La nostra casa si trova in un piccolo villaggio caratteristico, chiamato "Luciano" sulle colline della Versilia, a soli 15 minuti dal mare di Viareggio con le sue spiagge sabbiose. Ha una splendida vista sulla campagna circostante
al mare. La casa può ospitare 6 persone e un bambino e dispone di 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e un WC.
C'è una cucina molto grande con camino in pietra, una grande terrazza, parzialmente coperta, e un giardino.
Riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata, lavatrice, TV, lavastoviglie.

È un luogo magico immerso nel verde ma vicino a negozi, mercati, lungomare con ristoranti, bar, caffetterie, pizzerie ecc.

Splendid panorama

We spent marvellous two weeks in Lucia's cosy house. It is equipped with everything, and its position is splendid with a view on the coastal plane with the lake and the sea. We spent many an evening on the terrace watching spectacular sunsets. And last, but not least, Lucia is a friendly, helpful and easy hostess. We certainly do recommend this accommodation.

Casa perfetta per chi vuole godersi la Toscana. Pochi minuti dalla Versilia ma in contesto splendido con vista eccezionale. Ideale per famiglie. Proprietàri iper gentili e disponibili. Molto al di la delle aspettative.

Casa di campagna a Massarosa

Abbiamo soggiornato le ultime due settimane di agosto 2010. Il nostro gruppo era formato da 6 persone adulte. La casa è risultata confortevole perchè ogni camera è fornita di bagno. La cucina è ben rifornita; l'unica pecca è il frigorifero che è risultato piccolo pe sei persone. La vista e il panorama sono stupendi. . Immersa nel verde e nel “RUMURE” di grilli cicale e uccellini…. Piccola pecca il parcheggio dell’autovettura non troppo comodo soprattutto quando si rientra nelle ore calde dalla spiaggia e si deve percorrere la magnifica salita immersa negli ulivi …. anche se questo è stato utile al mantenimento della nostra forma fisica. Ringraziamo la Signora Lucia per la sua ospitalità e disponibilità. Patrizia, Giusi, Biller, Roberto, Antonella e Simone.

Traumhafte Lage

Der Titel sagt es schon. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Es handelt sich um ein sehr altes Haus mit einer sehr alten, bunt gemischten Einrichtung und schiefen Wänden und Böden. Das Alles passt wunderbar zum Gesamtbild, man sollte es aber wissen. Die schon öfters erwähnte enge Einfahrt ist auch mit einem VW Bulli T6 kein Problem, wenn man sein Auto kennt ;-)

Charmantes Haus mit phenomenalem Ausblick

Nachdem man den kurvenreichen, oft steilen Weg zum Haus gemeistert hat, wird man mit einem wundervollen Ausblick über die Ebene bis hin zum Meer belohnt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und über alles informiert. Das Haus ist alt und auch die Möbel oft antik. Alles ist sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Es fehlt dort wirklich nichts. Es ist alles genug vorhanden. Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, alles für die Küche und alles für den Garten oder den Strand. Lucia war immer erreichbar und gab uns Informationen und Tipps. Ausserdem ist dies ein super Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen. Wir bedanken uns nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Aber nur mit Mückenspray!

Charmantes altes Bauernhaus mit modernem Comfort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist alt, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und dank Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern ist es auch im Hochsommer zu empfehlen. Die Aussicht von den 2 Terrassen ist fantastisch. Das Meer ist in ca. 25 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die privaten Parkplätze sind sehr hilfreich, da oben auf dem Berg ansonsten wenig Platz ist. Mit einem großen Auto wie unserem (Ford Galaxy) sind die letzten Meter eng, aber machbar. Lucia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Zu Gast im toskanischen Bauernhaus

Bei 35 Grad haben wir wunderschöne Tage in der Toskana erlebt. Meist verbrachten wir die Abende auf einer der beiden Terrassen und genossen ein Lüftchen-wenn uns die Mücken ließen. Lucia war superlieb und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr rustikal und originell bzw. Altmodisch eingerichtet Ein bisschen muffig, wenn man im Sommer nicht richtig lüften kann. Die Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern funktionieren ausgezeichnet. Uns fehlten Wasserkocher und Toaster, aber das war kein Problem. Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und für Strandzage in Viareggio. Volterra, Siena und die Cinque Terre sind mit 1,5-2,5 Stunden Anfahrt auch machbar.

Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables aussi bien dans la grande et belle maison de lucia que lors de nos visites. Tranquillité, superbe vue et situation privilégiée pour visiter la Toscane. Rustic retreat between beach and mountains.

A charming tuscan house with beautiful views over the coast line. Lucia the owner was very helpful and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Despite the heat the house was cool and being in the hills kept breeze blowing through.

Magischer Ort

Wir haben uns in den ersten 5 Minuten in das Haus und den Ort verliebt. Wir haben uns in diesem besonderen Haus mit seinem verwunschenen Garten und der fantastischen Aussicht, sehr wohl gefühlt und uns wunderbat erholt. Ich habe noch nie ein Ferienhaus mit so guter Ausstattung gehabt, alles war vorhanden, inklusive Sonnenschirme für den Strand und Liegen für die Terrasse am Haus. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und die traumhafte Ruhe des Ortes genossen. In Massarosa findet man alles, was man braucht, Lucia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar, falls Fragen sind. Wir empfehlen dieses schöne Haus zu 100 Prozent weiter und werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit spektakulärem Blick

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und rustikal. Man kann super draußen sitzen und den Blick genießen. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Von Waschmaschine über Geschirrspüler bis zur Klimaanlage ist alles vorhanden. Lucia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, z.B. als das Terrassendach durch ein Unwetter defekt war. Es wurde sofort repariert. Vielen Dank für alles! Wenn man ein sehr großes Auto wie einen Van hat, kommt man nicht gut in die Einfahrt. Mit einem SUV hat es aber geklappt.

Ruhig, grandiose Aussicht, zum Wohlfühlen

Als Familie mit einem kleinen und zwei Teenagern haben wir zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen in Pieve a Elici im Haus von Lucia verbracht (zumindest abends bis morgens da wir in der Regel in Viareggio am schönen Sandstrand und Umgebung waren) . Das Haus ist alt, jedoch sehr sauber und gegen Insekten sehr gut geschützt. Klimatisiert in allen Schlafräumen, was man aber durch die erhöhte Lage und immer frischen Wind nur bei sehr hohen Aussentemperaturen braucht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ausreichend schnelles Internet (WLAN) vorhanden und zuverlässig. Kontakt und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und auf Englisch einfach möglich. Wir würden wieder hinfahren, wenn wir dort Urlaub machen werden. Zur Lage: wunderschön, aber man sollte nur keine Angst vor schmalen Bergstraßen haben.

Lucia's house is perfect family vacation home!

It was a wonderful experience, great location plenty of room, quiet and private space, everything is functional and working well in the house! Plenty of linen and pots and pans!It was perfect for our family reunion!! Everyone had enough space to enjoy! Modern amenities in a house built in 1840 was a pleasant surprise! Washing machine ,microwave and all! The two outdoor space was allowing us to have breakfast overlooking the beautiful Tuscany sunrise and the other atio was our perfect spot for diner with the entire family!! The view from the master bedroom is picturesque !! Lucia is a great host, very serviceable, responsive and treated us like family! Graizie mille Lucia!! Arrivederchi!!

Maison tout confort, calme,décorée avec gout,vue de toute beauté....que du bonheur!

Location bien placée qui nous a permis pour de visiter en une semaine: Lucques,Pistoia,Pise,Sienne et SanGiminiano,Florence,Viarregio. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire , merci pour le cadeau de bienvenue. En conclusion nous avons passe un séjour vraiment exceptionnel .

Einfach typisch Toskana

In Lucias Haus fühlt man sich direkt zuhause in Italien. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg hoch oben über dem Meer und man hat von allen Schlafzimmern aus einen herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft bis hin zum Wasser. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schon etwas tricky, aber selbst mit unserem Defender, der einen riesigen Wendekreis hat, haben wir es in 2-3 Zügen geschafft. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe typisch italienisch eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad bzw. WC, was wirklich super praktisch ist. Toll fanden wir auch die Klimaanlage , mit der wir die Schlafzimmer angenehm kühl halten konnten. Alles in Allem hat man in diesem Haus alles was man braucht, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Die zwei Außenterrassen haben wir täglich genutzt und viele schöne Abendstunden dort gesessen. Wer einen herrlichen Urlaub mit toskanischem Flair verleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig!!! Im Umkreis von ca. 20 km gibt es viele schöne Strände...unser Tip ist der Strand in Torre del Lago, an dem es viele freie Strandabschnitte gibt. Und das Eis in der Eisdiele direkt auf dem Weg zum Haus sollte man unbedingt probieren...es lohnt sich, denn es ist superlecker und preiswert. Auch die Trattoria an der Hauptstrasse ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Lucia, es war einfach wunderschön!!!

semplicemente perfetto

Also this year we spent our summer holidays in Lucia's beautiful house. It's like coming home. The view to the sea inspires us again and again and we feel very comfortable here. We are always looking forward to the welcome basket of Lucia and hope that time will never pass. It was all very clean and prepared for our arrival. As every year, Lucia was very helpful and communication worked smoothly. We will be back definitely.

It was a loveley house in the mountains near Viareggio. We had a great view from all windows to the sea. The Street to the parkingplace at the house was a little tricky for our car (a van) , but we managed the challenge. Lucia is a kind person. She took us up from the supermarket and showed us the way to the house at the first day. We five had some nice 2 weeks.

spacious and well equipped

This is a large house on 4 levels. It is well equipped with furniture and utensiles. The host is very friendly. The access with car is a little difficlt and it takes half an hour driving to get to beach.

Beautiful house with seaview

Also the second time in this beautiful old tuscany house was fantastic. It is very clean and nothing was missing. The new garden furniture are nice. Lucia is very warm and helpful. The communication is perfect. At any time it is possible to contact her, to make a coordination or if there are a little problem. We really miss the daily view to the sea.

A nice house in a tiny village up in the hills...........

We had the pleasure to spend almost 3 weeks in this old house of our gentle hosts Lucia and Piero. To us it was almost perfect with it’s great view over the Tuscan rivierea and situated in the tiny, tiny village Luciano high up the hills. It was not easy to locate it but we finally succeeded by asking one of the kind habitants of Luciano. Once you know how to turn the steering wheel to manage getting around the corners of the little street which leeds to the parking space you get along very well. The kitchen became our living room during rainy days and of course in the evenings. There is a TV in every room and a huge flat screen in the living room in the cellar (which is not really necessary if you don’t speak Italian :-(( ). What we were not happy about on arrival was the situation for storing clothes in the main bedroom under the roof. The worst was that the drawers of the big commode jammed and almost could not be opened. There was a big risk of damaging them. The left side of the cabinet strongly smelled of mothballs which did not really made it tempting to store clothes in there. We already wanted to move into another bedroom but finally managed at least to solve the problem with the not opening drawers by using an old houshold trick: rubbing all edges with a piece of dry soap. We then put each drawer in sequence of the number written on it‘s right side. Now they should run smoothly. Such things should be checked before visitors arrive. But for all other questions and problems such as a timewise not working wireless internet access Lucia and Piero were very helpul and solved problems the quickest possible. All in all we spent really nice and relaxing holidays in this house and thank the owners Lucia and Piero for their kind hospitality. Don’t miss the excellent „Yoghurteria and Gelateria“ which is on the right side when the streets starts going up the hill from Massarosa to Luciano. We stopped there almost every day.

SITIO ENCANTADOR Y MARAVILLOSO

Estuvimos este verano en Agosto...nos encanto todo....tanto la casa por dentro típica italiana y por fuera con su Barbacoa...jardín...un sitio super relajado y maravilloso.. Lucia nos atendio de maravilla y nos sorprendio el detalle que tuvo de bienvenida.....estuvo en todo momento atenta con nosotros y todo fue de maravilla...un sitio muy tranquilo y acogedor....seguro que volveremos otra vez Lucia.... te damos las Gracias por habernos dejado disfrutar tanto de ese sitio tan encantador.....nunca se nos olvidara lo bien que lo pasamos....

The most stunning view!

The view of the house is just stunning! The master bedroom is on the top floor and from each of the five or six windows, one can see a different landscape. The master bed (beautiful piece of art nouveau) is very high, so when lying there, you don’t even have to miss anything. And the best, there is a pretty good telescope which can be used! Lucia was very nice and helpful. It felt good to know, that we could have called her if anything would have been wrong. We stayed one week and are a family of five (three little boys). We did not miss anything, the kitchen is very well equipped, there is a big refrigerator and the washing machine works very well too. Everything was very clean. We fell in love with Lucca, Pisa was ok, extremely touristy and crowded, but what else can be expected in August.. There are plenty of beaches nearby. We had a great time- thank you very much! Because it's a magic place. For many years I looked for a house with sea view and this had a spectacular view. The house is typically Tuscan, and the small village has a special atmosphere and a great quiet. All the windows of the house have sea views.The house was built in 1892 ..... and I love old things !!!
