"AL TORTELLINO" offers an easy connection to reach any point of the city: a bus stop is about 20 meters away, another one at 40 meters; pizzerias and trattorias, ice cream parlors, bars, fast-food, pharmacies, a laundry, are just around the corner.

"AL TORTELLINO" is on the third floor (with elevator), there are two balconies (one overlooks an internal courtyard, the other is in the front of the building with the park to its right); in its 70 m2 it can accommodate up to 5 people: two large bedrooms (one with two single beds (which can become a double) the other with three beds - all can be joined to form a double), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen and the adjoining living room and a corridor.

Other important features are a stove / oven, a microwave, a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, an iron, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a safe, air conditioning, fast internet connection with WIFI provided at no additional cost. All sockets are international style. The kitchen is also equipped with all possible kitchen utensils (to allow you to cook comfortably).

Sheets and towels and everything you need to make you feel at home are provided upon your arrival; the bed frames are new, firm and orthopedic with new high quality mattresses.

The necessary will be provided for the moment of your arrival for the first day, but right next to the apartment there are two supermarkets where you can buy what you want for your stay.

"AL TORTELLINO" è ciò che stai cercando se desideri trascorrere un po 'di tempo a Bologna, importante centro culturale, divertente, artistico e gastronomico italiano. L'appartamento è ristrutturato, arredato, pulito, luminoso; è tranquillo: è situato tra un bel parco verde e molto vicino al centro città e alla stazione ferroviaria (entrambi a a pochi metri) e molto vicino al quartiere fieristico (meno di 100 m).

Situato in una posizione strategica perfetta a Bologna, consiglio questo appartamento per tutte le grandi opportunità che può offrire in una zona così ben servita. Ad esempio un centro commerciale a pochi passi, banche /bancomat , ristoranti, altri negozi.

"AL TORTELLINO" offre un facile collegamento per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città: una fermata dell'autobus è a circa 20 metri di distanza, un'altra a 40 metri; pizzerie e trattorie, gelaterie, bar, fast-food, farmacie, una lavanderia, sono proprio dietro l'angolo.
L'appartamento è stato arredato con mobili nuovi con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli, il risultato è un'atmosfera molto piacevole e accogliente per farvi sentire come a casa.

"AL TORTELLINO" è al terzo piano (con ascensore), ci sono due balconi (uno dà su un cortile interno, l'altro è nella parte anteriore dell'edificio con il parco alla sua destra); nella sua 70 m2 può ospitare fino a 5 persone: due grandi camere da letto (una con due letti singoli (che può diventare matrimoniale) l'altra con tre letti - tutti possono essere uniti per formare un doppio), un bagno con doccia, una cucina e il soggiorno annesso e un corridoio.

Altre caratteristiche importanti sono un piano cottura / forno, un forno a microonde, un frigorifero / congelatore, una lavastoviglie, un ferro da stiro, una lavatrice, un asciugacapelli, una cassaforte, aria condizionata, connessione internet veloce con WIFI fornita senza costi aggiuntivi. Tutte le prese sono in stile internazionale. La cucina è inoltre dotata di tutti i possibili utensili da cucina (per consentirvi di cucinare comodamente).

Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani e tutto il necessario per farvi sentire a casa sono forniti al vostro arrivo; le strutture dei letti sono nuove, rigide e ortopediche con nuovi materassi di alta qualità.

Verrà fornito il necessario per il momento del vostro arrivo per il primo giorno, ma proprio vicino all'appartamento ci sono due supermercati dove poter acquistare quello che desiderate per il vostro soggiorno.
