Il monolocale, con ingresso indipendente, si trova al quarto piano di uno splendido edificio, con ascensore, nel cuore del vivace quartiere Monti. Nell'appartamento monolocale ci sono un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto matrimoniale, un armadio, una consolle, piccoli armadietti, un mini frigorifero e un bollitore elettrico.
Il bagno è dotato di lavabo, wc, bidet, doccia, asciugacapelli.
La sala è dotata di impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento Daikin, rete ethernet in fibra ottica a 100 Mbps, Wi-Fi, televisione satellitare. Dal balcone con un tavolino e due sedie, che si affaccia verso il Campidoglio, si possono ammirare splendidi tramonti sulla città vecchia.
In studio c'è anche un telefono fisso per ricevere chiamate da tutto il mondo e per chiamate gratuite verso il telefono fisso e il cellulare degli host.

Perfect!

Conveniently located down the street from the Metro and the Colosseum, this studio apartment was clean, modern, and secure. The host was very responsive and helpful. Cute balcony and beautiful artwork on the walls. A great find!

Beautiful studio near Colosseum

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this quaint studio apartment a stone’s throw from the colosseum. The apartment was clean and modern, bed was comfy, and balcony view made morning coffee a favorite part of our day. Restaurants, markets, and the colosseum were 2-3 minutes walking distance and made for a great location to explore Rome.

Fabulous location close to the Colosseum

We had a great stay right near the Colosseum. Perfect location! Many restaurants and shops within a block of the location. The space was very clean and quiet. The owner was flexible for check in and immediately available. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Rome with a view

The location was excellent… we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night with a glass of wine after a long day of touring. Although small, this property had everything we needed.

You walk out the door, and you see the colosseum! Cute place, balcony, several restaurants less than a 2 minute walk. 3 minutes walk to colosseo metro stop. Owners very responsive. Just bring some cash to pay the local tax. Would stay there again.

Location, Location, Location

The studio met our needs while visiting Rome for four days. It was clean and the shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable! The best part though, was stepping out the front door and seeing the colosseum just 400 feet away. The views from the terrace was also nice!

Guest place for a short stay

We had an excellent trip! Alberto is very helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is cute, safe, and has lots of great options for eating, drinks, desserts. <5 min walk to the colosseum

Excellent stay

A neat comfortable room with a lovely little balcony. The location is great, with the Coliseum so very close. The owner was friendly and everything was very clean. My open suggestion would be that "studio" implies that there is some kind of kitchen, which there is not, Otherwise , a lovely place I will certainly recommend to friends.

Colosseum Wonder!

We had a lovely stay during our time in Rome. Apartment is on a quiet street just steps from the colosseum. We appreciated the elevator, small balcony, and nice amenities like the nespresso and having an iron available. The host was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating!

Great spot very close to Colosseum

It's a small studio, but for the 1 night we needed before our cruise it fit us perfectly. It's about 1 block from the Colosseum and a very nice cafe on the corner for breakfast. There's a good basement restaurant 1 block in the opposite direction, so very convenient. It was also very quiet, for being so close to a tourist area. The only hard part was hauling our suitcases up and down the short flight of stairs to/from the elevator, but that was pretty minor all things considered. We'd definitely stay here again (hopefully with less luggage! :)

Lovely Apartment

My wife and I stayed in Alberto's apartment for a short stint during our Honeymoon. The apartment is small, but we weren't anticipating spending a lot of time in doors. It has a comfortable sized bathroom, and a wonderful terrace with views of the Forum. Which my wife and I routinely spent our evenings before dinner drinking a glass of wine. It is located just steps away from the Colosseum, and taxis are readily available nearby. The street has some nice mom and pop restaurants, but we took taxi's into the city for dinner. Alberto's son checked us into the apartment. The elevator was not working, so we walked about five flights of stairs. Much needed after our big lunches. Do not be alarmed when he asks for a photo of your passport, it is Italian law. I would recommend this apartment to couples who are looking for a comfortable place to stay for a weekend, and do not expect to spend a lot of time in the apartment.

This is a fabulous little apartment on a very quiet street right near the colosseum. Very close to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable place to return to after a tiring day of sightseeing.

Beautiful Studio in great location!

We enjoyed our late September stay in this delightful studio apartment, located a short walk to the Colosseum and the Forum. The apartment was well appointed and quiet, and everything you need for a good rest after a day of touring and sightseeing. There are some lovely, small restaurants a very short distance away, too, which is perfect for getting a good dinner (and wine) after a long day. Alberto was very friendly and easy to work with and check in was a snap--he even set us up with a Firestick for Netflix streaming! We highly recommend this place!

The Studio Apartment is located only 200 meters from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum and has a beautiful view over the Vittoriano, the Roman Forum and the Capitol. It is located in a quiet area of Monti, one of Rome's most beautiful neighborhoods. The Studio Apartment is perfect for walking around the city centre and it's also very close to the metro station "Colosseo".
