Summary:
Epic parks, award-winning golf courses, and the spa treatments behind your trip’s rest and relaxation are all within easy reach of Sweet Retreat. The home’s beautiful front patio allows you to indulge in Southern Utah’s beauty with desert views just beyond the beautiful resort landscaping.

The Space:
With an outdoor fireplace, grill, and seating, this is a space you are sure to enjoy during your visit. Other outdoor amenities include sports courts, indoor and outdoor heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and Full Gym.

Inside, the home is furnished for a successful trip with cozy couches where you can watch a movie on the 4k smart tv and a dining table with seating for 6 to share a meal together. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and other essentials for convenient meals at home or prepping food to take on the go.

This home sleeps 5 guests comfortably. The primary suite has a king size bed, 4k smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space is provided with a queen size sleeper sofa and twin foldaway bed.

Stay at one resort and play at both! Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!

THINGS TO NOTE:
Home is ADA approved.

The home has one bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Washer and dryer in unit.

3 underground parking spaces are provided. With extra spaces in the parking lot.

Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are heated and open year-round.

If you are bringing a pet - This home is pet friendly with a one-pet maximum. The pet fee is $35.00 per day (per pet). An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including; Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Feeling Lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2 hour drive.

Spring break fun

Location was great, stay was great, and the amenities were the true highlight of this stay. The multiple pools and activities made my kids want to stay forever.

Perfect spot for hiking in and around Zion

We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Retreat. It was just what we needed to come back to at the end of each day hiking to relax and recover for the next day. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs were wonderful in the afternoon/evenings to recover our legs and feet from hiking. Private, but still close enough to everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Awesome “Hurricane” Habitat!

It was a pleasure to stay in a property that obviously paid a lot of attention to detail. This unit was immaculate and well equipped from the kitchen equipment and throughout the rest of the unit. Parking (underground) was super convenient with respect to property access. The pool/spa area was elegant. The pristine Coral Canyon golf course, that we played, is literally just a few minutes away. Zion National Park is less than an hour away.

Great for 2 people

Great little place for 2 people to stay. I would have given 5 stars but the wifi was not great and it only had plastic glasses for drinking out of. No bedrooms for kids so not sure why only plastic.

Great place to stay and quite, too.

Had a great time while there. We were in town for the Huntsman games and it was nice coming "home" to a quiet condo. The owner and the rest of the staff were great and ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great time and thank you for a great place to stay. WOuld stay there again.

Great rental!!

This rental property was a great find. The condo was spacious, clean and very organized. Upon arriving there was a welcome card and treats welcoming us to our stay which was a nice touch. The condo was stocked with all basic necessities and even had comfy king blankets to use when watching a movie on the couch. The pictures are identical to the location- clean, large, updated. We visited the pool/hot tub which was clean and we had it all to ourselves. There is a small gym as well that has everything you need if you like to enjoy a workout on vacation. The location was great! We golfed at two golf courses just 15-20 minutes. There’s many restaurants around as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot !

Hurricane, lots to see

The condo was a great fit for my self and wife! Minor things, no ice or water from the ice box, flickering lite in the Kitchen!,often had to find phone reception by standing outside on the Patio☹️ Outside could have been cleaned up by the patio, lots of leaves and spider webs.-- too hot to sit anyway !!! On the whole the town was close to everything😀 We were happy that the condo we picked was really priced great

Very good place to stay

Was as advertised. Pool and hot tub were nice. The only thing that was a worry to my spouse were the occasional cockroach that was seen dead or dying on the floor. Could not get the gas grill to light. Would stay again if I was in that area, really was a 4.5 out of 5.

Comfortable Spot

We loved our quiet apartment with its range of amenities! Pool, hot tub, patio w/ a grill/fireplace and full kitchen were perfect. Decent-sized apartment with a large bathroom and closet— perfect for my husband and I.

Great little retreat

easy access, loved the two pools- kids could swim no matter what the weather was doing. Close to several hiking spots and all things in St. George. Kitchen fairly well stocked, could use a larger skillet for family meals. We loved our stay here!

Very nice condo

My family and I stayed recently. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool was heated and the gym was well stocked . The condo development was quiet and well-kept. We would rent this condo again in the future. My only suggestion is adding an electric tea pot to your already well stocked kitchen. Thank you. See you in the future.

Excellent Condo and Location

Our stay was awesome and Becky was the best! The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs, the bed was comfy, the condo was clean and the indoor parking was an extra bonus! Becky left treats for the people and fur baby and checked in with us making sure our needs were met. We’ll definitely be back!

Comfortable and Great Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. We used the gym, pool, and hot tub every day. The condo was clean and having a washer/dryer was a nice feature. Big thanks to our host, Becky, who was prompt in communication and even left us a little cake and birthday card since we were there celebrating for the weekend. Would stay there again.

Cozy, great location, and great amenities

We ran into a few issues at the start of our stay. These included the hot water running out quickly, a broken ice maker (no ice...glad we weren't there in the summer! But we love our ice and were glad they had ice trays we could fill to make our own), broken blinds in the bedroom so you couldn't open them, no local TV stations (they'd turned off the service at the property the week before, but our plans included watching bowl games), and no towels were provided for the pool. To their great credit, our host responded and solved most of these issues by the second day of our stay. And she seemed genuinely interested in knowing the issues. I assume that they've since solved the remaining items. If they have, I would increase my overall rating to 4+ stars. Else, we enjoyed the property, loved and used the gym and jacuzzi, and slept well every night! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it (and likely stay again ourselves). Thanks to the host, Becky, for being so quick to resolve the issues. What a difference a great host can make!
