Numerous local activities, museums, archeological sites, art and music. 1 hour to Siena, 1.5 to Pisa and Florence, 40 minutes to beaches of Follonica, 15 minutes to Massa MarittimaHouse access on 1st floor only:
House includes bathroom, kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
Garage at ground floor for laundry and storing sporting items (this applies to long term guests only)
short term guests have access to 1st floor only.

#2 Azzurra Double: 1 Queen sized bed raised, 1 armoir 4 door, side table, 2 mirrors, Streetside with forest view lots of light.

#3 Terracotta Double: 1 Queen size bed low, 1 armoir (6 door), 1 dresser (4 drawer), trunk chest, darker, more private.

All Bedrooms include: sheets(+ extras), pillows, hangers, blankets.

Kitchen includes: dish soap, sponges, dishes, glasses, cutting boards, cutlery, pots, pans, paper towels, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar.

Bathroom includes: towels, soap,shampoo,
conditioner, intimate cleanser,razors, Q-tips, cotton pads, toilet paper, first-aid kit, baby wipes.

House Rules:
-Entrance gate is to be left open at all times
-Kitchen window is to be left open at all times
-NO SMOKING in the house
-Gas should be turned on then off after each use(valve on left hand side fridge)
*There is a fire extinguisher next to the fridgerator for emergencies
