Situata su una collina all'interno del parco naturale di Berignone, domina la Val di Cecina, le città di Volterra e Pomarance, le Colline Metallifere e Larderello, con i vapori geotermici visibili.

Villanovia è fuori dai sentieri battuti e vale la pena percorrere i 4 km di strada sterrata che vi porteranno alla nostra casa di campagna, rilassata e lontana da tutto.

Soggiornare nella nostra struttura vi offrirà una vista a 360° sulla Toscana incontaminata, sulla sua storia e sulle sue colline. E voi e la vostra famiglia vi sentirete come a casa!

La casa dispone di oltre 20 posti letto (sono disponibili letti aggiuntivi/futon e + 3 culle) in camere ampie e confortevoli o in accoglienti appartamenti dotati di angolo cottura privato.

L'ingresso al piano terra del XVI secolo (tutto in pietra) è la parte più antica della casa. Qui si trova un'area divani con TV satellitare e scale interne che portano al piano superiore dove si trovano 6 alloggi, oltre a una terrazza con vista su Volterra.

Perfettamente posizionato per una vacanza in totale relax, offre allo stesso tempo brevi spostamenti verso le città di Volterra (9Km), Pisa, Siena (circa 60Km ciascuna), San Gimignano e Firenze, oltre alle spiagge della Costa degli Etruschi (45Km). La proprietà è completata da un'ampia cucina e da un imponente soggiorno di 170 mq con archi in mattoni originali.

La piscina panoramica è di 5x12, recintata per la sicurezza dei bambini.

Perfect location for family holidays

We (12 adults and 1 child) had perfect holidays in this spacious house. We enjoyed the roomy and well equipped kitchen, the pool and the hot tub as well as the ample possibilities to eat inside or outside of the house. The owners gave us nice tips for restaurants around the location. A highlight was the vegetarian buffet we ordered for the last evening - we all could barely walk so much did we eat. We highly recommend this location, it is quiet, well maintained and staff and owner are very friendly. K

We all loved it. It has so many different areas to gather. A large well equipped clean kitchen. We all took turns cooking. Large bedroom's with beautiful views . The house was just a blessing to all of us. Quite ( except for us) beautiful views, lovely pool and hot tub. We will remember this vacation forever. Thank you Marco and Laura.

Very beautiful and comfortable house

We had an amazing week in this house, we were 6 families together. All inside and outside was very appreciated. The view on the Tuscany is splendid. We can recommend you to order a pizza party. That was really delicious !

Great stay!

We had a very nice stay at Villanovia. The house offers everything what you need: lots of space for a big group, a pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, fusball/kicker, lots of different sitting areas, … Every room has their own bathroom. We can recommend to have the pizze cook come over - great experience! Delicious! Volterra is about a half hour drive away. We can recommend this place!

A great sunny family week in an amazing place

We spent a splendid week in VIllanovia Estate. The location is breathtaking. Chilling next to the swimming pool, discovering the natural reserve and visiting the beautiful cities in the neighborhood. Spacious house in nature

The place is in the middle of a huge green area, ideal for those who want peace and quiet location. We were in group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities.

Panoramic Villa with breathtaking views

This property is in free heart of rural countryside and as it states, the last few miles are a dirt track. However, the property and views are worth it. Superbly equipped kitchen , lots of seating areas to appreciate the views . Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Only 35 mins to Volterra. Recommend a car with good tyres.

Breathtaking countryside location

We were a group of 12 women and found Villanovia to be the perfect place. Some of our favorite things about Villanovia *panoramic views from all sides of the property *multple ourdoor seating areas, both for relaxing & dining/games *each bedroom/apartment has its own bathroom We had the villa chef, Mama Toscano, prepare 2 meals (pizza & Lasagna) and did a ravioli pasta making class. We loved the food and the cooking experience. We do not speak Italian so had a use google translate when needed, but it all went very smoothly. Before i booked the villa i had read other reviews about the road getting to the villa. It is a gravel road that is pretty rough/bumpy in places but we had no issues driving our cars on these roads. Just slow down, take your time and enjoy the amazing views. I would definitely return to Villanovia!

Wonderful property!

While the house is located far out in the Tuscan country side down a gravel road (closest small town is 15 away), it's location within Tuscany is unbeatable - 90 min from Florence, 25 min from Volterra - and Siena, San Gimingnano, Pisa/Lucca, wineries, beaches in between. The location is so peaceful and beautiful - bring bug spray for the mosquitos! A small price to pay for the views. Laura and Marco were very responsive and helpful. The place was spotless. Consuela and her family (Dominque is so sweet!) were AMAZING cooks - I would recommend doing the chef meals. One item of note - the 3 downstairs suites (Carraia, Mugnaia, and Volterrana) are only accessible from outside the villa - which is fine, we just didn't expect that. And Carraia does not have it's own kitchen, but it right next to a door to the house. Each room having it's own bathroom was a huge plus for our large group. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The PERFECT Getaway!

My wife and I found and booked this house for our family and friends to join us for a celebration, and not one part of our experience was disappointing. We showed up late Friday night after a longer day of travel than expected, and we had people at the house waiting for us. They were very gracious and kind and I was communicated with the entire way. I was given a tour of the house and grounds and then we settled in. The house itself is huge and absolutely gorgeous. It’s a picturesque home with plenty of room and amenities. The following morning we got to see the unbelievable views surrounding the house and were shocked with the beauty. We had booked a dinner in house with the owners (which was an added cost) and it was such a great experience. The team that cooked was perfect and made us an amazing meal for our celebration. As for location we had a lot of options. There was a full grocery store about 25 minutes away in Volterra. Volterra also has a lot of shopping restaurants, and options. We drove to Cecina to the beach in about an hour, and up to Pisa in about 100 minutes. Florence is also only 90 minutes away. Overall, our entire experience was amazing. The owners communicated and answered all questions and gave us everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We were so happy with the entire experience and would definitely come back here. Grazie mille!!

Simply wonderful

The villa and the surroundings were beautiful. We were three families and there was plenty to do for everyone. A swimming pool with a beautiful view, table tennis, football table and a jaquzzi. The drive to the villa was beautiful despite the 4.5km dirt road. It was well worth it. Reception by a very friendly manager, who was also the chef, went well. (despite the language barrier). She cooked for us one evening which was really delicious and another evening she brought food. Highly recommended!!! The house and all the room were beautiful. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom. The large common area was lovely, as was the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Contact with the owner was very good via Whatsapp and they were very helpful. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house and the beautiful view. Thanks Laura and maybe see you in the future.

Never-ending views and birds singing.

Celebrated a big birthday with my family members and friends at Villanovia. We were a total of 24 ranging in age from 6 to 74 spending 11 fabulous days in perfect peace and harmony. The house lends itself to big groups and felt in fact empty when we were only 18 the last couple of days. Situated at the end of a scenic "driveway" (was technically not our driveway but felt like it) the house perch, like many Tuscan structures do, on a hill with 360 degree views with not a man-made sound to be heard, utter bliss to a city dweller. The house itself is kept in impeccable condition and is fully equipped. The owner was in the area for work the first 4 days and stayed at their separate house on the property. He was very helpful, friendly and full of information about the area. I would definately go back and my brother and his family is already planning on returning next summer. Camilla

Ist eine Empfehlung wert – Teil 1

Wir waren 17 Erwachsene und 10 Kinder (1-10 Jahre alt), Familien und Single, ging für uns sehr gut auf mit der Zimmereinteilung. Für eine bessere Übersicht der Zimmer, haben mir die Vermieter einen übersichtsplan als PDF zukommen lassen. Lage: Das Anwesen ist mit einer Fahrt von ca. 15min Schotter-/Feldweg nicht ganz so komfortabel zu erreichen, was aber auch ein kleines Abenteuer sein kann. Hohe Bodenfreiheit ist von Vorteil, ein Tesla Modell 3 hats aber auch geschafft (kratzte jedoch schon mal am Unterboden). Zur Belohnung gibt es dafür dann eine Fantastische Aussicht von dem Anwesen. Umgebung: Die ist Top, gut gepflegt, Rassen geschnitten, Pool sauber. Diverse Rückzugsorte, da sollte jeder seine Ruhe finden, auch mit 10 Kinder. Anwesen ist grosszügig eingezäunt, unteranderem wegen Wildtieren. Joggen kann zur Tortur werden, sobald du schwitzt und über den Schotterweg läufst, begrüssen dich die Brämen. Also besser lassen und im Pool ein paar Bahnen ziehen. Auch begrüssten uns Täglich die Wespen, sobald was Feines draussen auf dem Tisch stand. Die Bienen hingegen, waren meist nur um den Pool herum um Wasser zu trinken. Den einen und anderen Stich mussten wir hinnehmen, im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir aber wenig Probleme mit den Insekten. Alternativ kann auch drinnen gegessen werden.

Semaine entre amis dans un environnement magnifique

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un lieu magique! La maison est entourée d'un paysage splendide à 360°. Pas un bruit à part celui de la nature. Du coup, le chemin pour y arriver est assez cabossé et il vaut mieux bien prévoir ses courses avant d'y arriver. Mais c'est le prix à payer pour cet environnement hors du commun. Nous avons également profité du service à domicile de menu et de pizzas. C'était délicieux et les cuisinières étaient très gentilles. La maison est très bien équipée et bien adaptée à un grand groupe. Je recommande!

Ein wunderbares Hideaway in der Toskana

Wir waren als Freundesgruppe (Erwachsene, Kinder im Kindergartenalter sowie Kleinkinder) gemeinsam eine Woche in oben genannten Anwesen und fühlten uns sehr wohl! Die Anfahrt ist sehr gut ausgeschildert, aber führt über eine enge Kiesstraße mit vielen Schlaglöchern. Diesem Umstand sollte man sich bewusst sein und je nachdem das entsprechende Fahrzeug wählen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen unbeschreiblichen Ausblick mit sehr viel Platz - Oliven und Aprikosenbäume säumten unseren Weg. Von innen könnte das Haus eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Auch das Mobiliar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und gewinnt sicherlich keinen Interieur-Design-Preis. Unser Tipp: Unbedingt den Abendessensservice buchen! Wir haben uns jeden Abend bekochen lassen und es war einfach nur wunderbar! Die drei Damen machen Pizza und Pasta wirklich 100% selbst und geben sich unglaublich viel Mühe. Alles ist sehr liebevoll angerichtet und hat uns köstlich geschmeckt. Die Mengen sind riesig! Man kann sich von den Resten auch immer noch am Folgetag mittags gut ernähren. Ein unglaublich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit sehr viel Abwechslung! Alle am Haus waren sehr freundlich zu uns und haben uns jederzeit unterstützt. Es fühlte sich an, wie bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen - insbesondere größeren Gruppen und Familien mit Kindern.

Ett underbart hus i Toscana som ligger otroligt vackert.

Gott om utrymme för vårt sällskap på 25 personer. Vi var väldigt nöjda med lokaler och rum som hade egna badrum. Härlig pool som vi nyttjade dessa varma dagar. Första kvällen hade vi bokat deras kock som lagade pizza till oss. Det gjorde att vi kunde lägga vår tid på att packa upp och bo in oss. Gott och trevligt. Om det ska nämnas något minus så är det den krokiga och smala vägen till huset som var lite besvärlig på vissa ställen. Vi hade även önskat att det var en bättre miljö station som var närmre huset. Att det ska finnas stora sopsäckar i huset som ska användas för transport. Nu var det långt att åka för att slänga sopor. Många av oss hade gärna vara kvar några dagar till eftersom trivseln var stor.

Tuscany Vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. It is just like the pictures in the VRBO. We had a large group of friends and it was very comfortable with rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The scenery around the villa was very stunning and amazing sunrises and sunsets to watch. I highly recommend this as a getaway.

Fantastiskt hus och utsikt i alla väderstreck

Underbart hus med plats för alla med egna krypin med eget badrum. Vi var varierat antal under veckan och som flest 25 st och vi kände alla att det fanns gott om utrymme. Olika uteplatser att äta runt om huset där man kan välja utifrån solen eller vinden. Vi hyrde deras huskock en kväll som gjorde en fantastisk 4 rätters middag till ett rimligt pris. Utsikten är verkligen magisk och ägarna supertrevliga och diskreta. Så nöjda.

Séjour grandiose

Magnifique endroit idéalement placé au cœur des collines toscanes. C’est paradisiaque et le propriétaire est gentil et discret. Bémol: le chemin d’accès, long de 7km, est très cabossé et oblige de rouler à 20km/h, rendant les allers et venues compliqués.

Gite exceptionnel en pleine nature

Gite très fonctionnel permettant à un large groupe de profiter pleinement de moments en commun, tout en gardant la possibilité de s'isoler grâce aux nombreuses terrasses. La vue sur les environs est exceptionnelle. Nombreuses rencontres avec des animaux sauvages lors de nos balades dans la réserve naturelle toute proche. Merci pour les excellentes pizzas et lasagnes cuisinées pour notre groupe. A recommander sans réserve.

Wunderbares Haus mitten in der Natur

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf dem Anwesen. Das Haus hat eine unglaublich schöne Lage, ist gut ausgestattet und biete viel Platz. Laura und ihr Mann sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und kümmern sich schnell um jede Anfrage. Das Catering ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. 2-3 Matratzen könnten mal wieder erneuert werden, ansonsten waren sehr zufrieden. Hoffenlich sehen wir uns bald wieder :)
