Appartamento superior con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno. Potrebbe ospitare 4-5 persone, con un divano letto nel soggiorno. Pavimenti in piastrelle in tutta l'unità. Cucina completamente attrezzata, tutto il necessario per cucinare. Tavolo a grandezza naturale, posti a sedere per quattro. Due televisori con cavo, WiFi gratuito e telefono interno. Ampio patio fuori dalla porta di casa per rilassarsi e godersi la vista sul golfo. Grande fogliame tropicale che circonda l'intera unità. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è lì. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani e lenzuola, più fresco, sedie a sdraio, giochi e un ombrellone.

Ci sono molte attività nelle vicinanze. Parasailing, osservazione dei delfini, podisti, pesca e altro. Ottimi ristoranti e bar raggiungibili a piedi. La Paradise Grille si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia e offre ottimo cibo per colazione o pranzo. Corey Avenue è un grande quartiere dello shopping a pochi isolati di distanza. La palestra Beach Bods dista due isolati e offre pass giornalieri, settimanali o mensili.

Gulf Winds è un'ottima struttura che offre cortili con mobili da giardino e grigliate all'aperto. Il servizio lavanderia è in loco in ogni edificio. Shuffleboard è inoltre disponibile. La piscina è riscaldata e privata con vista sul golfo. C'è un responsabile dell'ufficio in loco per aiutarti al tuo arrivo.

Wonderful stay in St Pete Beach

We had a very relaxing week at this condo in St Pete Beach. Just a short walk across the parking area and you had toes in the sand! The condo was clean and very cute! We had everything we might need to visit the beach or the pool. Melissa was a wonderful host and the Gulf Wind staff were so nice too! The extras Melissa provides to use at the beach are such an added bonus since we flew and couldn’t bring everything we needed. Just a great stay!

Great location

The condo is in a great location right next to the beach access. Nice courtyard area to sit in the morning and relax before the sun gets hot. Everything you will need to use on the beach is available for you in the bedroom closet.

Excellent all around!

I love this complex and stay here often but this was a first for this unit. Best VRBO host I’ve had so far, so accommodating and friendly. Great communication! She uses the property manager onsite who is also AMAZING! Great experience, highly recommend. Also great value!!

Great stay

Location was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with owner was extremely helpful with just tiny things we needed. Comfy bed,chairs for the beach umbrella etc. We would definitely stay here again. Even considering looking for property for sale here. Thank you for a great few days

Perfect little spot

The space was very clean and is in a great location for the beach. It is also within walking distance to restaurants. Check in was very easy and everyone I dealt with during check-process were very kind and supportive Definitely will stay here again :)

Great getaway!

This was a wonderful trip with an awesome place to stay! The condo and it’s location are perfect for a beach trip. The set up is wonderful and provides everything needed. We highly recommend this property!

The property location was perfect and it was the perfect place to stay for our trip! So nice that lots of things provided in the property! The host was very responsive when I needed her and very helpful with things in the area to do!! Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Fun and sun on the gulf

Amazing little condo, the beach is literally across the street. I love that the property is pink! The condo had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and beach gear as well! The condo was super clean, all tile which made it easy to clean up sand- as well as a huge all tile stand-up shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Plenty of restaurants and ice cream within a few blocks. Melissa was an incredible host. Super informative of things to do in the area and always ready to promptly answer questions. We are already planning to come back next year!

Absolutely incredible!

The condo was immaculate, super comfortable and the location couldn’t have been any better…right across the street from beach access!! Melissa was fantastic to work with - checking in with us before we left home, at check in, and again just before we left!! Parking was a little crazy, but we were there over a holiday weekend, so that was why. Overall, an amazing stay!! Thank you, Melissa for everything!!! We’re already looking at dates for next year!

Awesome location for the price!

Location, location, location!! The beach can be viewed from your condo and front patio. We only stayed for 3 nights on our way down to Englewood. Melissa was very prompt in welcoming us and wanted to make sure we had no problems. The only issue was a slow bathroom sink but we worked around it and just told Melissa to make sure it was fixed for the next renter. The pool was beautiful and clean and at a warm 84 degrees. The grounds are very clean and manicured. This complex is very close to all restaurants and bars we chose to dine at and very walkable to many others. This unit was similar to a studio with sliding louvered doors separating the living room from the bedroom. Comfortable recliners and everything needed plus to make your visit enjoyable. The only irritation was the parking since the condos parking spaces are also shared with the beach and when the beach is very crowded you can expect to have a hike to your car but then later in the evening move it closer to your unit. You will definitely enjoy this unit if only 2 people in your group due to the size. There are 2 bedroom units also in this complex but on a higher floor with no elevator.

Perfect spot for a perfect couples getaway

We absolutely loved this condo! It was the perfect size for my fiancé and I and it was within walking distance of everything! The beach was literally right across the street and several bars and restaurants that were a five minute walk. The condo was very clean and quaint. The owner, Melissa, was great and helped us with a late check in and also checked in with us to make sure we had settled in fine. The weather was not on our side while we were there so we didn’t get much beach time but that has nothing to do with the condo. The only thing I would recommend is putting a fan of some sort in there for those of us who need one to sleep lol. We had an absolutely great time and I would definitely rent this condo again! Thanks Melissa!

New favorite beach on the Gulf!

The condo was very clean with more amenities than we have ever had in the proper condos! Melissa really provided a wonderful vacation environment. Thank you for all the beach equipment you provide. My husband was upset we flew for we left all our equipment at home. But Melissa to the rescue! Thank you Melissa!

Perfect getaway

My husband and I visited St. Pete for my birthday. Was a quick 3 night stay. This place was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The shower was huge, full kitchen, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels etc. We were able to use some beach chairs and umbrella. Which was nice because we flew in and used an Uber so we weren’t able to pack those things on our trip. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and the beach was literally steps away!!! You couldn’t get any closer. Check in was a little confusing but Melissa was quick to call me back and get everything straight. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for such a wonderful little spot. We had a great time!

Nice area, nice beach, nice condo

We found the condo to be just enough. Not too extravagant, but just right for the price. It isn’t large- but it is functional. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with utensils and even some spices and tea in the cupboard. We had a late arrival and the owner was available to help us navigate that process- which was a little tricky if you aren’t familiar with the area- and are tired from a long day. 😉. Our verdict was- we would definitely stay again. Good value for a well kept place.

Awesome Property Location

We were looking for easy access to St. Pete Beach and this definitely was the right property. We had everything that we needed and hope to some day make a return trip.
