L'appartamento si trova in una casa di 3 famiglia che viene in primo piano con un cortile privato che ha panchine, tavolini, grill a gas, griglia a carbone e una torre di fuoco. L'appartamento è stato totalmente rinnovato con una pavimenti in legno, piastrelle in ceramica, nuova cucina e bagni, elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè, stoviglie, bicchieri, tazze, piatti, pentole, padella. Dispone di 2 camere con un letto matrimoniale ciascuno, e un divano letto matrimoniale in soggiorno così l'appartamento può ospitare 6 persone EASY. Inoltre vi è ferro e IRONBORD DISPONIBILI, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, sapone, shampoo e balsamo, papertowels e carte servizi igienici, nonché. Ci sono tre TV all'interno della casa con i cavi di tv e internet. Il calore è fornito nel inverno e aria condizionata in estate.
Il quartiere è molto AMICHEVOLE un isolato di distanza DALLE milione di case dollaro e MILLION DOLLAR Vista di Manhattan, sicuro e vicino a centri commerciali, ristoranti, caffetterie PARCHI e campi da gioco.
LA posizione è molto vicino a New York City, il viaggio è molto facile con l'autobus, circa 15 min senza TRAFFICO, è possibile anche con TRAGHETTO lungo la scogliera che fornisce anche TRASPORTO ATTRAVERSO Manhatttan PURE. TUTTI I bus va a PORTUALE IN NYC che si trova sulla 8th Avenue e 42nd Street un isolato di distanza DAL Time Square (midtown). Il Biglietto è solo 3 dollari a senso unico. Il parcheggio è sulla strada con il necessario permesso CUI saranno forniti da ME.

Just right!

We had a great stay. Property was well suited to us. Clean and spacious, quiet at night. Did have a quirk of having one bedroom lead off the other, which wasn’t a big deal but not something we’d picked up on in listing. Location was great, away from madness for of Manhattan but easy and quick to commute in.

Great access to NYC

Great stay with quick access to Manhattan via the Port Imperial ferry. Beds were comfy and the apartment had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Great Appartement in New Jersey

Easy communication before checkin, especially for ESTA. Beautiful (but not luxury ;) ) and clean appartement in quiet area. Groceries, restaurants and bus stop to NYC close by. Beautiful vista to Manhattan skyline within walking distance.

"What's in Jersey!?! A Great Stay is in Jersey---

My 19yo sons and I stayed Thursday thru Sunday and found the property very nice and convenient for our needs.Providing a full kitchen- really nice bathroom w a great shower and --THE LIGHTED MIRROR?!?! Perfection!-- The two beds were comfy and the air mattress provided fit perfectly in the front bedroom.The location from The City and all its attractions cannot be beat for the price. The bus line is close and will take you everywhere you need to be.The ferry isn't far but we didn't get to do that this time.The neighbourhood is very nice as well- quiet and charming w several nice rest to try. We specifically went to Pio Pio for a REAL Cuban sandwich and mango milkshake and to El Rincon De Mi Quisqueya for Dominican food. Both were EXCELLENT!THANK YOU FOR OPENING YOUR HOME TO US!Joyce, William and Christopher Battle

Just what we needed

Paul was a gracious host, which we truly appreciated. He was very flexible with checking in and out, and very responsive throughout our stay. Beds were comfortable, which is a big plus since we were sleeping in them for 6 nights! It was also a nice quiet neighborhood. Location was easy to get in and out of Manhattan daily using the bus, even during this busy holiday week. We didn’t need fancy…just simple, comfortable and affordable. This place checked those boxes! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay.

Clean, warm quiet and walking distance to buses to NYC as well as grocery store, convenience store and restaurants. Host was easily available. Bathroom is wonderfully clean. Master bedroom requires walking through other bedroom to get to bath, kitchen and living room. I recommend placing a multiple hook overhang on bathroom door to hang clothing and light articles. I would definitely stay again.

Everything you need and close to city

We didn’t spend a lot of time at the property because we had a lot of plans but it was great. The owner was fantastic and communication made sure everything was good.

Perfect base for NYC trip

Fantastic neighborhood. Busses to Manhattan 5 min walk away. Perfect retreat after a day in Manhattan. Apartment is clean and with alle the comfort you need. Host helpful and replyes indstand when contacted.

Great comfortable “has it all” appartement

We loved the spacious apartment. So good to have 2 bedrooms when travelling with two adults and 2 almost grown up children. Being able to have breakfast in the garden. Easy bus connection to NY city. Very clean. Close to supermarket and restaurants. We’d stay here next time we visit NY!

Nice and comfortable

I would stay here again. Only about 20 mins from the city…accessible by bus and subway. Lots of walking though. Very economical with all the conveniences.

Nice place. Newly updated. Great host.

The place was nice inside. Newly updated bathroom and kitchen. Host was very attentive, willing to do whatever we needed to make our stay better. The location was a bit tricky to get to/from Manhattan, but we ended up taking an Uber to a nearby Starbucks and got on the bus to Manhattan from there and that worked out well. We also parked our car in a pay lot over by the Starbucks and left it there for the duration of our stay. Worked great.

Pokémon Go Fest

Quick trip to NYC for Pokémon Fest. The apartment was nice, very clean. Getting public transportation was doable. About a 9 block walk to the bus stop. (One of them). Paul was very kind and easy to reach. Great experience. Without traffic, your at time square in about 15 minutes.

Nice cosy apartment in quiet neighbourhood

We liked to stay in that apartment as it was located in beautiful quiet neighbourhood and closed enough to the bus stop where we took a bus to Manhattan. The apartment was clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet on street. The kitchen is good and has all necessary tools but dishwasher. We enjoyed to stay there.

Great location. We went onto Manhattan every day. Short walk to bus stop. Next time, we just want to stay in the neighborhood and enjoy the diversity, restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Who needs Manhattan?

Great Location

Snug little place in a great location in Jersey. If you are traveling with a small family this is a pretty good spot to land. 20 minutes or less of a walk to the ferry - which is what we used to get to NY daily. Quiet spot overall! There are restaurants, laundromat, grocery store nearby. All basic amenities are located in the apartment. Paul was an excellent communicator anytime I had a question.

I am a family-oriented person with a wife and three children.I lived and worked in NYC before moving to NJ and choose a location close to Manhattan where both me and my wife work, and to have good schools for the boys as well. So I choose Hudson County where I live now and I am very happy. The Neighborhood is very safe and friendly and there are many activities for the children as well that keep them busy.

We bought this property as an investment and I always liked the idea of short-term rental, but I had it rented out and could not work. The time one of the tenants moved out I decided to renovate and give it a try. And here I am.

The apartment is totally renovated, new furniture, new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, backyard, next to Manhattan at the half price. What more can you ask. Give it a try and you will see. One more benefit you have me available all the time.
