Villa Nautica si trova sulla bellissima spiaggia di Mirador San Jose, a 60 km a sud della città portuale di Manta ea pochi minuti a nord del Parco Nazionale Machalilla. Con chilometri di spiaggia spettacolare, Mirador San Jose si trova direttamente di fronte a Isla de la Plata, spesso chiamato "mini Galapagos", uno dei tanti punti di interesse del Parco Nazionale Machalilla.

Villa Nautica è un lussuoso duplex fronte mare di due camere da letto. L'intero piano principale, così come la piscina e il patio è parte di Villa Nautica e solo accessibile agli affittuari di Villa Nautica. Oceanview dalla camera matrimoniale e dal salotto. Quando si distende nella piscina a sfioro (in costruzione), ti senti proprio come se foste nell'Oceano Pacifico.

The -Homeowners/Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. -Keep the property and all furnishings in good order -Only use appliances for their intended uses -Pets are NOT permitted HOUSEKEEPING -Daily maid service is not provided. WATER AND SEWAGE -The unit is on a well and biodigestor systems. DO NOT FLUSH regular toilet paper or feminine products at any time. Only biodegradable toilet paper (provided) can be flushed. If it is found that products have been flushed, you could be charged damages of up to $400.00USD. ACCEPTABLE NOISE LEVEL -The Residents, defined as the owners, their invited quests and tenants agree not to cause or allow any noise or activity on the premises which might disturb the peace and quiet of another RESIDENT and/or neighbour; this restriction includes noise from electronic devices such as radios or music players -The Resident is responsible for adhering to Villa Nautica's quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 8 AM, 7 days a week. USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA -The swimming pool and pool area is for the exclusive use of the renters of Villa Nautica. -There is limit of a maximum of 6 guests/visitors in the pool and pool area at any given time. The pool may be used from 8am until 10pm, 7 days a week.Children are not permitted in pool or pool area at any time without adult supervision. There is no life guard and all guest use the pool and common area at own risk. -Towels and/or linens are not to be taken outside the units' vincinity. Bath towels and Pool towels are available, however; Beach towels are not provided. -Upon checkout, all soiled linens are to be brought to the laundry room, dishes cleaned and put away and garbage disposed of in the designated bins on the site.

Une magnifique vue sur la mer

Notre séjour à la villa Nautica a été un pur plaisir. Sa localisation sur le site est parfaite. Les installations sont complètes et de bon goût.

Perfectly well located condo!

Villa Nautica beachfront condo is very well maintained and fully furnished. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Wonderful Getaway

Seems like we were the first people to ever stay at the property. Overall it was a great stay and the property and condo are wonderful. The master bedroom has a terrific ocean view and opens right to the outdoor deck. The other bedroom, which we didn't use, would not be as nice and would have no view, apart from out the front door, which is basically a view to the development which is under construction. That view would be a dry and barren landscape, dotted with homes being built. Since we were the first to stay there, upon our arrival, the stove was not even connected yet, but the person was able to find the piece relatively quickly and put it into place for it to work. The internet also was not available during our stay but again that may be just a question of time. The outdoor pool, a small infinity pool overlooking the ocean was also not ready yet (as was clearly stated in the description) and having the workers there working on it the last morning was a bit inconvenient, but again once it is ready it should just add to the overall charm and beauty. The place was actually much bigger than the pictures we saw which was a nice surprise. There is no direct access to the beach from the condo, but rather you have to walk about 3 minutes down the street and then down some stairs to access the beach. A car seems to be a must as the nearest town would be Puerto Cayo and the one convenience store near the entrance is limited in its options. There is really very little else nearby. We brought our own coffee, but were disappointed to learn that the machine in the condo limits the type of coffee you can put in there. Just an fyi for you coffee lovers. Overall though a great stay and we would stay again. Over time, it will be interesting to see how developed the development becomes and if that starts to feel crowded or not. For now, there are very few people there and you have the beach pretty much to yourself.
