Casolare Natale è una bellissima casa di campagna restaurata nel borgo di Gugliano. La casa è circondata da oliveti, vigneti, alberi da frutto, boschi di castagni, ruscelli di montagna. Comunque, la vivace città di Lucca, a 15 min d'auto, offre tutto quello che si può desiderare, che sia un pasto eccellente, shopping, visite turistiche o andare in bicicletta attorno alle antiche mura durante la passeggiata al tramonto. La casa è ben posizionata per visitare Firenze e Siena, le località balneari e le bellissime regioni montuose della Garfagnana. La casa di campagna si trova in 10 acri di terreno proprio che è usato per la produzione dell'olio d'oliva. Dalla casa e dalla piscina, potrete godere di viste spettacolari della campagna circostante. C'è un giardino ben curato e una bella piscina che gode del sole durante tutto il giorno.


Casa famigliare: la proprietà è stata sensibilmente restaurata mantenendo le travi a vista in legno originali e gli antichi pavimenti in cotto. L'interno è comodo e elegante e gode di riscaldamento centralizzato, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, cucina completamente attrezzata e TV satellitare, accesso Internet a banda larga illimitato, La proprietà è superba per stare all'aperto poiché gode del sole dall'alba al tramonto. I giardini forniscono le aree perfette per rilassarsi e per i bambini per giocare.

Area locale: cuoco locale toscano disponibile su richiesta con uno chef che parla in inglese. Vicino la casa c'è un bar con pizzeria (la pizzeria, aperta sono nei fine settimana, fa le migliori pizze cote con legna di castagno) e una rosticceria a pochi passi di distanza dalla casa. La frazione di Ponte a Moriano, che si trova a 10 min di distanza in automobile, ha parecchi ristoranti, banche/ufficio postale, rosticceria con incredibili piatti pronti da asporto, bar-gelateria, caffetterie, macelleria eccellente, un mercato incredibile del pesce, verdure locali, miele locale, funghi, oli d'oliva, etc e un grande supermercato, più un fornitore di vini locali, etc.

Tranquil and beautiful villa and environment.

We all loved the villa and pool. Everything we needed was there. The views were amazing and outside cooking facilities were wonderful. We all properly relaxed and just enjoyed the holiday so much.

Perfect retreat holiday

The property was as described, although the pictures don’t do the place justice. If you want peace and quiet in a gorgeous setting then this place is perfect. It is situated down some tiny roads, so if you have a large car it can be a bit interesting getting there. The property isn’t overlooked & feels wonderfully remote. Enrico arrived every morning (very quietly & very cheerfully) to service the pool & sort the bins. We spent lots of time in the pool, reading, having bbq’s and just generally relaxing. Lucca is about a 20 min drive away & Florence & Pisa are worth the drive. Make sure you visit the Devil’s Bridge just up the road, north of Lucca. We also went on SUP’s in a canyon a few miles past the Devil’s Bridge. I have marked the location as a four only because you can’t walk to a shop. You will need to drive to go anywhere. If we head to Tuscany/Lucca again we would definitely book to stay here. If you do book here, ask for the What3Words location as it can be tricky to find. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Enrico.

Great area and best pool

The area is perfect and the pool doesn’t get any better. The house and area is really local. Everything was authentic. We found a great local restaurant and had a great vacation.

Fantastisches Anwesen

Wo soll man anfangen, und wo soll man aufhören, wenn alles perfekt ist. Die Lage ist spektakulär mit Blick über das Tal von Luca. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Und natürlich Enrico: unermüdlich kümmert er sich täglich um die gesamte Außenanlage. Und das sieht man. Wir hatten zwei fantastische Wochen bei permanent fast 40°, aber dank des perfekt gepflegten Pools jederzeitige Erfrischungsmöglichkeit. Ja, wir würden wiederkommen! Viele Grüße an Enrico und natürlich Michael!

Tolles Haus mit super Küchenausstattung

Wir wurden vom Eigentümer täglich umsorgt. Enrico hat morgens den Pool gereinigt und für Ordnung im Garten gesorgt. Er hat uns den Pizzaofen erklärt und wir haben diesen ausgiebig genutzt. Die Gegend war toll. Man findet im nächsten größeren Ort alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Metzger etc.). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, haben den Pool sehr viel genutzt und kommen gern wieder.

Friedliches Domizil in abgelegener Lage

sehr schönes Haus, wunderschöner Garten mit Pool. Enrico, der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht und hat uns jeden Tag umsorgt. Das Haus ist groß, hat aber definitiv keine 240 qm, eher 120, bestehend aus 3 Schlafzimmern, Küche, kleines Bad und großes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Dazu eine sehr große überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und Holzofen für Pizza. Auch das Grundstück ist sehr groß und weitläufig. Das Haus liegt in sehr abgeschiedener Lage, hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und ist eigentlich sehr ruhig. Eigentlich deshalb, weil man die Geräusche der Natur mögen muss - jede Nacht heulen die Tiere und das durchaus laut. Fuchs, Wolf und Eule geben jede Nacht ihr Konzert. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber wir sind immer wach geworden. Für uns war es ein entspannter und sehr schöner Urlaub

Fantastic Tuscan Farmhouse

We spent 2 weeks staying in Enrico's farmhouse and had a wonderful holiday. We love the house, not only for it's spectacular views and idyllic location but because everything is so well laid out and thought through. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and the large covered outdoor eating area (which we used for breakfast, lunch and late into the evening) is fantastic and provided essential shade from the 39 degree heatwave. The beautiful gardens and pool area were cleaned daily by Enrico and were a joy to hang out in. We also loved the 'little touches' ; using the bbq on lots of evenings and the pool net inspired many games of family volleyball. The Wifi was excellent. Both Enrico and Michael were extremely helpful, going out of their way to welcome us when our flight was delayed and then were extremely accommodating when our flight home was cancelled. I can't recommend Casa Natale enough, it's an exceptional holiday home.

Nous avons passé 10 jours en or avec nos 3 enfants chez Enrico. La maison est simple mais très bien, tout se qu’il faut! La piscine, jardin et terrasse sont supers, au calme avec une très belle vue. La région offre tout ce qu’il faut en ballades, visite, plage &co. Merci Enrico Claire

Magnificent

Excellent location in the hills around Lucca, jaw dropping views and a wonderful pool. The house, pool and garden are perfectly maintained and have all the amenities we could wish for. It’s well located for visiting Lucca, Pisa, Firenze, Viareggio etc. We had a fantastic holiday here!

Beautiful property snuggled on a peaceful hillside. Unspoilt nature. 5 star pool. 360 panoramic view

High on a Tuscan hill this property offers peace and tranquility. The house is very comfortable and cool. The pool is exceptionally well maintained and the water is warm and clean. The garden is surrounded by olive groves and wherever you look the eye falls on something beautiful....flowers, trees, hills and valleys. We enjoyed a morning run, peaceful afternoons by the pool, regular trips to beautiful Lucca and excursions to Florence and Pisa. Great place to resore and replenish the body and soul. A small car is best for the hillside roads.

Everything was wonderful

We had the chance to stay in this lovely, old-fashioned house for 10 days. It was a very charming, relaxing vacation. The pool is wonderful and so is the owner Enrico. He is a very heart warming man, who showed us around when we arrived, and also drove down with us to the next town to show us a good place to eat pizza and the local, big supermarket. We had a bottle of champagne and a typical sweet bread from Lucca as a present! Thank you again! We had our dog with us and 3 big children, which came a little later, all of them (including the dog) loved the place! Sitting outside at the patio to have breakfast and dinner was great, including the amazing view. 15 min. to Lucca, about 1 hour to Pisa and Florence...perfect. Also wonderful were all the fireflies at night, just like a miracle! Also a big thank you to Michael, he manages all the bookings and answered all of my questions fast and patient! Rural tranquillity with a pool

Enrico patiently waited and guided us up the mountain roads despite the lateness of the hour. He came early every morning, without disturbing us, to keep the pool in pristine condition and check all was well. The only sounds you will hear, are of the geese, farm dogs and cockerels. My granddaughter and I had an evening ritual - a walk to the church, collecting wildflowers from the verges. The farmhouse has the feel of an old family home, thoughtfully equipped for guests. The pool is 1.5 metres throughout so the children improved their swimming. The local Esselunga supermarket is easy to find and is a pleasant place to shop. We enjoyed the variety of local restaurants, from the friendly pizzeria in the square at Ponte a Moriano to the elegant Villa Volpe, with fine views from the terrace, where the children wolfed down plates of suckling pig with huge gusto whilst we had the pleasure of a fine Chianti. Sometimes, holiday properties do not live up to the promise of the photographs - not so with Casolare Natale, which exceeded expectations.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday

Casa Natale is a beautiful, well kept home that anyone would be lucky to have the chance to stay in. It is situated in a gorgeous, quiet area, with stunning views and lovely pool and garden. As well as the brilliant outside area, the inside of the house is also spacious and nicely furnished, with good facilities. Enrico the owner is very friendly and he attends the garden regularly so it always looks good. Neighbours Michael and Hazel are also extremely welcoming and lovely; they have invited us to local dinners/festivals both times we have been to Gugliano, which were very fun with delicious food. The house is near to the beautiful town of Lucca, and also near enough to Pisa and Florence for day trips out. Overall an amazing, relaxing holiday, this summer was our second time going, and we have already organised to go again next year! The Foxall family.

Perfect holiday home in the hills of Lucca.

What you see is what you get, and a lot more. You can see the pictures and read about all the things that are available but you can not imagine the beautiful view or all the space you have in your private garden for your kids to play in or simply to sit under a tree and read a book. Even though you only are 15 min. away from the center of Lucca, this farm house gives you what you expect from a house in the countryside. The Silence, the space, The view of the hills and several very good restaurants in the neighborhood. A perfect place for a family to relax. Or explore Toscany
