Location and Design - Newly renovated by the owners, Interior Designer & Architect, 5 min from Butternut Ski mountain and 20 min from Catamount and 15 min from the vibrant town of Great Barrington, the house is on Lake Garfield, and 5 min walk from a sandy white beach (Public) with the perfect setting to keep all 12-14 guests comfortable and relaxed. The house impeccable serene design will elevate your vacation experience. The space is flooded with natural light from its windows and skylights (With lake view, and 5 min walk to Lake Garfield private white sand beach and access to variety of activities the Berkshires has to offer and the proximity to the town of Great Barrington- your time will be full with excellent choices. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. 5 Bedrooms, 4 full Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with 2 oversized smart TV’s, 2 washing and 2 dryer machines, all quipped Chef Kitchen, Dining Room and Front & Rear Decks. The beautiful property includes a Front and Rear yards with outdoor Hot Tub & Solo smokeless Fire pit. Topped by easy walk to lake Garfield white sandy white beach, boat launch access, picnic tables and lifeguard. Our guests are welcome to use our Kayak & puddle board that are stored by the the public beach during the season. Access to the lake is ONLY through the Public Beach, located 5 min. walking distance from the house.

The house is just a short walking distance to a lake access and during the spring & summer seasons you can enjoy it all in Lake Garfield: Swim, Picnic, Fish and Kayaks.
Our lake house has 2 Living Rooms which allows for different age groups to gather around different activities. The 5! bedrooms are private and offer a lot of natural light. With 4! full bathrooms, it offers everyone the comfort and privacy needed. (2 bedrooms out of the 5 are primary bedrooms with their own private full bathroom).
The Hot Tub and Fire Pit offers additional outdoor fun activities.
please note - Our home has only 4 parking spaces in our drive way.
