I had a nice stay

I had five days in Los Angeles and picked this spot primarily for proximity to a work function and was glad I did. I wish I'd had the time to enjoy the pool area. A really lovely spot.

A Nice Little Place

Amazing stay!

We had the most relaxed, wonderful time here!!! It is easy to tell this property is loved and well cared for. You can see the vision the owner has, to promote relaxation and enjoyment in your time there. We will absolutely come back next time we are out here!

Sweet spot!

This lovely little pad was perfect for a quick weekend getaway in Eagle Rock. Very well equipped with all the amenities - coffee, water, snacks, bath products, robe, and then some! The snacks really helped as I didn’t have a car, so they saved me some trips! The host was very easy to communicate with and I’d def recommend staying here.

Perfect stay

Judy’s place worked out great for me as my son and family live in the neighborhood. The place was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Many thoughtful amenities were provided. The bed was very comfortable. Hot tub is listed as an amenity but was not available during my stay. The washer and dryer were much appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

The perfect hideaway in Eagle Rock

This is a great spot in the perfect location as a home base for visiting Oxy, Pasadena and Glendale. Cute, comfortable space with every amenity (snacks, toiletries, pool gear) that you could want. The host is extremely responsive and helpful. We have stayed here three times so far and it is our go-to for visiting our kid at Oxy.

Amazing host, amazing location!

We live locally in LA but in the Hollywood area, and got married in Eagle Rock. This was a perfect little getaway for our weekend a little further east (we’re also hoping to move nearby potentially!) and we couldn’t get enough of the neighborhood! Super cute room and probably the best bathroom of all time. The soundproofing was sometimes a little noisy and we were self conscious about playing movies or music loudly or talking late and early, but for real; the space itself was great and communication was easy and so friendly!

Nice little getaway

This basement suite was perfect for me and my partner as we explored the area! The host paid great attention to detail, providing all the essentials and going as far as to label everything too! Would stay again!

Nice Alternative to Area Motels

It was a nice room, just as described. There is a lot of outdoor space for sitting, eating and relaxing.There are a bunch of steps to get to the unit, so keep that in mind. We had a car and there was ample street parking.

No privacy

Listing is false! The title reads serene home. 100% not true. You could hear EVERYTHING going on in the house, which means they could hear EVERYTHING going on in your room. The property owner is hard to get a hold of, so if you have an issue or concern, plan on no resolution for at least 12 hours. The pool is not private as there was someone in the pool area when we arrived. The parking is horrible, plan on walking far to get to the property. The bedding was dirty and strained and the chairs are filthy. There is a door leading to the main house from your room which is very uncomfortable as we felt unsafe. There is NO peace and quiet and DEFINITELY NO PRIVACY! If I could give it less than 1 star, I'd give it a ZERO.

Charming little place with beautiful surroundings, easy to get to and access to good restaurants. Pool was refreshing. Overall, highly recommended!

Excited to share that this is an excellent spot to stay if a couple is planning a trip to Los Angeles - centrally located if you are visiting Pasadena, the San Gabriel Mountains, or Downtown. Very comfortable spot - thanks for a great stay

Best VRBO in Eagle Rock!

This is a great property! Beautiful house in a great location, convenient for Occidental, Glendale and Pasadena. Very comfy and Judy has every amenity you could want.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay filled with thoughtful details in our suite. Property was clean, decorated with a beach theme, tucked away, and private. Would stay again in a heartbeat when the opportunity to visit LA comes again.

Great place!

A lovely place to stay! Even though we didn't have time to use the pool, it was beautiful! The house was in a great location not too far from LA. It was a really great place to stay for a few days in LA to see the sights!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

This property is very centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and the Greater Los Angeles area. You can get to Hollywood in 20 minutes, and the San Fernando Valley in less than 30. Burbank airport is only 20 minutes away and LAX is 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I'm near the MTA Gold Line, Southwest Museum station where you can buy a day pass for only $7.00 and go just about anywhere in this city in a day. I'm half a block from the Glendale freeway which you don't hear at all. Additionally it's very quiet here as I'm up in the hills. It feels like the country when you're here, but in minutes you can get to most any of Los Angeles' hot spots.

Beautiful landscape with a terraced private pool and an outdoor poolside eating area and chaise lounges. A large covered patio looks out over the pool with a seating area. A front deck looking out into the hills with another outdoor seating area. The master suite has a separate entrance off of the garage where you can park your car. The en suite bathroom has a large jetted tub, large separate shower, towel warmer, built in hair dryer, coffee/tea bar and two bath robes. The property features 3 picturesque outdoor seating areas: one on the front deck, looking out into the hills, one poolside and another in the large covered patio looking out to the pool.
