks amongst the best vacations we've ever had, due in no small part to this house and the incredible natural beauty that awaits from the lanai! The photos in the listing do not lie--it really is that incredible!

Slice of paradise!

Our family of 7 thoroughly were in awe of this property. Perfect set up with my in-laws in the cottage and the rest of us in the main house. The updated home was beautiful...well stocked in every way including bathroom with all the essentials! Let's talk about the view...unmatched! Right on the crystal clear water and beach. We all enjoyed sitting on the back lawn and having cocktails as the sun set! The pictures do not do it justice. We will be back!
